Anastomotic stoma reinforcing and repairing assembly and anastomotic deviceTechnical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an anastomotic stoma strengthening and repairing assembly and an anastomotic device.
Background
Surgical staplers are widely used in surgery because they can rapidly cut and seal tissue and organs within a patient at the same time, reducing the risk of such surgical procedures to a great extent and shortening the surgical time as compared to the use of scalpels for conventional surgery. The surgical fastener apparatus generally has a jaw structure, and typically includes two separate arms, one of which is a cartridge arm having a cartridge face, including two or more staple lines, and the other of which is an anvil arm having a anvil face, with or without a cutting device having a cutting action. In some procedures, the staples may be used directly, i.e., it is feasible to place the staples in direct contact with the patient's tissue. Because the patient's intact tissue itself prevents the staples from being detached from the tissue and compensates for the slit before healing. However, for other specialized procedures, the tissue to be stapled by the patient is fragile and does not secure the staples in the corresponding position. For example, in pulmonary surgery, some of the lung tissues that develop particular lesions require anastomotic tissue to be relatively fragile, and in extreme cases, unprotected anastomotic lines are prone to full line tearing. With the increasing popularity of surgical reinforcement devices used in diseased lung tissue surgery, it is particularly important to take measures to protect delicate tissues from tearing by staples or during surgical stapling, and when staplers are used, bleeding and weeping problems are prone to occur around the staples. Bleeding from the stoma can greatly extend the procedure time and increase the risk of complications of the procedure in the patient.
In the prior art, a reinforcing or strengthening material is generally adopted, specifically, a layer of absorbable strengthening material is assembled on a nail bin and a nail anvil surface of the anastomat, and the material is fixed on an anastomotic stoma while cutting and stapling are finished, so that fragile tissues are prevented from being torn by the anastomotic nail, gaps between bare nails and the tissues or blood vessels are closed, the anastomotic stoma is strengthened, and complications risks such as bleeding, air leakage and liquid seepage of the anastomotic stoma are reduced. However, in the operation process, the existing anastomotic patch cannot be completely fixed on the anastomat, and the defects of slippage, hemming, flanging and the like of the anastomotic patch can occur in the operation process, so that the operation fails, and the anastomotic nail cannot be perfectly formed, so that the anastomotic cannot be tightly sealed, and bleeding, air leakage or liquid seepage and the like in or after the operation are caused.
Therefore, how to reduce the risk of bleeding, air leakage or liquid seepage of the anastomotic stoma is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.
