In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a food processor. The cooking machine comprises the cooking cup.
In the cooking cup and the cooking machine of above-mentioned embodiment, be equipped with the handle grab handle subassembly of convenient dismantlement. When the food processor works, the handle can be detached. And after the food processor finishes working, the handle grip is installed so as to facilitate the handheld operation of a user. So can avoid scalding the user, and can avoid because the handle grab handle is in high temperature for a long time and lead to handle grab handle damage, deformation, be favorable to improving the life of handle grab handle, guarantee the normal use of cooking machine. In addition, the handle grip is convenient to replace and maintain.

Fig. 1 to 7 are structural views of a food processing cup (machine) according to an exemplary embodiment. Please refer to fig. 1, and also refer to fig. 2 to 7 as necessary.
The cooking cup can be applied to a cooking machine and is used as a component of the cooking machine. The food processor can be a wall breaking machine, a juice extractor or a soybean milk machine.
In this embodiment, the food processor is provided with a whipping device. Moreover, the food processor is also provided with a controller for integrally controlling the operation of the whipping device, the heating device and other components. The controller may be a main control chip disposed on the PCB.
The food processor can comprise afood processing cup 100 and abase 200. In operation, thecooking cup 100 is placed on thebase 200.
The lower end surface of thefood processing cup 100 and the upper end surface of themachine base 200 can be provided with conductive contacts and mechanical connectors which are matched and connected with each other. The conductive contacts may be conventional electrical connectors and the mechanical coupling may be a shaft coupling. For example, thebase 200 is provided with a rotating part to drive the whipping device to operate. And thebase 200 is provided with a limiting part to limit thefood processing cup 100 placed on thebase 200. After thefood processing cup 100 is placed on thebase 200, the conductive contacts and the mechanical connectors are connected, so that thefood processing cup 100 is electrically and physically connected with thebase 200, and the motor, the power supply (or the power adapter), the controller and the like arranged in thebase 200 can respectively provide support for the cutter and the like arranged in thefood processing cup 100 in aspects of power supply, signal control and the like. The knife as used herein is to be understood broadly and may be a crushing blade, a grinding wheel, a broke screw, etc.
In other embodiments, thefood processing cup 100 and thebase 200 can be an integral body. For example, thecooking cup 100 may be present as a part of thehousing 200 that is not detachable.
Thefood processing cup 100 can be assembled by thecup body 120 and thecup cover 110. Thelid 110 may include abase 112 rotatably mounted to thecup 120. Thelid 110 and thecup 120 together define a food processing space for receiving and processing food materials.
Thecup cover 110 may also be provided with acentral cover 111 in addition to thebase cover 112. Thecenter cover 111 is installed at an opening (not shown) of thebase cover 112 and covers a major portion of the opening. Thecentral cover 111 may be a micro-pressure valve. There is still a small gap between thecenter cover 111 and thebase cover 112 to serve as a passage for the steam to be discharged. In other embodiments, thecenter cover 111 may not be provided, or thecenter cover 111 may be integrally formed with thebase cover 112.
Thecup 120 may include multiple components. For example, thecup 120 may be assembled from theupper shell 1210 and thebase 1220. In addition, acutter assembly 160, etc. may be provided inside thecup body 120. Thecutter assembly 160 may include a blade, a rotating shaft for driving the blade to rotate, and a tool holder for disposing the rotating shaft.
Ahandle assembly 130 is provided on the outside of thecup 120. Part or all of thehandle assembly 130 can be flexibly assembled to thecup 120 or disassembled from thecup 120.
Further, in some embodiments, thehandle assembly 130 includes ahandle base 132 removably mounted to the outside of thecup 120 and ahandle grip 131 removably mounted to thehandle base 132. Thehandle grip 131 or theentire handle assembly 130 can be removed while thefood processor 100 is in operation. After thefood processor 100 finishes working, thehandle grip 131 or theentire handle assembly 130 is mounted for the user to operate by hand. Thus, when the user holds thehandle grip 131, thehandle grip 131 is not too hot, and the user is not scalded. And thehandle grip 131 is not exposed to high temperature for a long time, which may cause damage, deformation, etc. of thehandle grip 131. Can prolong the service life of thehandle grab handle 131 and ensure the normal use of the food processor. And, also be favorable to the change and the maintenance of handle grab handle.
In other embodiments, thehandle assembly 130 may include only one handle, or thehandle base 132 may be fixed to the outside of thecup 120 and not removable.
