It should be understood that different cueing units perform different cueing actions, for example: the indicator light gives an indication by lighting and turning off, the loudspeaker gives a prompt by playing voice, the buzzer gives a prompt by buzzing, the vibrator gives a prompt by vibrating, and the display screen gives a prompt by displaying patterns and/or characters and the like.
It should be emphasized that thesignal triggering unit 11 corresponding to the green light passing prompt signal in the present application is preferably a speaker or a buzzer, and a driver of a front vehicle can hear the same "dripping" sound as a traditional horn, but can not hear people outside the vehicle; thesignal triggering unit 11 corresponding to the fault parking prompt signal is preferably a loudspeaker or a buzzer or a vibrator, and is preferably distinguished from the sound corresponding to the green light traffic prompt signal.
In addition, in order to simplify the prompt action of the driver to know theprompt unit 14, theprompt unit 14 corresponding to the left steering prompt signal, the right steering prompt signal, and the parking failure prompt signal may also be a voice playing device or a display screen, so as to accurately express the corresponding driving prompt signal by voice or text.
In one embodiment, the prompting unit presets corresponding different prompting actions according to different prompting purposes; the prompting purpose includes but is not limited to a green light passing prompt, a steering prompt, or a fault parking prompt, etc. The green light passing prompt is mainly used for prompting vehicles which meet the green light but do not pass, such as a vehicle owner sleeping, in a call, playing electronic products or other situations which are not focused on driving; the steering prompt is mainly used for prompting other vehicles that the vehicle is in a steering state; the fault parking prompt is mainly used for prompting other vehicles to be in fault parking so as to avoid secondary collision accidents, particularly on high-speed roads, the failure that the owners of the other vehicles do not react in time to bump the fault vehicles often occurs, so that the driving prompt device of the embodiment effectively avoids secondary collision through wireless transmission driving prompt and promotes driving safety.
Specifically, it is considered that a single prompt form corresponding to a plurality of prompt purposes may cause troubles to personnel in the signal receiving vehicle, and prompt contents cannot be identified effectively. Therefore, the embodiment presets the corresponding prompting action for the prompting unit according to different prompting purposes, so that the signal receiver can quickly distinguish the signal prompting purpose and respond to the prompting signal more effectively.
The different prompting actions can be different prompting actions made by different types of prompting units, or different prompting actions made by the same type of prompting unit. For example: presetting buzzer long-time sounding as a prompt for a green light passing prompt, presetting high-frequency vibration for a fault parking prompt and the like; for another example: the low-frequency buzzer is preset for the green light passing prompt as the prompt, the high-frequency buzzer is preset for the fault parking prompt, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Preferably, the application is directed to a green light passage prompting signal which may correspond to a prompting action such as a speaker and/or buzzer which sounds a "beep".
Preferably, the fault parking prompt signal and the steering prompt signal can be used for making a prompt action corresponding to a loudspeaker and/or a buzzer which gives a prompt sound of 'the accessory vehicle has fault parking/steering', or the display unit displays a character of 'the accessory vehicle has fault parking/steering' to make a prompt action.
In an embodiment, the driving prompting device is further provided with a power supply unit, including but not limited to: button cell, power cord, Micro usb interface, Type-C interface, 30-pin charge interface, and light common charging methods such as interface.
In an embodiment, the driving prompting device includes a plurality ofsignal triggering units 11, which are respectively disposed in the front row space and/or the rear row space of the vehicle, so as to be operated by the front row and/or the rear row passengers and trigger the generation of the driving prompting signal. For example, asignal trigger unit 11 for the driver to operate may be disposed on the steering wheel, and asignal trigger unit 11 for the passenger in the passenger seat to operate may be disposed on the passenger seat or the rear seat, so that the passenger in the rear seat or the passenger seat can assist the driver to send a driving prompt in a more timely manner.
Thesignal trigger unit 11 for the assistant driver seat can be specifically arranged at the positions of a vehicle door, below the seat, above the seat and the like, and can also be arranged near a footwell so as to operate the signal trigger unit by using the feet of a human body; thesignal triggering unit 11 for the rear seat can be specifically disposed at a vehicle door, a position below the seat, a position above the seat, or a position behind the front seat, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In one embodiment, the driving prompting device includes a plurality of promptingunits 14 respectively disposed in the front space and/or the rear compartment of the vehicle to transmit driving prompting signals to the front and/or rear occupants. Considering that the driving prompt sent by the promptingunit 14 may not be effectively transmitted to the driver, for example, the prompting volume of the speaker is not large enough, or the prompting light brightness of the indicator light is not enough, the vibration prompt of the vibrator is not strong enough, etc. Therefore, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the plurality ofprompt units 14 are respectively disposed in the front space and/or the rear space of the vehicle, so that the rear passenger or the passenger in the front passenger can assist the driver to grasp the driving prompt more timely.
