Bei sehr stark geschwächten Patienten oder bei Patienten mit langen Liegezeiten oder aber bei Patienten während einer Chemotherapie und auch bei Patienten mit chronischer Polyarthritis ist es für den behandelnden Arzt oder den geschulten Mitarbeiter häufig sehr schwer, für Injektionen und Punktionen immer wieder die Venen im Arm, insbesondere im Unterarm, zu finden. Zum Teil benötigen selbst erfahrene Ärzte bis zu zwölf Versuche, bis sie in solchen Fällen die Vene gefunden haben. Die medizintechnische Wärmvorrichtung1 umfaßt eine Hülle3, in der eine Öffnung5 zur Einführung einer Hand ausgebildet ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Öffnung5 an einem Ende der Hülle3 ausgebildet und ist die Hülle3 an einem der Öffnung entgegengesetzten Ende geschlossen, so daß sie insgesamt eine sackförmige Gestalt aufweist. Die Länge der Hülle zwischen den beiden Enden ist so gewählt, daß die Hand und der Unterarm in der Hülle3 aufgenommen werden können. Gegebenenfalls ist die Hülle3 so lang, daß auch ein Oberarm mitaufgenommen werden kann. Vorzugsweise beträgt die Länge ca. 50 cm.InFig. 1 andFig. 2, a medical heating device1 is shown schematically. Die Wärmeeinrichtung9 ist über einen Anschluß11 mit einer Steuereinrichtung13 verbunden. Die Steuereinrichtung13 wird von einer Energiequelle versorgt, wie z. B. einem 12 V Akkumulator oder einem Wechselstromanschluß mit einer Netzspannung von 100-240 V. Die Steuereinrichtung13 umfaßt ein Bedienungsfeld15, über daß die Wärmeregelung gradgenau eingestellt werden kann.
