Detailed Description
Some embodiments of the horizontal swing uncapping manhole apparatus of the present application are specifically described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a horizontal rotary uncapping manhole apparatus includes a manhole shell ring 1, a manhole cover 2, a lifting device 3, and a horizontal rotary device 4.
The horizontal rotation device 4 includes a rotation driver 41, a rotation shaft 42, a connection arm 43, and a fixing base 44.
The fixing base 44 connects the rotary driver 41 and the outer side wall of the manhole shell ring 1. The fixing base 44 is connected with the rotary driver 41 and can be fixed in a bolt connection mode, and the fixing base 44 and the outer side wall of the manhole shell section 1 can be fixed in a welding mode.
The rotation shaft 42 is connected to an output end of the rotation driver 41. The rotation shaft 42 may be in a vertical direction, and the manhole shell ring 1 may be an upright cylindrical barrel. Preferably, the rotation shaft 42 is parallel to the axis of the manhole cover 1. The manhole cover 2 is a dome which is adapted to cover the upper end opening of the manhole shell ring 1, and can be a part of spherical body after the spherical body is transversely cut.
One end of the connecting arm 43 is fixed to the rotating shaft 42, and the other end is fixed to the lifting device 3. The main body of the connecting arm 43 may be a section of inclined rod which is inclined and ascended together with a section of horizontal rod, the starting end of the inclined rod is fixed on the rotating shaft 42, and the tail end of the horizontal rod is connected with the lifting device 3.
The lifting device 3 comprises a lifting drive 31 and a connection seat 32. The other end of the connecting arm 43 is fixed to the elevation driver 31. The connection arm 43 is fixedly connected to the main body of the elevation drive 31. The connecting seat 32 connects the output end of the lifting driver 31 and the top center position of the manhole cover 2. The connecting seat 32 and the manhole cover 2 can be detachably connected by bolts.
Referring to fig. 2, in a state of the horizontal rotation uncapping manhole apparatus, the horizontal rotation device 4 drives the manhole cover 2 to a position right above the manhole shell section 1. At this time, the lifting device 3 may be activated to lower the manhole cover 2 to close the manhole, or the horizontal rotation device 4 may be activated to remove the manhole cover 2, so as to facilitate charging into the cylindrical section of the manhole cover 2, etc.
Referring to fig. 1, in another state of the horizontal rotation uncapping manhole apparatus, the lifting device 3 drives the manhole cover 2 to close the upper port of the manhole shell section 1, and other conditions are adjusted, so that the substances in the manhole shell section 1 can react.
When the device is used, the manhole cover 2 is driven to ascend or descend through the lifting device 3, so that the manhole cover 2 can be covered on the upper end opening of the manhole shell section 1 or opened, the manhole cover 2 at a high position can be driven to be transferred to the upper part of the manhole shell section 1 through the horizontal rotation device 4 so as to perform manhole blocking action, or the manhole cover 2 at the high position can be driven to be moved out of the upper part of the manhole shell section 1 so as to perform operations such as installation, maintenance and feeding. The equipment does not adopt a hinged structure, can still keep good moving precision after long-term use, and the alignment of the manhole cover 2 and the manhole shell ring 1 is kept accurate for a long time.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to enhance the operation safety and reliability of the device, the rotation angle of the manhole cover 2 may be selectively limited, and the horizontal rotation cover opening manhole device may further include a limiting device 5. The limiting device 5 comprises a first limiting block 51, a second limiting block 52 and a rotating piece 53. The horizontal rotation device 4 further comprises a bearing 45. The bearing 45 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 42, and the inner periphery of the bearing 45 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 42. The outer circumference of the bearing 45 is fixed to the manhole shell ring 1 so that the limiting device 5 is mounted on the outer circumference of the bearing 45. The first limiting block 51 and the second limiting block 52 are both fixed on the outer periphery of the bearing 45, the rotating member 53 is fixed on the rotating shaft 42, and the rotating member 53 is arranged to move between the first limiting block 51 and the second limiting block 52. The limiting device 5 limits the rotation angle of the connecting arm 43, namely, limits the rotation route of the manhole cover 2, enhances the safety of equipment, and is also beneficial to the alignment of the manhole cover 2 and the manhole shell section 1.
In order to enhance the rotation stability and accuracy of the connecting arm 43, the limiting device 5 further includes a magnet 54, the magnet 54 is mounted on the first limiting block 51, and the rotating member 53 is made of ferromagnetic material. In a state where the rotary piece 53 contacts the magnet 54, the manhole cover 2 is located directly above the manhole shell section 1. When the manhole cover 2 is to be covered, the connecting arm 43 is driven to rotate, and the rotating piece 53 is adsorbed by the magnet 54, namely, the positioning is performed, and the manhole cover 2 and the manhole shell ring 1 are not easy to shake, so that the alignment of the manhole cover 2 and the manhole shell ring 1 is more stable and accurate. Since the attraction force of the magnet 54 to the larger connecting arm 43 is relatively small, the rotating member 53 is detached from the magnet 54 by simply driving the rotary driver 41.
The central angle from the first limiting block 51 and the second limiting block 52 to the axis of the bearing 45 is 90 degrees, so that the operation of the device is stable, safe and reliable.
In order to fix the connection arm 43 to the rotation shaft 42, a key groove may be formed in the rotation shaft 42, and a key bar may be installed in the key groove. The connecting arm 43 is sleeved on the key bar in a matched mode, so that the connecting arm 43 and the rotating shaft 42 are fixedly connected. The connecting structure enables the connecting arm 43 and the rotating shaft 42 to form detachable fixed connection, so that the connecting arm can synchronously rotate and can be conveniently installed and detached.
In addition to the above key-slot connection, the rotation shaft 42 and the connection arm 43 may be fixed by welding.
In order to strengthen the sealing effect of the manhole cover 2 and the manhole shell ring 1, a sealing ring 6 is embedded in the periphery of the upper end of the manhole shell ring 1. The periphery of the manhole cover 2 can be pressed against the sealing ring 6 in a sealing manner.
The rotary actuator 41 may be a rotary cylinder or a servo motor, and this type of machine outputs a rotary driving force.
The lifting driver 31 can be a telescopic cylinder or a screw motor, and the machine outputs telescopic pushing power.
According to the horizontal rotation cover opening manhole equipment of the embodiment, the lifting device 3 lifts or descends the manhole cover 2, the horizontal rotation device 4 drives the manhole cover 2 to horizontally rotate to be opened, the limiting block is arranged on the bearing 45 and the connecting arm 43 to limit the rotating angle of the manhole cover 2, the alignment of the manhole cover 2 and the manhole cylindrical shell section 1 is accurate, the equipment does not use a hinge structure, and the equipment is small in long-term use abrasion and long in service life.
