Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While certain embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it is to be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather are provided for a more thorough and complete understanding of the present disclosure. It should be understood that the drawings and embodiments of the disclosure are for illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure.
The term "include" and variations thereof as used herein are open-ended, i.e., "including but not limited to". The term "based on" is "based, at least in part, on". The term "one embodiment" means "at least one embodiment"; the term "another embodiment" means "at least one additional embodiment"; the term "some embodiments" means "at least some embodiments". Relevant definitions for other terms will be given in the following description.
It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like in the present disclosure are only used for distinguishing different devices, modules or units, and are not used for limiting the order or interdependence relationship of the functions performed by the devices, modules or units.
It is noted that references to "a", "an", and "the" modifications in this disclosure are intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and that those skilled in the art will recognize that "one or more" may be used unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
Fig. 1 shows a sectional view of anelectromagnetic pen 1. In some embodiments, theelectromagnetic pen 1 includes ahousing 10, apen tip portion 11, a pentip portion holder 12, and apressure detection portion 13. In some embodiments, thehousing 10 is formed of plastic, although the disclosure is not so limited. In some embodiments,tip portion 11 includes afirst end 111 protruding fromhousing 10 and asecond end 112 with external threads. In some embodiments, thenib holder 12 is disposed within thehousing 10 or is part of thehousing 10, i.e., thehousing 10 and thenib holder 12 are integrally formed. In some embodiments, thenib holder 12 includes agroove 121 with internal threads. In some embodiments, the internal threads ofgroove 121 mate with the external threads ofsecond end 112 to securenib 11 tonib holder 12. Fig. 1 shows an electromagnetic pen with a pen tip portion in an attached state. In some embodiments,first end 111 is provided with an opening 113 for receiving a writing medium.
In some embodiments, thepressure detection part 13 is provided on thehousing 10 and/or thenib holder 12. In some embodiments, when theelectromagnetic pen 1 writes, the writing pressure is transmitted to thepressure detecting portion 13, and whether writing is performed or not and the writing pressure are sensed.
In some embodiments, the writing medium comprises any suitable writing medium such as a pencil point or ink pen.
In some embodiments, thenib portion 11 may be made of a non-metallic material that is wear resistant and high temperature resistant, such as polyacrylate, plastic, and the like. In some embodiments, thetip holder 12 may be made of a non-metallic material that is wear resistant and temperature resistant, such as polyacrylate, plastic, and the like.
This is disclosed through the cooperation of the outside screw thread of nib portion and the inside screw thread of nib portion fixing base, and nib portion is rotatory can fix or dismantle, has facilitated the change ofwriting medium 16. In addition, injury to children when the pen point part is detached is avoided. In addition, the pen point can be prevented from flying out to cause injury in use. In some embodiments,first end 111 includes a land. In the present disclosure, the truncated pyramid portion refers to a portion having a plurality of edges on an outer peripheral surface thereof, and a ridge surface is formed between the plurality of edges. In some embodiments, the prism portion has a first width W1 in a direction perpendicular to a line connecting thefirst end 111 and thesecond end 112, the first width W1 gradually decreasing in a direction from thesecond end 112 toward thefirst end 111. By using a ridge, the user is helped to get a better hold when rotating the nib part, like screwing.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, thefirst end 111 includes a detent 31 extending in a direction perpendicular to a line connecting thefirst end 111 and thesecond end 112.
As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments,tip portion 11 further includes a connectingportion 114 connectingfirst end 111 andsecond end 112, connectingportion 114 including afirst portion 1141 adjacentfirst end 111 and asecond portion 1142 adjacentfirst portion 1141. In some embodiments, thefirst portion 1141 has a second width W2 in a direction perpendicular to a line connecting thefirst end 111 and thesecond end 112, the second width W2 gradually increasing in a direction from thesecond end 112 toward thefirst end 111. As also shown in fig. 1, as the external spiral ofsecond end 112 is engaged with the internal spiral ofpen tip holder 12, whenpen tip 11 is slowly fixed, opening 113 is also gradually pressed as W2 gradually increases in the direction fromsecond end 112 towardfirst end 111, and writingmedium 16 can be fixed more firmly. While the writing medium is slowly not so firmly fixed in the opening, i.e. is slowly loosened, while thewriting tip 11 is slowly removed, thewriting medium 16 can be replaced separately after the tip has been removed.
In some embodiments, theopening 113 extends into thefirst portion 1141. As such, because W2 increases in size in the direction fromsecond end 112 towardfirst end 111, the writing medium within opening 113 may be better secured due to the increased force ofhousing 10 againstfirst portion 1141.
In some embodiments, thesecond portion 1142 is disposed between thefirst portion 1141 and thesecond end 112, and the third width W3 of thesecond portion 1142 is less than the second width W2. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, themagnetic ring 51 of theelectromagnetic pen 1 is disposed around thesecond portion 1142. Since the third width W3 of thesecond portion 1142 is smaller than the second width W2, a space is left for the disposition of themagnetic ring 51.
As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, thepressure detection portion 13 includes aconductive portion 14, and theconductive portion 14 is connected to thetip holder 12 and disposed on a side of thetip holder 12 away from thesecond end 112. In some embodiments, theconductive portion 14 comprises an elastic rubber, in particular, a spherical conductive rubber.
