Se propone el uso de las técnicas phased array con una excitación codificada a partir de un conjunto de secuencias pseudo-ortogonales, como por ejemplo las derivadas de secuencias pseudoaleatorias o de CSS (Complementary Sets of Sequences), así como su posterior etapa de proceso, todo lo cual permite obtener imágenes del entorno con elevada resolución a partir de una única emisión que simultáneamente abarca múltiples direcciones diferenciadas del entorno, a diferencia de los sistemas phased array clásicos que precisan de una emisión por cada sector a inspeccionar. Esta invención introduce un nuevo método de excitación de los elementos del array y post-procesamiento de los ecos recibidos que incrementa la velocidad de generación de imágenes, así como la distancia máxima a inspeccionar manteniendo la calidad de la imagen.We propose the use of phased array techniques with an encoded excitation from a set of pseudo-orthogonal sequences, such as those derived from pseudo-random or CSS sequences (Complementary Sets of Sequences), as well as their subsequent process stage, all of which allows to obtain images of the environment with high resolution from a single emission that simultaneously covers multiple differentiated directions of the environment, unlike the classic phased array systems that require an emission for each sector to be inspected. This invention introduces a new method of excitation of the array elements and post-processing of the received echoes that increases the speed of image generation, as well as the maximum distance to be inspected while maintaining the image quality.
