In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a pin terminal having a torsion spring disposed on the outer periphery thereof.
For solving above-mentioned technical problem, this application provides a contact pin terminal, locate including needle body and the cover that is equipped with contact pin end and tail end contact pin end outlying torsional spring, the contact pin end includes concave ring and is located the step portion at concave ring both ends, the torsional spring is including the connecting portion that are located both ends and the elastic strip of connecting in a plurality of slopes settings between two connecting portions, both ends connecting portion support hold in on the step portion, the elastic strip is as elastic contact portion.
Preferably, the outer diameter of the elastic strip component is larger than the outer diameter of the connecting portion.
Preferably, an outer diameter of the elastic strip constituent portion is larger than an outer diameter of the stepped portion.
Preferably, the front end of the pin body is provided with a fixing hole, the pin terminal further comprises an insulating cap fixed in the fixing hole, and the insulating cap comprises a cap top and an insertion part extending into the fixing hole from the cap top.
Preferably, the tail portion comprises a main body and a screw rod formed by extending backwards from the main body, and the pin terminal further comprises a wiring piece fixed on the screw rod and a nut used for fixing the wiring piece on the screw rod.
Preferably, the screw is provided with a cut-out portion, the wire connecting piece includes a fixing portion, a crimping portion formed by extending from the fixing portion, a sleeve hole formed in the fixing portion so as to be sleeved in the screw, and a crimping hole formed in the crimping portion, and the sleeve hole is provided with a fitting surface matched with the cut-out portion so that the wire connecting piece cannot rotate.
Preferably, a gasket and a fastening pad are further sleeved between the nut and the wiring piece.
Preferably, the wire connecting piece is perpendicular to the pin body, the crimping hole is crimped with a wire, and the wire and the pin body are obliquely arranged.
The utility model provides a contact pin terminal sets up the concave ring in contact pin end periphery, and the torsional spring is established to the cover on the concave ring, and the jack internal contact through the direct jack socket terminal of torsional spring is electrically conductive, can reduce the complexity of socket terminal jack, reduces the whole size of product.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the pin terminal of the present application includes apin body 10, atorsion spring 20 disposed outside thepin body 10, aninsulation cap 30 disposed at a front end of thepin body 10, and awire connecting member 40 fixed at a rear end of thepin body 10.
Theneedle body 10 includes aneedle insertion end 11, atail end 12, and abase portion 13 connecting theneedle insertion end 11 and thetail end 12. Thepin end 11 includes aconcave ring 111 and steps 112 at two ends of theconcave ring 111. The front end of theneedle body 10 is provided with afixing hole 113. Thetail portion 12 includes amain body 121 and ascrew 122 extending from themain body 121, and at least one side of thescrew 122 is provided with a cut-outportion 123.
Thetorsion spring 20 includes connectingportions 21 at two ends and a plurality of obliquely arrangedelastic strips 22 connected between the two connectingportions 21. The outer diameter of theelastic strip 22 is larger than the outer diameter of the connectingpart 21. Thetorsion spring 20 is sleeved in theconcave ring 111, and the connectingportions 21 at two ends are abutted against and fixed on thestep portions 112 at two ends of theconcave ring 111.
Theinsulation cap 30 includes acap top 31 and aninsertion portion 32 extending from thecap top 31 and inserted into thefixing hole 113.
Thewire connecting member 40 includes afixing portion 41, a press-connectingportion 42 formed by extending from thefixing portion 41, asleeve hole 44 opened on thefixing portion 41 to be sleeved in thescrew 122, and a press-connectinghole 43 formed on the press-connectingportion 42. Thesleeve hole 44 is provided with a mating surface (not numbered) that mates with thenotch 123 of thescrew 122, preventing thejunction element 40 from rotating. Thecrimping hole 43 presses the outer circumference of thecrimping hole 43 after the wire is inserted into the crimpinghole 43 to fix the inserted wire. After thescrew 122 is sleeved in thesleeve hole 44, agasket 50 and afastening pad 60 are further disposed at the rear end of thescrew 122, and finally the screw is screwed on thescrew 122 through anut 70 to fix thewiring member 40. Through the arrangement of thewiring piece 40, the connection of the conducting wire and theneedle body 10 can be connected in an inclined angle, and the wire connecting device is suitable for certain application occasions.
Referring to fig. 3, the pin terminal of the present application is inserted into theinsertion hole 81 of asocket terminal 80, and at this time, the design of theinsertion hole 81 is simple, so that the size design of the socket terminal can be reduced.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