In an embodiment, thesignal triggering unit 11 is a lock-free signal triggering unit, which triggers to generate a driving prompting signal after being pressed, and stops generating the driving prompting signal after being released from the pressing, so that the device is convenient to use and has low cost. The unlocking signal trigger unit is, for example, an unlocking button switch, and the button switch generates a prompt signal when a user presses the unlocking button switch, and the button switch does not generate the prompt signal when the user releases the unlocking button switch.
In an embodiment, thesignal triggering unit 11 is a self-locking signal triggering unit, which triggers to generate a driving prompting signal after being pressed, and generates the driving prompting signal after being released from the pressing, until the driving prompting signal is stopped being generated after being pressed again. The self-locking signal trigger unit is, for example, a self-locking button switch, when a user presses the self-locking button switch, the coil of the contactor is continuously electrified, so that the state of the contact point is kept, the button switch generates a prompt signal, the button switch still generates the prompt signal when the user releases the self-locking button switch, and the generation of the prompt signal is stopped when the user presses the self-locking button switch again. The self-locking signal trigger unit can continuously generate driving prompt signals without continuous pressing of a user, is suitable for emergency situations such as emergency stop, emergency lane change or emergency overtaking and is also suitable for relatively slow vehicle adjustment processes such as backing and turning around.
In one embodiment, the driving prompting device is provided with a lock-free signal triggering unit and a self-locking signal triggering unit, so that a user can flexibly select the lock-free signal triggering unit or the self-locking signal triggering unit which is adaptive to a scene according to different use scenes, and the signal triggering efficiency is effectively improved.
In one embodiment, the promptingunit 14 is a normally closed prompting unit, such as a normally closed switch, in which the open contact is a normally open contact and the closed contact is a normally closed contact without an external force.
The application also provides a vehicle, which comprises the driving prompting device shown in the figure 1. The driving prompting device is arranged at any position of a steering wheel, an operation console, a center console and a driver door.
In an embodiment of the present application, the driving prompt apparatus includes a signal trigger unit for triggering to generate a driving prompt signal; the signal trigger unit is in linkage connection with a data control unit of the vehicle state lamp so as to automatically replace the driving device to trigger and generate corresponding driving prompt signals when different vehicle state lamps are started;
wherein the vehicle status light includes: any one or a combination of a left turn light, a right turn light, and a double flashing light (fault light);
the driving prompt signal comprises: any one or more combinations of steering indication signals and fault parking indication signals.
For example, when the vehicle is controlled to turn left through the controller, the left turn light can be turned on to flash, and the signal trigger unit linked and connected with the corresponding data control unit of the left turn light can automatically trigger a prompt signal for generating left turning, and the signal trigger unit is sent to driving prompt devices on surrounding vehicles through the driving prompt devices to prompt.
In one embodiment, the signal trigger unit is linked with the control unit for vehicle state and the like to execute the linkage action corresponding to the vehicle state lamp. As shown in fig. 4, the vehicle body control module BCM is connected with a left steering lamp, a right steering lamp, and a double flashing lamp (fault lamp), respectively, and signal lines are led out from the lamp control signal lines in parallel, and output to control the driving prompting device after passing through an or gate. That is, when the vehicle body control module BCM sends an opening control signal to any one of the left steering lamp, the right steering lamp and the double flashing lamp, the vehicle driving prompting device can be triggered to be opened at the same time, so that the vehicle driving prompting device can be automatically opened, and intelligent prompting is realized.
It should be further noted that, in the vehicle equipped with the driving prompting device shown in fig. 1, on one hand, the vehicle can start to generate a corresponding driving prompting signal directly by using the turning-on of the vehicle status light as a signal triggering unit automatically; in addition, the driving prompting device as an independent product as introduced in fig. 1 may also be used, or different driving prompting signals may be generated by directly pressing the signal triggering unit of the driving prompting device corresponding to different driving prompting signals, that is, the driving prompting signal may be automatically generated or manually generated, so as to improve the operability and convenience of the driving prompting device in a vehicle.
In summary, the present application provides a driving prompting device and a vehicle capable of avoiding environmental noise pollution, which do not continue to use the prompting mode of transmitting the horn sound of the vehicle from the outside of the vehicle to the inside of the vehicle in the prior art, but directly transmit the prompting signal to the inside of other vehicles by using the wireless transmission characteristic and the silent characteristic of the radio wave, so as to effectively reduce the environmental noise pollution. Therefore, the utility model effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
