In the related art, the ceiling lamp is mainly connected to the ceiling through the installation hanging plate, namely, the installation hanging plate is fixedly installed to the ceiling, then one person lifts the lamp body, the other person fixedly installs the lamp body to the hanging plate assembly, finally, the electric wire pre-buried on the ceiling is electrically connected with the wire of the lamp body, but in the installation mode, at least two persons are required to cooperate to complete the installation of the ceiling lamp, so that the installation of the ceiling lamp is inconvenient.
In view of the above, the embodiment of the application provides a lamp, in which a mounting hole is formed in a first housing, the mounting hole includes a circular hole and a strip-shaped hole, when the lamp is mounted, a user lifts a lamp body to enable a first mounting member to pass through the circular hole, and enable the first housing to move relative to the mounting hole along the length direction of the strip-shaped hole, so that the first mounting member is located in the strip-shaped hole, and is stopped at one end of the strip-shaped hole, which is away from a connecting member, through a second mounting member, so that the lamp body is fixedly mounted to a mounting surface through a mounting assembly.
The following describes in detail a specific implementation manner of the lamp provided by the embodiment of the application with reference to fig. 1 to 10.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a lamp provided in an embodiment of the present application includes a lamp body 100 and a mounting assembly 200, the mounting assembly 200 includes a first mounting unit 210, a second mounting unit 220, and a connection member 230, the first mounting unit 210 includes a first mounting member 211 and a second mounting member 212, the first mounting member 211 is connected to the connection member 230 and extends toward the lamp body 100, the connection member 230 has a connection hole 231, and the second mounting unit 220 is penetrated through the connection hole 231 and is configured to be connected to a mounting surface.
The lamp body 100 includes a lamp housing 110, the lamp housing 110 includes a first housing 111, the first housing 111 has a mounting hole 1111, the mounting hole 1111 includes a circular hole 1111a and a bar hole 1111b adjacent to each other, the bar hole 1111b extends along a circumference of the first housing 111, the first mounting member 211 passes through the circular hole 1111a and is disposed on the first housing 111, and the first housing 111 moves along an extending direction of the bar hole 1111b relative to the first mounting member 211, the second mounting member 212 is connected to the first mounting member 211, and stops at an end of the bar hole 1111b facing away from the connecting member 230.
In the present application, the lamp body 100 is a light emitting part of a lamp, the mounting assembly 200 is used for mounting the lamp to a mounting surface, such as a ceiling, and for convenience of mounting, a user may attach the first mounting member 211 to a side of the connecting member 230 away from the mounting surface before attaching the connecting member 230 to the mounting surface, and attach the second mounting member 212 to an end of the first mounting member 211 away from the connecting member 230.
For example, the second mounting member 212 may be a nut or a bolt, and the second mounting member 212 is screwed to an end of the first mounting member 211 facing away from the connecting member 230, or the second mounting member 212 is inserted into an end of the first mounting member 211 facing away from the connecting member 230.
During installation, a user firstly fixes the second installation unit 220 on the installation surface, then fixes the connecting piece 230 on the installation surface through the second installation unit 220, then lifts the lamp body 100, enables the first installation piece 211 and the second installation piece 212 to penetrate through the round hole 1111a, then enables the lamp body 100 to move or rotate relative to the first installation piece 211 along the extending direction of the strip-shaped hole 1111b, enables the position of the first installation piece 211 originally located in the round hole 1111a to be changed into the strip-shaped hole 1111b, and enables the position of the first installation unit 210 and the strip-shaped hole 1111b to be relatively fixed through the second installation piece 212 to be stopped at one end of the strip-shaped hole 1111b, and further enables the first shell 111 to be relatively fixed with the connecting piece 230 through the first installation unit 210, so that the lamp is integrally installed on the installation surface.
When the lamp body 100 is moved, the first housing 111 may be moved from one end to the other end along the extending direction of the strip-shaped hole 1111b until the first mounting member 211 and the strip-shaped hole 1111b cannot continue to move relatively, that is, the first housing 111 and the first mounting member 211 are mounted in place.
