Abstract

The modifying agent comprises a dry dispersion of low adsorbency organic polymer and high water adsorbency mineral salts. The organic polymer is a formaldehyde homopolymer obtained using formalin and a mineral initiator. A modifying agent for cement materials comprises a dry organic-mineral polymer dispersion, containing (A) a water-reducing component based on a polymer with a low adsorbency, and (B) a mixture of active mineral salts with a BET of at least 1500 cm2/g and a high water adsorbence capacity. (A) is a homopolymer obtained by the controlled polymerisation of formaldehyde using formalin and a mineral initiator system, and then adding a polymerisation regulating agent.
