Claims (5)
1. Récipient d'emballage en carton ou en en matière analogue, en particulier une boîte de surface au sol et de section rectangulaires, manufacturée par découpe, pliage et/ou collage, possédant une partie inférieure (2) prévue pour le stockage et prélèvement de pièces détachées et une partie supérieure (3) qui coiffe et ferme la partie inférieure (2), cette partie supérieure consistant de quatre parois latérales (10, 11, 12, 13) reliées à angle droit par une paroi supérieure plane (14), la paroi supérieure (14) étant partagée par une rainure de pliage (17) en une partie postérieure et une partie antérieure (15), respectivement (16) et sur la partie postérieure (15), des portions de paroi latérale (19) sont pliées à angle droit dans la direction de la partie inférieure (2), ces portions étant reliées aux parois latérales (10, 11) qui forment les parois longitudinales et des portions de paroi latérale (20) servant de languettes de guidage étant moulées sur la partie de paroi antérieure (16) en commençant par la rainure et qui débutent aux bords longitudinaux de la partie de paroi antérieure (16) qui finissent à la rainure (17), ces languettes étant pliées verticalement par rapport à la face supérieure dans la direction de la partie inférieure (2) et ayant une forme en arc le long de leur bord (23) situé à l'opposé de la rainure (17), ce qui assure la pivotabilité à l'intérieur de la partie supérieure (3), l'angle délimité par les bords longitudinaux supérieurs (24) reliés par le bord (23) et les bords longitudinaux (25), s'étendant transversalement par rapport aux premiers, des portions de paroi latérale (20) étant supérieur à 90°, les languettes de guidage ayant la forme de portions de paroi latérale (20) étant reliées à la partie supérieure (3) par des points de rupture (27) dans la région de fentes séparant les portions de paroi latérale (19, 10).
2. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bords longitudinaux supérieurs (24) et les bords (25) s'étendant transversalement par rapport à ceux-ci des portions (20) des parois latérales ont la même longueur.
3. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il existe, dans une région en arc de cercle avant les bords (25) des portions de paroi latérale (20) constituant les languettes de guidage, le rayon R du bord (23) étant augmenté à R+a, la valeur R+a étant inférieure/égale à la hauteur h de la partie supérieure (3).
4. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une des reven- . dications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la rainure de pliage (17) s'étend sensiblement à une distance du bord antérieur (26) de la partie (16) de la paroi (14) de la partie supérieure (3) qui est inférieure/égale à la hauteur h de la partie supérieure (3).
5. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une languette de maniement est formée sur le bord antérieur (26) de la paroi supérieure (14) de la partie supérieure (3) située à l'opposé de la rainure de pliage (17), cette languette de maniement étant formée de deux portions de languette (28a, 28b) collées ensembles, prolongeant la partie découpée formant la portion de paroi antérieure (16) de la paroi supérieure (14) et reliées par une rainure de pliage (29), et en ce que la portion de languette (28b) est reliée à la portion découpée constituant la paroi frontale (13) par une rainure de détachement (30).