In the installation process, a user can lift the lamp body 100 by a single person and move the lamp body 100 relative to the first installation piece 211, complicated operation is not needed, the whole installation process can be completed by a single person, and the second person is not needed to assist, so that the installation of the lamp is more convenient.
It should be noted that, the lamp body 100 may further include the light source assembly 120 in addition to the lamp housing 110, the lamp housing 110 may further include the second housing 113 and the third housing 114 in addition to the first housing 111, and the lamp body 100 may be assembled into a whole before leaving the factory, so that a user does not need to additionally assemble the lamp body 100 during installation. Or the user may first assemble the lamp body 100 completely and then connect the lamp body 100 as a whole with the first mounting unit 210, thereby facilitating the installation of the lamp.
The lamp provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a lamp body 100 and a mounting assembly 200, wherein the mounting assembly 200 comprises a first mounting unit 210, a second mounting unit 220 and a connecting piece 230, the first mounting unit 210 comprises a first mounting piece 211 and a second mounting piece 212, the lamp body 100 comprises a lamp housing 110, and the lamp housing 110 comprises a first housing 111. By providing the connection member 230 for connecting the first mounting unit 210 and the second mounting unit 220, by providing the second mounting unit 220 for connection with the mounting surface to mount the connection member 230 to the mounting surface, by providing the first mounting unit 210 for connection with the mounting hole 1111, by providing the circular hole 1111a for passing the first mounting member 211 through the circular hole 1111a to the first housing 111, by providing the strip-shaped hole 1111b such that the first housing 111 moves relative to the first mounting member 211 in the extending direction of the strip-shaped hole 1111b, thereby causing the first mounting member 211 to be located in the strip-shaped hole 1111b, by providing the second mounting member 212 for connection with the first mounting member 211 such that the second mounting member 212 is stopped at one end of the strip-shaped hole 1111b facing away from the connection member 230, thereby causing the positions of the first mounting member 211 and the first housing 111 to be relatively fixed, thereby connecting the first housing 111 to the mounting assembly 200, thereby mounting the lamp to the mounting surface. In the installation process of the lamp, a user can pass the circular hole 1111a through the first installation unit 210 by a single person and move the lamp body 100 so that the first installation member 211 is positioned in the strip-shaped hole 1111b and the second installation member 212 is stopped at one end of the strip-shaped hole 1111b, which is away from the connection member 230, without complicated installation operation, the installation of the lamp can be completed by the user by the single person, and the installation of the lamp is more convenient.
In one possible implementation, the bar-shaped aperture 1111b extends along an arc. That is, the first housing 111 may have a rotation structure, and the bar-shaped hole 1111b extends along the circumferential direction of the first housing 111, so that the first housing 111 can be rotated with respect to the first mounting member 211 about the rotation center of the first housing 111 after passing the circular hole 1111a through the first mounting member 211, and the first mounting member 211 is positioned in the bar-shaped hole 1111 b.
In order to improve the reliability of the installation of the lamp, in some embodiments, the number of the installation holes 1111 is at least one, two or more installation holes 1111 are spaced apart along the circumference of the first housing 111, and the first installation units 210 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the installation holes 1111.
As such, the at least two first mounting units 210 may provide at least two support points for the first housing 111 to more reliably connect the lamp body 100 to the mounting assembly 200.
In particular, at least two of the mounting holes 1111 may be symmetrically disposed with respect to the center of the first housing 111. Thus, when the bar-shaped holes 1111b extend in an arc shape, it is necessary to rotate the lamp body 100 such that the relative positions of the lamp body 100 and the mounting holes 1111 are changed, and the respective mounting holes 1111 are symmetrically arranged such that the respective first mounting units 210 are aligned with the circular holes 1111a of the respective mounting holes 1111 one by one and rotated with respect to the bar-shaped holes 1111 b.
In some embodiments, the peripheral wall of the first mount 211 has external threads and the second mount 212 has internal threads that mate with the external threads such that the second mount 212 is threadably coupled to the end of the first mount 211 that faces away from the connection 230.