Further, in some embodiments, thecup body 120 is provided with a mountingbuckle 121 on the outer side, and thehandle base 132 is provided with a mounting groove matched with the mountingbuckle 121. Specifically, the mountingbuckle 121 includes a first mounting buckle 1211 disposed on an upper portion of an outer wall of theupper housing 1210 and asecond mounting buckle 1212 disposed on a lower portion of the outer wall of theupper housing 1210. Accordingly, thehandle base 132 is provided with afirst mounting groove 1321 at an upper portion thereof and asecond mounting groove 1324 at a lower portion thereof. The first and second mountingslots 1321, 1324 are respectively engaged with the first and second mounting buckles 1211, 1212.
Further, in some embodiments, the upper portion of the outer wall of theupper housing 1210 is provided with a position-limitingportion 122 located at a side of the first mounting buckle 1211. The position-limitingportion 122 cooperates with the first mounting buckle 1211 to limit the position of thehandle base 132. Specifically, the opening of thefirst mounting slot 1321 faces the side where the first mounting buckle 1211 is located, and is away from the limitingportion 122. The opening of thesecond mounting slot 1324 is disposed toward thesecond mounting button 1212. Thehandle base 132 is inserted between the first mounting buckle 1211 and thestopper 122 from above the first mounting buckle 1211 and thestopper 122 when mounted. In other embodiments, the number of the installation buckles 121 and the installation grooves is not limited, and the specific arrangement manner and the matching manner thereof are not limited. The limitingportions 122 may be disposed at other positions, and the number thereof is not limited.
Further, in some embodiments, thehandle base 132 is provided with a slot 1322, and thehandle grip 131 is provided with ahook 1311 corresponding to the slot 1322. Thehook 1311 is detachably fastened to the slot 1322 to mount thehandle grip 131. Of course, in other embodiments, thehandle grip 131 and thehandle base 132 may be mounted in other manners to thehandle grip 131.
Further, in some implementations, thehandle base 132 is provided with afirst engagement groove 3221 located at an upper portion of thehandle base 132 and asecond engagement groove 3222 located at a lower portion of thehandle base 132, respectively. Thehandle grip 131 has afirst hook 3111 located on the upper portion of thehandle grip 131 and corresponding to thefirst slot 3221, and asecond hook 3112 located on the lower portion of thehandle grip 131 and corresponding to thesecond slot 3222. The slot 1322 is open downward and thehook 1311 is open upward. In other embodiments, the number and the arrangement positions of the hooks and the slots are not limited. The orientation of the slot and the hook is not limited. Thehandle grip 131 can be easily disassembled.
Further, in some embodiments, thefood processing cup 100 includes acover 140 disposed outside thecup body 120. Thiscover body 140 can be the silence cover, at the cooking machine during operation, can play the effect of making an uproar that gives sound insulation. Accordingly, when thefood processor 100 is in operation, thecover 140 covers thecup body 120, and thehandle grip 131 can be detached. After thefood processor 100 finishes working, thehandle grip 131 is mounted to facilitate the user to hold the food processor by hand. Thus, when the user holds thehandle grip 131, thehandle grip 131 is not too hot, and the user is not scalded. And thehandle grip 131 is not exposed to high temperature for a long time, which may cause damage, deformation, etc. of thehandle grip 131. Can prolong the service life of thehandle grab handle 131 and ensure the normal use of the food processor. And, also be favorable to the change and the maintenance of handle grab handle. In addition, thecover 140 may be configured as a smaller cover, which saves or reduces the space that would otherwise accommodate the handle grip or handle assembly, saves material, and facilitates storage.
Further, in some embodiments, thefood processing cup 100 further comprises acup cover 110. Thecover 140 cooperates with thelid 110 to form a receiving space in which at least a portion of thecup 120 is disposed. Referring to fig. 2, thehousing 140 may be formed by splicing afirst housing 141 and asecond housing 142. The upper end of thecover 140 is provided with a throughhole 143 formed in thesecond housing 142. Thecenter cover 111 is provided to thebase cover 112 through the throughhole 143. Theupper shell 120 of the cup body 10 and thebase cover 112 of the cup cover are arranged in the accommodating space. Of course, in other embodiments, thecover 140 may be covered with the cup cover instead of being fitted with the cup cover, which is not limited in this application and may be set according to the specific application environment.
Further, in some embodiments, thehandle assembly 130 is provided with ahandle portion 1323. Thelid 110 has ahandle trim cover 1122 engaged with thehandle portion 1323, and when thelid 110 is fully closed with thecup 120, thehandle trim cover 1122 is positioned just above the handle portion 1312. Specifically, thehandle portion 1323 can be disposed on the upper portion of thehandle base 132, but can be disposed on the upper portion of thehandle grip 131 in other embodiments. Ahandle trim cover 1122 may be provided to thebase cover 112. For example, thebase cover 112 may include a base covermain body 1121 for covering thecup body 120, and thehandle trim 1122 is provided at an outer edge of the base covermain body 1121.
