Abstract

The recording method provides 3 different variations for each verse, refrain and intermediate section of a sung piece of music, recorded on a single CD in defined areas, with the CD player allowing a random selection, or a personal selection of the different versions of each section of the recorded music, allowing a new mix for the music piece to be provided each time the CD is played.

Description

Translated fromGerman

This is the technical procedere for admissiondifferent interpretations of a piece of music and its parts (non-classic, but also classic area) on one and the same CD, so that onein this regard equipped CD player the differently designed sectionsof the piece of music to different versions of the entire piece of music - byRandom selection - can put together.

Hintergrundbackground

It has long been boring and by no means stimulatingalways listen to a favorite piece of music in the same versionhave to. Only attending concerts by the respective artist offers thePossibility of a different version / interpretation of individual parts of the pieceto hear.

This for the 21st century and the associated state of the artPossibilities of anachronistic simplicity, this utility model can be something newoppose.

Die Abhilfe besteht aus drei Komponenten:
The remedy consists of three components:

The artist has different interpretations for the recording of his CDwho sing parts of his piece of music.
The CD must have these different interpretations of the parts of theRecord the piece of music (record it technically), from each otherseparated according to the following pattern.
The novel CD player must be able to handle the variousTo combine interpretations of the parts.

In this way, different versions of the same are createdSinging piece, characterized in that different parts of theAre interpreted differently.

The three components of the new technology thus consist in the novel design of the piece of music by the musician of the CD burned accordingly,
the technically upgraded CD player

Erläuterungen zum technischen procedere der Aufnahme auf der CDExplanations of the technical procedere of the recording on the CD

A piece of music (non classic) consists of 5 to 7 parts.

Beispiel 1: "Now that you're gone", Mike and the mechanics
Strophe 1/Refrain 1/Strophe 2/Refrain 2/Sonderteil Zwischenstück/Refrain 3 = 6 Teile.
Example 1: "Now that you're gone", Mike and the mechanics
Verse 1 / refrain 1 / verse 2 / refrain 2 / special part adapter / refrain 3 = 6 parts.

Beispiel 2: "Titanic Song", Celin Dion
Strophe 1/Refrain 1/Strophe 2/Refrain 2/Sonderteil: Strophe in Refrain-Noten = 5 Teile.
Example 2: "Titanic Song", Celin Dion
Verse 1 / refrain 1 / verse 2 / refrain 2 / special part: verse in refrain notes = 5 parts.

With the new recording technique there are now variations in the interpretationof the individual stanzas and individual choruses and special parts as eachdelimited parts included.

Es gibt dann auf der CD z. B.:
Strophe 1 in a/Strophe 1 in b/Strophe 1 in c-Variation
Refrain 1 in a/Refrain 1 in b/Refrain 1 in c-Variation
Strophe 2 in a/Strophe 2 in b/Strophe 2 in c-Variation
Refrain 2 in a/Refrain 2 in b/Refrain 2 in c-Variation
Zwischenstück oder Sonderteil in a/b/c-Variation
Refrain 3 in a-, b- und c-Variation.
There are then z. B .:
Stanza 1 in a / stanza 1 in b / stanza 1 in c variation
Refrain 1 in a / Refrain 1 in b / Refrain 1 in c-variation
Stanza 2 in a / stanza 2 in b / stanza 2 in c variation
Refrain 2 in a / Refrain 2 in b / Refrain 2 in c-variation
Intermediate piece or special part in a / b / c variation
Refrain 3 in a, b and c variation.

The playback technology of the CD player now mixes (e.g. at random)a variation of the song by making a 'sentence' from one version at a timeSt1 + R1 + St2 + R2 + Zw1 + R3.

Zum Beispiel wird St1a + R1c + St2a + R2b + Zwc + R3b als 'Satz' zusammengestellt.For example, St1a + R1c + St2a + R2b + Zwc + R3b as 'set'compiled.

B. 6 hoch 3 für "now that you're gone").Each time the CD is played, the CD player mixes a different variation. With this technique and the recording conditions given abovethere are easily 200 variations of a piece of music, so it won'tboring to listen to it. (Formula: stanzas and choruses high number ofInterpretations, e.g. B. 6 to 3 for "now that you're gone").

Additional technology can also allow personal selection (instead ofRandom selection), so that even combined, the respective piece itself from theInterpretations can be compiled.

Additional technology can also allow one or more versions - through theKeep order - save.

CD-PrintCD-Print

Auf der CD muß jede einzelne Strophe und jeder Refrain sowie jedes Zwischenstück voneinander getrennt gebrannt sein (die Zufallsauswahltechnik des CD-Players soll jeden einzelnen dieser Abschnitte eines Songs als Gesamtauswahl ansehen).Every single verse and refrain as well as every one must be on the CDIntermediate piece must be fired separately(The CD player's random selection technique is intended to cover each of these sectionsof a song as a total selection).

Gebrauchsmuster für die Umrüstung der Technik des CD-Players zum Abspielen von Versionsfassungen eines GesangstückesUtility model for converting the technology of the CD playerfor playing version versions of a vocal piece

Bestehende CD-Player-Technik und wie diese für "Versionsgesangsstücke-Technik" genutzt werden kann:Existing CD player technology and how this for "version vocal pieces-Technology "can be used:

1. die Zufallsauswahl1. the random selection

On a CD are z. B. 13 pieces of music. Because it's always the sameThe sequence in which the pieces are played one after another becomes boring CD player randomly selects an order in which it is located on the CDPlays pieces now.

This "random selection" is now on playing version vocal piecesconverted.

The CD must now be burned so that the random selection technique of the CDPlayers each section of a single song as a totalidentified as if it were the entire CD.

2. shock absorber system2. shock absorber system

The Diskman reads the progression of the piece a few seconds ahead, saves the information and fills it with interruptionsGaps.

With this technique, the CD burned in the version form cansaved pauses between the individual stanzas / choruses /Intermediate pieces can be overcome.
