Background
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of a conventional electric heating tea table, which is similar to the electric heating table disclosed in CN102578812B, and a cooking stove is installed on the upper portion of the table top of the electric heating tea table. Four heating supporting legs are fixedly installed below four corners of the periphery of the table top of the electric heating tea table respectively, foot warming bases are installed on the lower portions of the four heating supporting legs, and heating devices are installed in the foot warming bases. When the electric heating tea table is used, the cooking furnace on the upper part of the electric heating tea table can be used for cooking tea, and the heating device in the foot warming base can be used for heating feet.
The four heating supporting legs are provided with electric heating devices for heating the legs of a user. But the electric heating tea table that sets up like this has a problem, because the heat that produces among the electric heater unit among four heating supporting legs can transmit the desktop of electric heating tea table through the heating supporting leg, the heat that boils stove itself and gives off on upper portion in addition can lead to the overheated or even scalding hand of electric heating tea table desktop on the one hand, and on the other hand can make the stove lower part of cooking overheated, leads to the stove circuit trouble of cooking to take place dangerously. It is therefore desirable to provide an improved solution to avoid the above-mentioned drawbacks.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The to-be-solved technical problem of the utility model is to provide an electric heating tea table to reduce or avoid the aforementioned problem.
In order to solve the technical problem, the utility model provides an electric heating tea table, which comprises a table top, wherein a cooking furnace is arranged at the upper part of the table top, a heat insulation plate is arranged below the table top, four heating supporting legs are respectively and fixedly arranged below four corners at the periphery of the heat insulation plate, foot warming bases are arranged at the bottoms of the four heating supporting legs, and a heating device is arranged in the foot warming bases; the four heating supporting legs are of straight cylindrical structures with elliptical sections, electric heating devices are arranged in the four heating supporting legs, and a plurality of heat dissipation holes are formed in the surfaces of the four heating supporting legs; the tabletop is supported above the heat insulation plate through a heat conduction cylinder fixedly arranged on the heat insulation plate and a rectangular heat insulation groove; and cooling water is arranged between the heat conduction cylinder and the rectangular heat insulation groove.
The utility model discloses in order to avoid the heat that the electric heater unit in four heating supporting legs produced to transmit the desktop of electric heating tea table through heating the supporting leg, set up the heat insulating board in the below of desktop to when supporting the desktop through heat conduction drum and rectangle heat-insulating groove, can also be with the heat of cooking stove bottom isolated the opening with the heat that four heating supporting legs gived off as far as possible. In addition, the cooling water is arranged to prevent the heat at the bottom of the cooking stove from being concentrated to cause harm, so that the large heat capacity ratio of the cooling water is utilized to absorb heat, and meanwhile, a certain temperature can be kept, so that the temperature of the table top is not cooled too fast after the cooking stove stops working, and the tea on the table top is cooled quickly to influence drinking.
Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Wherein like parts are given like reference numerals.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view showing an electric heating tea table according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a partially exploded perspective view of the electric heating tea table shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the electric heating tea table of the present invention comprises a table top 1, and similar to the prior art mentioned in the background section, a cooking stove 2 is installed on the upper portion of the table top 1. The cooking vessel 2 is shown only schematically, and a person skilled in the art will understand by referring to the text and the drawings that the cooking vessel 2 can be any kind of cooking vessel that can be used for cooking tea, such as an induction cooker, a gas stove, etc.
The place different from prior art is, be provided with a heat insulating board 3 in the below of desktop 1, four heating supporting legs 4 of four peripheral angles of heat insulating board 3, four heating supporting leg 5 of installing warm foot base 5 respectively in four heating supporting leg 4 bottoms, install heating installation (not shown in the figure) in the warm foot base 5. The heating device in the foot warming base 5 can be used for heating and warming the foot.
In addition, the four heating support legs 4 are of a straight cylindrical structure with an elliptical cross section, an electric heating device (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the four heating support legs 4, and a plurality of heat dissipation holes 41 are arranged on the surfaces of the four heating support legs 4 and used for heating the legs of a user. In order to avoid that the heat generated by the electric heating devices in the four heating supporting legs 4 is transferred to the table top 1 of the electric heating tea table through the heating supporting legs, a heat insulation plate 3 is arranged below the table top 1.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the table top 1 is supported above the insulation board 3 by a heat-conductive cylinder 6 fixedly installed on the insulation board 3 and a rectangular insulation slot 7. In this embodiment, the heat-conducting sleeve 6 is a cylindrical part corresponding to the position of the cooking stove 2, and the diameter of the heat-conducting sleeve 6 is larger than the range of the cooking stove 2, so as to surround the bottom of the whole cooking stove 2, thereby isolating the heat at the bottom of the cooking stove 2 from the heat emitted by the four heating support legs 4 as much as possible. Furthermore, a rectangular heat insulation groove 7 is formed around the outer side of the heat conduction cylinder 6, and is used for further isolating a heat conduction channel formed by the heat conduction cylinder 6 through a space formed between the rectangular heat insulation groove 7 and the heat conduction cylinder 6, so that a good heat insulation effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the heat-conducting cylinder 6 and the rectangular heat-insulating groove 7 can form a good supporting structure, so that the table top 1 can be firmly supported above the heat-insulating plate 3 and cannot be easily turned over or inclined.
In order to prevent the heat concentration at the bottom of the cooking stove 2 from causing damage, in a preferred embodiment, cooling water (not shown) is provided between the heat conducting cylinder 6 and the rectangular heat insulating groove 7 to absorb heat by utilizing the large heat capacity ratio of the cooling water, and at the same time, the temperature can be kept so as not to cool down too fast at the table top after the cooking stove 2 stops working, so that the tea water on the table top is cooled down too fast to affect drinking.
In a preferred embodiment, the heat-insulating plate 3 has a circular through hole 61 in the area corresponding to the heat-conducting cylinder 6, and the circular through hole 61 can conduct the heat from the bottom of the cooking oven 2 to the lower side of the heat-insulating plate 3 to fully utilize the heat of the cooking oven 2 for heating.
