The following disclosure provides many different embodiments or examples for implementing different features of the utility model. To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention.
In order to facilitate those skilled in the art to understand the technical solution of the present invention, and particularly, to understand the application scenario of the present invention, the following will briefly describe the application scenario related to the present invention. Meanwhile, the following detailed description of the technical solution of the present invention will be made in an attempt to describe the technical solution in a whole to a part way.
It should be understood that, although the embodiment provided by the present invention describes the technical solution of thetire 1 by taking the tire for the intelligent lawn mower as a reference example, the technical solution of thetire 1 is not limited to the intelligent lawn mower, but is also applicable to other garden machines, and even to agricultural machines, such as harvesters and other products.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a tire for a smart lawn mower, thetire 1 having:
afirst end face 11 and asecond end face 12 which are symmetrical with respect to the central plane of thetire 1; and
atread 13 located between thefirst end face 11 and thesecond end face 12;
a plurality of uniformly distributed tire tread units are arranged on atire tread 13 of thetire 1, the tire tread units are divided into two groups and are symmetrically and alternately arranged relative to a tire tread central line;
each pattern unit comprises amain pattern block 2 and auxiliary pattern blocks 3, themain pattern block 2 is in a splayed symmetrical shape, and the auxiliary pattern blocks 3 are arranged between the splayed symmetrical patterns of themain pattern block 2.
It should be understood that themain pattern block 2 is in a splayed symmetrical shape, and a splayed area is formed on thetread 13, so that grass and mud are not easy to accumulate, and the grip force can be improved; the splayed region has a width of one larger port and a width of two smaller ports, and the smaller ports can face inwards or outwards, and preferably face outwards; the auxiliary pattern blocks 3 are positioned between the splayed symmetrical patterns of themain pattern block 2, splayed areas are also formed between the adjacent splayed symmetrical patterns, but the orientation of the small port of the splayed area is opposite to that of the small port of the splayed area formed by the splayed symmetrical patterns, so that the area of thetread 13 between the adjacent splayed symmetrical patterns is not too large, the ground gripping area is increased, the stable rolling of thetire 1 is facilitated, meanwhile, the transition of the adjacent splayed symmetrical patterns is not uniform, and the blocking caused by the extrusion of mud and grass is prevented.
It is worth noting that the main pattern blocks 2 and the auxiliary pattern blocks 3 are arranged on two sides of thetread 13 and are arranged in a staggered mode, so that unevenness of thetread 13 is further aggravated, mud and grass discharging is facilitated, blocking is prevented, and climbing and obstacle jumping capabilities are improved.
In one embodiment, thesub-blocks 3 include at least one of individual dot-shaped blocks, linear-shaped blocks, and wave-shaped blocks. In the embodiment, the dot pattern blocks, the linear pattern blocks and the wave pattern blocks gradually reduce the area of the splayed area according to the respective shape characteristics and become more uneven; the auxiliary pattern blocks 3 with different shapes can be selected according to actual application scenes, so that the adaptability of thetire 1 is better.
In one embodiment, the center of symmetry of themain block 2 is perpendicular to the tread center, and the extending direction of thesub-blocks 3 is parallel to or overlaps with the center line of symmetry of themain block 2. The scheme ensures that the tread units of thetread 13 become regular and regular on the whole, and can improve the stability of thetire 1.
In one embodiment, themain block 2 includes ahead portion 21 and abody portion 22, thehead portion 21 crosses the tread center, thebody portion 22 extends to the end surface of thetire 1, and thesub-block 3 extends inward from the end surface of thetire 1 without crossing the tread center. The uneven uniformity of 13 treads has further been aggravated to this scheme, is favorable to the row mud to arrange the grass, prevents the card and dies, has also improved climbing, has jumped the barrier ability.
In one embodiment, themain block 2 includesseparate blocks 23 and 24, one of theblocks 23 and 24 being located between theblocks 23 and 24 of one of the blocks on the tread centerline. The uneven uniformity of 13 treads has further been aggravated to this scheme, is favorable to the row mud to arrange the grass, prevents the card and dies, has also improved climbing, has jumped the barrier ability.
In one embodiment, on thetread 13, the distance between the symmetric centerlines of the firstmain block 2 and the secondmain block 2 among the adjacent firstmain block 2, secondmain block 2, and thirdmain block 2 is not equal to the distance between the symmetric centerlines of the secondmain block 2 and thirdmain block 2. The uneven uniformity of 13 treads has further been aggravated to this scheme, is favorable to the row mud to arrange the grass, prevents the card and dies, has also improved climbing, has jumped the barrier ability.
In one embodiment, the blocks of thetread 13 of thetire 1 are provided withdirt discharge grooves 4 therebetween, and thedirt discharge grooves 4 are communicated with each other. This scheme is favorable to row mud and arrange the grass, prevent that the card is dead throughblowdown slot 4.
In one embodiment, the width of the slot opening of thesewage drainage groove 4 is larger than the width of the groove bottom, and the section of thesewage drainage groove 4 is in a trapezoid shape. In this scheme, the nearly ground end width ofblowdown slot 4 is great relatively, and its distal end width is little relatively, has just further aggravated the unsmooth inhomogeneity oftread 13, is favorable to row mud row grass, prevents the card and dies, has also improved the climbing, has jumped the barrier ability.
In one embodiment, the width of the slot of thedirt discharge channel 4 transitions unevenly. In this scheme, the notch width ofadjacent blowdown slot 4 is inconsistent, has just further aggravated the unsmooth inhomogeneity oftread 13, is favorable to row mud and arranges the grass, prevents the card and dies, has also improved climbing, has jumped the barrier ability.
The present invention also provides an intelligent lawn mower comprising:
atire 1;
thetire 1 is thetire 1 according to any of the above embodiments.
The above are only a few specific embodiments of the present invention, and any other modifications based on the concept of the present invention are considered to be within the scope of the present invention.
