请参阅图4及图5所示,分别为本实用新型的屏蔽隔离装置与电路板及液晶显示屏幕组设时的立体分解示意图及组合图。如图所示,本实用新型的屏蔽隔离装置10主要适用于具有液晶显示屏幕的电子装置上,该电子装置除了分别各设置有一上、下壳体(未图标),并在上、下壳体未图标出现一次即可间分别至少设置有一液晶显示屏幕20及一电路板30,屏蔽隔离装置10主要由一具有导电性的金属薄片所制成,该屏蔽隔离装置10周缘各垂直设置有多个定位部12,使得液晶显示屏幕20可定位于各定位部12所围绕的屏蔽隔离装置10表面,再组装于电路板30上,各本实施例中定位部12为由部分的金属薄片直接经由弯折加工而构成一呈垂直于屏蔽隔离装置10的凸壁态样,而该屏蔽隔离装置10主要是盖设于该液晶显示屏幕20的背部表面,并隔离设置于液晶显示屏幕20及电路板30之间,且该屏蔽隔离装置10组设于电路板30上后,需与电路板30的接地点(未图标)呈一电性导通,因此在本实用新型中该屏蔽隔离装置10可直接叠置于电路板30上所设的金属遮蔽盖32上,因金属遮蔽盖32主要设置于电路板上,用以遮蔽设置于电路板30上而会产生电磁波或噪声的高频电子元件或电路(未图标),以避免前述高频电子元件或电路在操作过程中所产生的电磁波或噪声对于其它的电子元件或电路产生干扰,而金属遮蔽盖32一般皆与电路板30上的接地点呈一电性导通,以排除金属遮蔽盖32上所累积的电磁波及噪声,故可同时达到使屏蔽隔离装置10导通接地点的目的。Please refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , which are respectively a three-dimensional exploded schematic diagram and an assembly diagram of the shielding isolation device of the present invention when it is assembled with a circuit board and a liquid crystal display screen.
