To achieve the above objects, the present application provides an electric sunroof handle: including push-and-pull cover, push-and-pull cover's lower fixed surface is connected with the plaque, push-and-pull cover passes through the plaque to be fixed on the vehicle skylight, the plaque is seted up to the inside finger that extends of push-and-pull cover and is pushed away the groove, the inner wall that indicates to push away the groove is provided with the pressure-sensitive control board, the lower surface of plaque is provided with the switch, the top of plaque is provided with electric packaging box, pressure-sensitive control board and switch be used for to electric packaging box transmission control signal for realize the control to skylight and accessory component.
Preferably, the switch designed on the decorative plate comprises an illumination button and a key adjusting button, and the lower surface of the decorative plate is further provided with an LED lamp tube for realizing good interior illumination.
Preferably, the upper surface of the decorative plate is provided with a connecting column and a clamping plate, the connecting column is suitable for being fixedly connected with the skylight through a connecting piece, and the clamping plate is suitable for being directly clamped with the skylight and used for pre-mounting the skylight handle, so that the subsequent connecting piece can be conveniently assembled.
Preferably, the side surface of the electrical packaging box is provided with an inserting positioning groove, and the top surface of the electrical packaging box is provided with a contact piece for realizing the electrical connection with the skylight movement mechanism by matching the contact piece on the skylight.
Preferably, the upper edge of the pressure-sensitive control plate is integrally connected to the push-pull cover, and a gap is provided between a portion below the upper edge of the pressure-sensitive control plate and the push-pull cover, so as to ensure that the pressure-sensitive control plate can move relative to the push-pull cover within a certain range.
Preferably, the push-pull cover and the pressure control plate are made of plastic materials, have good reset elasticity, are light in weight and are not easy to corrode.
Preferably, a pressure sensor is arranged between the pressure-sensitive control plate and the push-pull cover, and voltage for adjusting different movement speeds of the skylight can be sent to the controller according to the pressure applied to the pressure-sensitive control plate.
As another preferred mode, a contact switch is arranged between the pressure-sensitive control plate and the push-pull cover, and pressure is not distinguished, so that the movement of the skylight is always within a proper and safe range.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this application lies in:
(1) By designing two different skylight adjusting switches on the electric skylight handle, the skylight can be completely opened and closed by one key, and the opening of the skylight can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirement, so that the skylight handle has the same control capability as a central console, the operation experience of opening and closing the skylight is improved, and great convenience is provided for rear passengers;
(2) The LED lamp tube is additionally arranged on the skylight handle, so that the skylight has the function of illuminating the vehicle, and the light-emitting source is positioned at the top in the vehicle, so that a good illuminating effect can be generated.

The electric skylight handle shown in fig. 1-5 comprises a push-pull cover 2, wherein an adjusting skylight is an action part of the force, and adecorative plate 1 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the push-pull cover 2 and is used for decorating the whole skylight handle; on the other hand, the handle of the whole skylight is fixed on the skylight of the vehicle roof, the switch designed on theplaque 1 comprises anilluminating button 101 and akey adjusting button 102, the lower surface of theplaque 1 is also provided with anLED lamp tube 103, theilluminating button 101 is used for controlling the on and off of theLED lamp tube 103, and thekey adjusting button 102 is used for controlling the one-key opening and one-key closing of the skylight.
The push-pull cover 2 is fixed on a vehicle skylight through thedecorative plate 1, the push-pull cover 2 is directly matched with a mounting groove in the skylight, the upper surface of thedecorative plate 1 is provided with a connectingcolumn 4 and aclamping plate 5, the connectingcolumn 4 is suitable for being fixedly connected with the skylight through a connecting piece, theclamping plate 5 is suitable for being directly clamped with the skylight, when the handle is installed, the whole skylight handle is firstly clamped at an installation position of the skylight through theclamping plate 5, and then the whole skylight handle can be stably installed on the skylight by fixing thedecorative plate 1 on the skylight through connecting pieces such as bolts.
Theplaque 1 is provided with afinger push groove 201 extending towards the inside of the push-pull cover 2, a hand can extend into thefinger push groove 201 to perform point control adjustment, the inner wall of thefinger push groove 201 is provided with a pressure-sensitive control plate 202, when the pressure-sensitive control plate 202 is pressed, a moving mechanism of the skylight works, when the pressure-sensitive control plate is not pressed, the moving mechanism stops, the upper edge of the pressure-sensitive control plate 202 is connected with the push-pull cover 2 into a whole, the assembling steps are reduced, meanwhile, the connecting strength of the pressure-sensitive control plate 202 and the push-pull cover 2 can be well ensured, the push-pull cover 2 and the pressure-sensitive control plate 202 are both made of plastic materials, the plastic materials are light and cannot rust, most importantly, the plastic has better elasticity, an elastic reset piece does not need to be additionally designed, the pressure-sensitive control plate 202 can be immediately restored to an initial position after not being pressed, the movement of the skylight is stopped, a gap is reserved between the part below the upper edge of the pressure-sensitive control plate 202 and the push-pull cover 2, a certain movement distance of the pressure-sensitive control plate 202 relative to thepush cover 2 is ensured, and a gap between the pressure-pull cover 202 is arranged with a pressure sensor or a contact switch, the opening of the skylight can be adjusted more quickly, the skylight can be adjusted, and the skylight can be adjusted more quickly, the skylight can be used when the pressure-sensitive control plate 202 is used when the skylight, and the skylight is pressed, and the skylight is also can be adjusted at different opening of the skylight is adjusted, and the skylight is increased, and the skylight is also can be adjusted; when a contact switch is used, the rate of adjustment of the louvers is independent of the pressure on pressuresensitive panel 202, and once the louvers are moved, their rate of movement remains moderately constant, neither too slow to cause fatigue to the adjuster, nor too fast to cause excessive impact.
The lower surface of thedecorative plate 1 is provided with a switch for controlling the state of a skylight and accessory elements arranged on the skylight, anelectric packaging box 3 for protecting an internal circuit board is arranged above thedecorative plate 1, the side surface of theelectric packaging box 3 is provided with aninserting positioning groove 301 for playing a role of auxiliary positioning when the electric skylight handle is installed, the whole electric skylight handle can be pre-installed on the skylight by matching with aclamping plate 5, the top surface of theelectric packaging box 3 is provided with acontact plate 302 for realizing electric connection with a contact at the top of a handle installation part in a matching way, so that a controller in theelectric packaging box 3 can realize control over a skylight movement mechanism, and the pressure-sensitive control plate 202 and the switch are used for transmitting control signals to theelectric packaging box 3, thereby realizing regulation and control over the skylight and the accessory mechanisms at the skylight handle.
The working principle of the electric skylight handle is as follows: this electric skylight handle can pass through the motion electric connection incontact 302 and skylight after the installation, the last pressure-sensitive control panel 202 that sets up of skylight handle is the point control switch, both press existing, do not press motionlessly, akey adjustment button 102 is then state adjustment switch, a key opens the skylight completely, a key closes the skylight completely, two kinds of control mode cooperation, make the skylight handle just can carry out nimble regulation to the skylight under the condition that does not need very big strength, and the LEDfluorescent tube 103 of addding below the skylight handle can be used for the interior illumination of car, because the skylight is located the vehicle top, so the LEDfluorescent tube 103 that sets up on the skylight just can produce fine illuminating effect.