In some embodiments, thepressure detection portion 13 further includes akey circuit board 15 disposed opposite to theconductive portion 14, and thekey circuit board 15 has a predetermined distance from theconductive portion 14. In some embodiments, when the writing medium is written on, for example, a writing pad, the pressure of the writing medium may be transmitted to thenib 11, thenib 11 then transmits the force to thenib holder 12, thenib holder 12 transmits the force to theconductive portion 14, and theconductive portion 14 moves a predetermined distance to contact with the conductive wire on thekey circuit board 15 and make the key circuit board conductive. In some embodiments, thenib holder 12 and thehousing 10 are resiliently coupled such that some relative movement occurs when the sensed force of the writing medium is transmitted to thenib holder 12.
In some embodiments, theelectromagnetic pen 1 further comprises anelastic member 17, and theelastic member 17 is disposed in thehousing 10 and connected with the pen-tip holder 12. In some embodiments, theelastic member 17 may be a circular ring spring surrounding the inside of thecasing 10, and one end of the circular ring spring is fixed to thecasing 10 and the other end of the circular ring spring may be connected (e.g., fixed) to thenib holder 12, so that when the writingmedium 16 writes, the generated pressure is transmitted to theelastic member 17 through thenib holder 12, and theelastic member 17 contracts, and theconductive portion 14 contacts thekey circuit board 15 to conduct the circuit. When the writingmedium 16 stops writing, no pressure is generated at this time, theelastic member 17 causes thenib holder 12 to return to the position before writing due to the elastic force, and theconductive portion 14 is disconnected from thekey circuit board 15, and the circuit is disconnected.
It should be understood that the electromagnetic pen of the present disclosure is an active electromagnetic pen, and can write normally in paper, like a regular pen. In addition, the electromagnetic pen of the present disclosure may further include some components included in a conventional electromagnetic pen, for example, a coil, a battery, a control circuit, etc., which are not described in detail herein for the sake of simplicity.
In some embodiments, an electronic device is also provided, comprising a writing pad and the electromagnetic pen. As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, thewriting pad 61 has arecess 611 for accommodating theelectromagnetic pen 1.
In some embodiments, thefirst end portion 111 includes a ridge portion having a first width W1 in a direction perpendicular to a line connecting thefirst end portion 111 and thesecond end portion 112, the first width W1 gradually decreasing in a direction from thesecond end portion 112 toward thefirst end portion 111. By using a ridge, the user is helped to get a better hold when rotating the nib part, like screwing. In some embodiments, tablet 60 also includes anotch 612 that mates with the ledge portion. When thepen point part 11 of theelectromagnetic pen 1 needs to be installed or detached, theelectromagnetic pen 1 can be inserted into thenotch 612 on the handwriting board 60, and thenotch 612 is matched with the frustum part, so that the installation or detachment of thepen point part 11 can be easily realized by rotating theelectromagnetic pen 1.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, thefirst end 111 includes adetent 31 extending in a direction perpendicular to a line connecting thefirst end 111 and thesecond end 112. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 6, handwriting pad 60 may further comprise arecess 612 that mates withfirst end 111, and a resilient tab (not shown) that mates withdetent 31 may be disposed inrecess 612. In this way, by using the elastic protrusion and thepositioning groove 31, no matter the shape of thefirst end portion 111 is a frustum portion or a circular truncated cone portion, when theelectromagnetic pen 1 is inserted into thenotch 612, the elastic protrusion may retract first and then pop out into thepositioning groove 31, so as to fix theelectromagnetic pen 1, and then the installation or the removal of thepen tip portion 11 can be easily achieved by rotating theelectromagnetic pen 1.
It should be understood that the writing pad of the present disclosure may be any suitable writing pad, such as an electromagnetic pad, etc., and is not limited in the present disclosure as long as the writing pad is used in cooperation with theelectromagnetic pen 1.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an electromagnetic pen including: a housing; a nib portion including a first end protruding from the housing and a second end with external threads; a nib holder disposed within or as part of the housing, wherein the nib holder includes a groove with internal threads that mate with external threads of the second end to secure the nib to the nib holder; the pressure detection part is arranged on the shell and/or the pen point fixing seat; wherein the first end is provided with an opening for receiving a writing medium.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the first end portion includes a ridge portion having a first width in a direction perpendicular to a line connecting the first end portion and the second end portion, the first width gradually decreasing in a direction from the second end portion toward the first end portion.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the first end portion includes a positioning groove extending in a direction perpendicular to a line connecting the first end portion and the second end portion.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the nib portion further includes a connection portion connecting the first end portion and the second end portion, the connection portion including a first portion adjacent to the first end portion, the first portion having a second width in a direction perpendicular to a line connecting the first end portion and the second end portion, the second width gradually increasing in a direction from the second end portion toward the first end portion.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the opening extends into the first portion.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the connecting portion further includes a second portion disposed between the first portion and the second end, a third width of the second portion being smaller than the second width, a magnetic ring of the electromagnetic pen being disposed to surround the second portion.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the pressure detection section includes a conductive portion connected to the tip section holder and provided on a side of the tip section holder away from the second end portion.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the pressure detection portion further includes a key circuit board disposed opposite to the conductive portion, and a preset distance is provided between the key circuit board and the conductive portion.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the electromagnetic pen further includes an elastic member disposed within the housing and connected with the pen tip holder.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, an electronic device is provided, which includes a writing pad and the electromagnetic pen, wherein the writing pad has a recess for accommodating the electromagnetic pen.

The writing pad further comprises a notch matching the first end, and an elastic protrusion matching the positioning groove is arranged in the notch.
