Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Spender besitzt eine mehr oder weniger übliche Bauart und besteht aus einem Gehäuse10, das eine Ausnehmung 11 zur Aufnahme einer Rolle von selbstklebendem Zelluloseband 12 besitzt, welches, wenn es von dieser abgerollt wird, über den vorderenTeil eines Ständers 13 verläuft, der an dem Gehäuse 10 vorgesehen ist. Die Vorrichtung zum Bildeneiner Schlaufe 1Zf ist im einzelnen in den Figuren 2-5dargestellt und weist, wie ersichtlich, eine Anlage 15und eine Trennvorrichtung 16 auf, die schwenkbar an der Anlage 15 angeordnet ist. Die beiden Teile sinddurch einen Gelenkzapfen 17 miteinander verbunden und die Trennvorrichtung 16 wird durch Federkraft zur Berührungmit der Anlage 15 gebracht und zwar durch eine Torsions-Schraubenfeder .18.
