Abstract

A netal cannula (1), which is enclosed in a catheter or cannula (2) made of flexible plastics, is used for inserting into a blood vessel. Dabei ist wie bei der obenbeschriebenen Ausführungsform zunächst ein durchgehender Abschnitt der Metallkanüle im vorderen Bereich der Spitze ohne Schlitze vorgesehen, der also starr ist und die Schlitze3 erstrecken sich über einen mittleren Bereich der Kanüle in Längsrichtung, der dadurch flexibel wird und an den sich zum hinteren Ende hin wiederum ein starrer Bereich der Metallkanüle ohne Schlitze anschließen kann. Wie aus der Draufsicht, der Ansicht von unten und der Seitenansicht ersichtlich ist, sind die quer zur Längsrichtung angeordneten Schlitze3 so angeordnet, daß sich Schlitze an der Oberseite und Schlitze an der Unterseite der Metallkanüle jeweils abwechseln.