Thus, when the first mounting member 211 passes through the circular hole 1111a and rotates or moves the lamp body 100 such that the first mounting member 211 is positioned in the bar-shaped hole 1111b and such that the second mounting member 212 is stopped after the end of the bar-shaped hole 1111b facing away from the connection member 230, the preliminary mounting of the lamp body 100 is completed, and further, it is necessary to move the second mounting member 212 toward the connection member 230 in the extending direction of the first mounting member 211 such that the movement is stopped after the lamp body 100 abuts on the mounting surface, thereby preventing the lamp body 100 from shaking with respect to the mounting surface.
The external thread is arranged on the peripheral wall of the first mounting piece 211, and the internal thread is arranged on the second mounting piece 212, so that the second mounting piece 212 is screwed on the first mounting piece 211 and corresponds to the first mounting piece 211 to reciprocate, thereby facilitating the installation and the disassembly of the lamp body 100.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, in order to reduce the overall height of the luminaire, in one possible implementation, the first housing 111 has a first mounting slot 1112, the notch of the first mounting slot 1112 facing the mounting assembly 200, the mounting hole 1111 is located away from the bottom wall of the mounting assembly 200 in the first mounting slot 1112, and the first mounting member 211 is located in the first mounting slot 1112.
So configured, when mounting, the notch of the first mounting groove 1112 is aligned with the mounting assembly 200, and then the first mounting member 211 passes through the mounting hole 1111, after the lamp is mounted on the mounting surface, the connecting member 230 and the first mounting member 211 may be hidden in the first mounting groove 1112, or part of the first mounting member 211 is located in the first mounting groove 1112, and the mounting assembly 200 and the lamp body 100 may share part of the height, so that the overall height of the lamp may be reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 9, in some embodiments, the side of the first housing 111 facing the mounting assembly 200 has an abutment wall 1113, the abutment wall 1113 is provided around the notch periphery side of the first mounting groove 1112, and the abutment wall 1113 is configured to abut against the mounting surface.
It will be appreciated that when the second mounting member 212 moves toward the mounting surface along the extending direction of the first mounting member 211 until the abutment wall 1113 abuts against the mounting surface, and the second mounting member 212 cannot continue to move toward the mounting surface, the lamp body 100 is mounted in place, and the lamp body 100 can abut between the mounting surface and the second mounting member 212 to prevent the lamp body 100 from moving relative to the mounting surface, so that the lamp mounting is reliable.
In some embodiments, the abutment wall 1113 is flush with a surface of the connector 230 facing away from the first mounting unit 210.
In this way, after the lamp is mounted on the mounting surface, the connecting member 230 and the first mounting member 211 may be completely hidden in the first mounting groove 1112, and a portion of the second mounting unit 220 is located in the first mounting groove 1112, and another portion of the second mounting unit 220 is located in the wall of the mounting surface, so that the mounting assembly 200 does not occupy the height of the lamp additionally, and the height of the lamp is smaller, thereby forming a ceiling-mounted lamp.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 9, in one possible implementation, the lamp housing 110 further includes a shielding cover 112, the first housing 111 further has a second mounting groove 1114, the second mounting groove 1114 is located on a side of the first mounting groove 1112 facing away from the mounting assembly 200, the mounting hole 1111 communicates with the first mounting groove 1112 and the second mounting groove 1114, the second mounting piece 212 is located in the second mounting groove 1114, a notch of the second mounting groove 1114 facing away from the mounting assembly 200, and the shielding cover 112 is connected to the first housing 111 to close the second mounting groove 1114.
It will be appreciated that, during installation, the notch of the first mounting groove 1112 is aligned with the mounting assembly 200, after the lamp body 100 is initially installed, the lamp body 100 may be hung on the mounting surface, the second mounting member 212 is located in the second mounting groove 1114, at this time, the user's hand may enter the second mounting groove 1114 through the notch of the second mounting groove 1114 to operate the second mounting member 212, for example, screw the second mounting member 212 to further firmly mount the lamp body 100, and after the second mounting member 212 is adjusted and the wires of the lamp body 100 are connected with the wires reserved on the mounting surface, the shielding cover 112 may be connected to the first housing 111 to close the second mounting groove 1114, so that the lamp body 100 has a more attractive appearance.
