The air flow heating device comprises an air generating device, an air flow channel for enabling air generated by the air generating device to enter the inner container, an air inlet for enabling an air source to enter and an air outlet for enabling air to flow out.
The air inlet is arranged at the bottom of thehousing 1, and the bottom of thehousing 1 is provided with an air inlet (not shown in the figure), which is the air inlet of the airflow heating device and provides an air source for heating the airflow.
The air generating device introduces air from the air inlet into the appliance and flows to the air flow channel, and comprises arotary motor 11 and afan 12; thefan 12 is a negative pressure fan for sucking air from the air inlet into the air flow passage.
The air flow channel passes through thediversion trench 14 arranged on theouter shell 1, and the air flows from the air inlet to the air outlet in a centralized way, so that the food in the inner container is heated. Thediversion trench 14 extends from the inner bottom surface of theshell 1 to the inner side wall of theshell 1, and a main part of an air flow channel is formed between thediversion trench 14 and theheat preservation cover 2.
As shown in fig. 2, theguiding gutter 14 includes an upper guiding gutter 142 and a lower guidinggutter 141, the upper guiding gutter 142 is a portion of the side wall of thehousing 1 and is vertically disposed, the lower guidinggutter 141 is a portion of the bottom surface of the interior of thehousing 1 and is horizontally disposed, and the lower guidinggutter 141 is connected to and communicated with the bottom end of the upper guiding gutter 142, so that air circulates in the guidinggutter 14.
The air flow channel also comprises aheating element 13, and theheating element 13 heats air flowing through and then flows to the air outlet, so that the food in the inner container can be heated. Theheating element 13 is positioned in thelower guide groove 141 so that the air flowing out from the air outlet is hot air, thereby heating the food to be cooked.
Afan 12 in the air generating device is positioned in thelower diversion trench 141, therotary motor 11 is vertically arranged, and an output shaft of therotary motor 11 passes through the bottom of thelower diversion trench 141 and is connected with thefan 12; the air sucked byfan 12 is forced to flow towardguide groove 14.
Thelower diversion trench 141 does not include the entire inner bottom surface of thecasing 1, and extends from thefan 12 to a position communicating with the upper diversion trench 142, and theheating element 13 is located between thefan 12 and the upper diversion trench 142.
Air enters from the air inlet, flows through the airflow channel, flows along thediversion trench 14, is heated by theheating element 13, and then flows to the top end of the upper diversion trench 142.
The hot air flow at the upper diversion trench 142 is directed vertically downwards or obliquely downwards into theinner container 3 for convenience. Theshell 1 further comprises anair guide cover 42, aguide cavity 43 in theair guide cover 42 is arc-shaped, theguide cavity 43 is communicated with the top end of the airflow channel, so that hot air flows out from the air outlet and then flows into theinner container 3 through theguide cavity 43, and the flow direction of the air is limited by the shape of theguide cavity 43. According to different cooking situations or cooking modes, the outlet of the air guide sleeve can be set to different shapes and angles, so that the food in the inner container is subjected to a proper heating treatment process according to the cooking requirements.
Theair guide sleeve 42 is detachably arranged on the cooker cover 4, so that the cooker cover is convenient to detach and clean, the cleanness of an air flow channel is further ensured, and the influence of the air quality on the cooking effect and the taste of food is avoided.
Theair guide sleeve 42 is arranged on one side of theshell 1 hinged with the cooker cover 4, so that the processing and the use are safe.
After the air flow enters the inner container through the air outlet (i.e. the outlet of the air guide sleeve in this embodiment), the food is heated, and the oil smoke and the waste gas generated after heating are directly discharged through theexhaust hole 41 on the cooker cover 4, so as to discharge the oil smoke out of the cooker, reduce the accumulation of the oil smoke in the inner container, and circulate the air.
As shown by the arrow direction in fig. 1, this is the flow direction of air during the air flow heating cooking of the cooking appliance in this embodiment.
To further improve the function of the cooking appliance, the cooking appliance is also provided with abottom heating device 21, as shown in fig. 3. Thebottom heating device 21 is arranged at the bottom of theheat preservation cover 2 and used for heating food from the bottom of theinner container 3, and thebottom heating device 21 and the airflow heating device are cooperatively matched, so that the cooking appliance can be used for frying food and has functions of cooking and frying. Wherein, theexhaust hole 41 on the pan cover 4 can exhaust smoke or vapor generated during cooking and cooking while exhausting hot air.
Be equipped with guiding gutterupper cover 17 on the guidinggutter 14 in theshell 1, guiding gutterupper cover 17 covers on guidinggutter 14, and the bottom heating is kept apart with the air current heating difference, is convenient for control two kinds of heating methods to better heating in coordination, make food have good taste.
Further, the cooking apparatus further comprises a stirring device for stirring the food to be cooked, so that the food is uniformly heated, and simultaneously, the food and the food seasoning can be uniformly stirred.
The stirring device comprises a stirringcolumn 331, a stirringsleeve 332, a stirring shaft (not shown in the figure) and astirring blade 333, wherein the stirringsleeve 332 is positioned at the top end of the stirringcolumn 331, one section of the stirring shaft (not shown in the figure) is connected with the top end of the stirringcolumn 331, the other end of the stirring shaft (not shown in the figure) is used for being fixed with the bottom of the center of theinner container 3, and thestirring blade 333 is arranged at one side of the stirring column. As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 1, a stirringpin 44 and adriving device 45 are provided on the lid 4 for driving the stirring device to rotate, thereby realizing stirring. The stirringpin 44 is connected to the drivingdevice 45, and when the lid 4 is closed, the stirringpin 44 is engaged with the stirringsleeve 332.
On the other hand, the stirring shaft (not shown in the figure) is detachably fixed with theinner container 3, and the central bottom of theinner container 3 is provided with a firstsalient point 31 for positioning the fixing position of the stirring shaft (not shown in the figure).
