In this embodiment, when theprosthetic sheet 1 is used for reinforcement of an anastomotic stoma, theprosthetic sheet 1 is preferably made of a material that is non-immunogenic and is degradable in vivo, such as a degradable polymer material or a degradable biomaterial. For example, theprosthetic 1 may be made of a material having a three-dimensional network of porous structure that provides a scaffold for tissue and promotes tissue regeneration. The degradable biological material may comprise biological tissue treated for immunogen removal, for example, a decellularized small intestine submucosa matrix material may be employed. Thus, theauxiliary sheet 1 can achieve anastomotic stoma reinforcement and facilitate tissue regeneration. Thesub-sheet 1 becomes soft and easily deformed when it encounters water. Therefore, before thenail barrel 3 enters the tissue, the surface of theauxiliary sheet 1 is dipped with water, or after theauxiliary sheet 1 enters the tissue along with thenail barrel 3, theauxiliary sheet 1 is softened when meeting body fluid, the part of theauxiliary sheet 1 close to the central opening covers thenail bin surface 33, and the part of theauxiliary sheet 1 far away from the central opening is attached to the outer side surface of thefar end side 31 of thenail barrel 3, so that the structure shown in fig. 7 is formed.
When theauxiliary sheet 1 is used as a guide or a structural member such as an anti-inflammatory member, other types of materials can be selected for theauxiliary sheet 1, for example, theauxiliary sheet 1 can be made of a flexible film made of rubber, plastic, silicone or the like, or can be made of a flexible fabric such as a woven fabric, a knitted fabric or the like, and the material used for the fabric can be a rayon material or a spun yarn obtained by a polymer extrusion method or the like. Theauxiliary sheet 1 may have a certain elasticity or may be a flexible material without elasticity. Furthermore, theauxiliary sheet 1 can also be made of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer).
The thickness of thesub-sheet 1 is preferably less than 0.2mm, and further may be 0.15 mm. For example, the thickness of theflap 1 can be selected in the range of 0.05mm to 0.2mm so as to have substantially no effect on the outer diameter of thecartridge 3, increase the difficulty of movement of thecartridge 3 in the tissue due to the addition of theflap 1, and reduce damage to the tissue mucosa. In practical applications, the thickness of theauxiliary sheet 1 may be selected as desired, and is not limited to the ranges and values listed herein.
In this embodiment, the outer side of theauxiliary sheet 1 may be at least partially lubricious or coated with a lubricious layer. Here, the outer side surface of the sub-sheet 1 means a surface on a side which is directly contacted with the tissue after thecartridge 3 enters the tissue. Therefore, when thenail barrel 3 enters and moves in the tissue, the surface of theauxiliary sheet 1 is provided with lubricating property or a lubricating layer, the movement of thenail barrel 3 can be guided, and the friction force of thenail barrel 3 contacting with the tissue is reduced, thereby reducing the friction and damage to the tissue. The lubricating layer can be formed by coating with an aqueous lubricant or an oil lubricant which is known in the art. For example, hydrophilic coating of the outer side of thetablet 1, the outer surface of thetablet 1 becoming very lubricious when dipped in water before use, has been widely used in the surgical field. When thetablet 1 is used as an anti-inflammatory member, an anti-inflammatory drug may be applied to the outer surface of thetablet 1.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the fixingmember 2 is a tubular fixingmember 2, and the fixingmember 2 is in interference fit with theinner side surface 34 of thecartridge 3. When the fixation structure of the auxiliary plate needs to be installed in the nail box assembly before operation, thefixation member 2 only needs to be inserted into thenail barrel 3 from thedistal end side 31 of thenail barrel 3, and the inner side surface of theauxiliary plate 1 is inserted to be basically attached to thenail box surface 33. After the cartridge assembly reaches the surgical site, thefixation member 2 and theaccessory plate 1 can be removed from thecartridge 3 by pulling thefixation member 2 proximally, so as not to interfere with the normal firing of the stapler. Furthermore, in another embodiment, after the cartridge assembly reaches the surgical site, thefastener 2 and theflap 1 may not be removed, i.e., theflap 1 serves as a staple reinforcement to staple the tissue together with the staples. In this case, after the stapler firing is complete and the cartridge module is removed from the tissue, thefasteners 2 can also be removed directly from thedistal side 31 of thecartridge 3. Therefore, the auxiliary sheet fixing structure is very convenient to mount and dismount, extra work cannot be added for an operator, and user experience is improved. The fixingmember 2 may be made of rubber, plastic, plastics, silicone, and the like, and preferably made of a material having a certain flexibility, so as to facilitate the installation of the fixingmember 2 on thenail barrel 3. For example, the fixingmember 2 may be made of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), but the present invention is not limited thereto.

The fixingmember 2 may be a ring-shaped fixing member, a hole is formed at a distal end of the fixingmember 2 along a circumferential direction, and the connectingportion 12 is at least partially disposed in the hole of the fixingmember 2, so that the connectingportion 12 is clamped between an inner side wall of thenail barrel 3 and the fixingmember 2.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an auxiliary sheet according to another embodiment of the present invention.