In a specific implementation, the shielding cover 112 has a first locking portion 1121, and the side wall of the second mounting groove 1114 has a second locking portion 1117, where the first locking portion 1121 is locked to the second locking portion 1117. Therefore, after other installation steps are completed, the shielding cover 112 can be directly clamped on the first shell 111, so that the operation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in one possible implementation, the lamp body 100 further includes a light source assembly 120, the light source assembly 120 includes a first light source unit 121 and a driving unit 122, the first housing 111 has a first lamp cavity 1115, the first lamp cavity 1115 is disposed around the outer circumference sides of the first mounting groove 1112 and the second mounting groove 1114, the first light source unit 121 is electrically connected to the driving unit 122, and the first light source unit 121 and the driving unit 122 are disposed in the first lamp cavity 1115. The lamp housing 110 further includes a second housing 113, the side of the first lamp cavity 1115 facing away from the mounting assembly 200 has a first opening 1115a, and the second housing 113 is connected to the first housing 111 to close the first opening 1115a.
It can be understood that the wires of the lamp body 100 are led out by the driving unit 122, the first light source unit 121 and the driving unit 122 are both disposed in the first light cavity, so that the hands of the user can conveniently extend into the first light cavity from the first opening 1115a to connect the wires of the lamp body 100 and the wires reserved on the mounting surface, and then the second housing 113 is connected to the first housing 111 to close the first opening 1115a, so that the appearance surface of the lamp housing 110 is attractive, and the light emitted by the first light source unit 121 is uniformly transmitted out through the lamp housing 110.
Or for convenience of transportation, the first light source unit 121 and the first housing 111 may be separately disposed during transportation, and a user may mount the first light source unit 121 into the first lamp cavity 1115 before mounting the lamp body 100 to the mounting surface, and then mount the second housing 113 to the first housing 111.
Or during subsequent use, the user may detach the second housing 113 from the first housing 111 to open the first lamp cavity 1115, thereby maintaining and replacing the second light source unit 123.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the light source assembly 120 further includes a second light source unit 123, the first housing 111 has a second lamp cavity 1116, the second lamp cavity 1116 is disposed around an outer circumferential side of the first lamp cavity 1115, and the second light source unit 123 is disposed in the second lamp cavity 1116 and electrically connected to the driving unit 122. The lamp housing 110 further includes a third housing 114, the side of the second lamp cavity 1116 facing the mounting assembly 200 has a second opening 1116a, and the third housing 114 is coupled to the first housing 111 to close the second opening 1116a.
In this way, the hand of the user can extend into the second lamp cavity 1116 through the second opening 1116a, so that the second light source unit 123 can be conveniently mounted or dismounted, and after the third housing 114 is connected to the first housing 111, the second opening 1116a can be closed, so that the appearance surface of the lamp housing 110 is more attractive, and the light emitted by the second light source unit 123 is uniformly transmitted through the lamp housing 110. And the driving unit 122 may supply voltages to the first and second light source units 121 and 123 when the first and second light source units 121 and 123 are lighted.
It should be noted that, the light emitting direction of the first light source unit 121 and the light emitting direction of the second light source unit 123 are different, the first light source unit 121 may cover a majority of the area of the first lamp cavity 1115, the first light source unit 121 is configured to provide a surface light source, and is a main light source of the lamp, the second light source unit 123 may be configured to provide a line light source along a circumferential direction of the second lamp cavity 1116, and each of the first light source unit 121 and the second light source unit 123 may include a plurality of LED beads, which is a sub light source of the lamp.
Wherein the first light source unit 121 may be screw-coupled to the first housing 111, and the second light source unit 123 may be adhered to the first housing 111.
In some embodiments, the second housing 113 and the third housing 114 are both clamped to the first housing 111. This facilitates the user to mount the second housing 113 and the third housing 114 to the first housing 111 and to detach the second housing 113 and the third housing 114 from the first housing 111, thereby facilitating the opening of the first lamp cavity 1115 and the second lamp cavity 1116.
Referring to fig. 4, in a specific implementation, the second mounting unit 220 includes a third mounting member 221 and a fourth mounting member 222, the third mounting member 221 is configured to be connected to the mounting surface, the fourth mounting member 222 is disposed through the connection hole 231 and is screwed to the third mounting member 221, and the fourth mounting member 222 is stopped at an end of the connection hole 231 facing the lamp body 100.
