Electric rice cookerTechnical Field
The invention relates to an electric cooker, in particular to an electric cooker which is simple to operate and uniform in gelatinization.
Background
The existing electric rice cooker usually mixes cold water and rice in proportion and then puts the mixture into a pot for cooking, the cooking process is long, and cooked rice is easy to be uneven up and down; when the rice is cooked for a long time, the taste is influenced and even the rice is deteriorated due to long-term soaking in water, so that potential safety hazards are brought; users who are inexperienced or have poor vision are also cumbersome to operate. Therefore, the existing cooking technology still needs to be improved and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to provide an electric rice cooker which can achieve uniform gelatinization and which can be easily operated.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an electric cooker which comprises a shell, a cooker cover, a main heater, a water storage tank, a water heater, a drainage system and the like, wherein food and water are respectively placed in the cooker and the water storage tank, in the cooking process, the water in the water storage tank is heated to a preset temperature by the water heater and then is injected into the cooker for precooking, when the food in the cooker is precooked to a desired effect, the drainage system discharges redundant water, and the main heater and/or the water heater continuously heat and cook the food until the cooking is finished.
The pan and the water storage tank can be fixedly arranged in the shell and can also be arranged into a detachable structure.
According to the water absorption and gelatinization characteristics of the rice starch, the preset temperature is preferably any value between 50 and 100 ℃, and the expected effect can be determined by the precooking time without accurately controlling the rice-water ratio by a user.
The main heater can be an electric heating pipe, an electric heating disc or an electromagnetic coil disc and the like and is arranged at a position close to the bottom of the pot to heat the pot.
The water heater can be an electric heating pipe, an electric heating disc or an electromagnetic coil disc and the like and is arranged at a position close to the bottom of the water storage tank to heat the water storage tank.
The rice and water are respectively stored in the pot and the water storage tank, and in the cooking process, the water in the water storage tank is heated to a preset temperature by the heater and then is injected into the pot to be mixed with the rice for precooking. The preset temperature is 50-100 ℃. The water in the water storage tank can be injected into the pan through one or more of the following modes: the water is heated to expand, is extruded by pressure generated by boiling, is extruded by input air or is pumped by a water pump.
A valve can be arranged between the water storage tank and the inner cavity of the pot, and water in the water storage tank can be injected into the pot through the valve when the water is heated to a preset temperature. The valve can be a pressure valve or an electromagnetic valve, and the like, preferably a one-way valve, so that the soup in the pot is prevented from flowing back to the water storage tank to cause sanitary problems.
In order to prevent solid food from entering the drainage system, a filter screen can be arranged between the drainage system and the inner cavity of the pot. The screen is preferably removably connected to the drainage system.
The pot can also be provided with a clapboard which can lead water and/or air to pass and prevent food from contacting the pot bottom, the food is placed on the clapboard, and a cavity is formed between the clapboard and the pot bottom. The partition plate can be a perforated flat plate, and can also be a steamer or a steamer and the like. Further, the opening of the drainage system into the pan is above the pan bottom, which can retain some water at the end of the drainage to generate steam.
The drainage system can also be provided with a water receiving box, and the drained water can be partially or completely stored in the water receiving box. Furthermore, water in the water receiving box can be heated to generate steam to flow back into the pot.
The invention adopts the scheme of combining rice-water separation and storage, hot water injection cooking and water drainage, can avoid the problem of poor and even deterioration of taste caused by over soaking, improves gelatinization uniformity to ensure that the taste of upper and lower layers of food is more consistent, does not need a user to accurately control the rice-water ratio, is simple to operate, and can easily make rice with better taste.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Example 1: as shown in fig. 1, the electric rice cooker comprises a housing 1, apot 2 which is arranged in the housing for containing food and has an upward opening, apot cover 3 for covering the upper opening of the pot, amain heater 21 for heating the pot, a water storage tank 4 communicated with the inner cavity of the pot, awater heater 41 for heating the water storage tank, and adrainage system 5 communicated with the inner cavity of the pot, wherein a check valve 6 is arranged between thepot 2 and the water storage tank 4 for controlling water to flow from the water storage tank 4 to thepot 2 only, and thedrainage system 5 is provided with a detachable filter screen 51 at the opening of thepot 2. Rice and water are respectively stored in thepot 2 and the water storage tank 4, the drainage system is in a closed state, cooking is started, the water in the water storage tank 4 is heated by thewater heater 41 to boil, the one-way valve 6 is opened, hot water is injected into thepot 2 to be mixed with the rice for precooking and counting down is started, after the preset time is over, the drainage system discharges the redundant water and restores to the closed state, and the main heater heats the food to continue to cook the food until the cooking is over. The water heater may be intermittently or continuously heated after the draining to generate steam to be injected into the pot in order to maintain the moisture ratio of the food and/or to accelerate cooking.
Example 2: as shown in fig. 2, this embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that apartition 22 is provided in thepan 2 to allow water and/or air to pass through and prevent food from contacting the pan bottom, the food is placed on the partition, acavity 23 is formed between the partition and the pan bottom, the opening of thedrain system 5 into the pan is higher than the pan bottom, and the pan bottom can retain some water at the end of draining to generate steam for continuing to cook the food and keep its moisture.
Example 3: as shown in fig. 3, the electric rice cooker comprises a housing 1, apot 2 arranged in the housing for containing food and having an upward opening, apot cover 3 covering the upper opening of the pot, amain heater 21 for heating the pot, asteamer 22 having a small hole on the bottom and/or side wall thereof arranged in thepot 2, acavity 23 formed between the bottom of thesteamer 22 and the bottom of the pot, a water storage tank 4 communicated with the inner cavity of the pot, awater heater 41 for heating the water storage tank, adrainage system 5 communicated with the inner cavity of the pot, a one-way valve (not shown) and a water pump 7 arranged between thepot 2 and the water storage tank 4, a detachable filter screen 51 arranged at the opening of thepot 2 of thedrainage system 5, and a water receiving box 52 arranged in thedrainage system 5.
