本实施例的轨道车辆用多功能电气柜,其结构如图1所示,包括截面为方形的框架,框架由四根立柱1组成,在相邻的两根立柱1之间设有一组横梁2,在立柱1和横梁2上具有一组均匀分布的安装孔3。立柱1的截面为几字形,在立柱1的侧面上具有一组竖向分布的安装孔3(见图2);横梁2为U形钢,U型钢的侧面具有一组横向分布的安装孔3。其中安装孔3为截面为T形的凹槽,凹槽的下方具有圆孔。另电气柜由上至下依次划分为上部盘线区、上部连接器区、设备安装区、下部连接器区和下部盘线区,实际施工时,根据布线需要,直接利用安装孔3在电气柜的右侧安装布线用线槽5(见图8),许多布线都是需要留有预留的,上、下部盘线区用于固定线束的余量,使接到电气设备上的线束尽量横平竖直,保持美观,上、下连接器通过19寸转换支架4安装到电器柜上,其中上部连接器的转换支架4通过安装孔3安装在线槽5上,下部连接器的转换支架4通过安装孔3直接安装在电气柜左侧,实现了电气柜的模块化(见图9)。The rail vehicle multifunctional electric cabinet of the present embodiment, its structure as shown in Figure 1, comprises the frame that cross section is square, frame is made up of four
工作时,电气柜的立柱1和横梁2均为不锈钢材质,无法像铝合金一样,可在车上进行配孔作业,因此为了实现更改或维护车辆功能的时候不对电气柜的结构进行改变,在电气柜的立柱1和横梁2上均开有等距分布的安装孔3,相邻立柱1上对应高度的安装孔3在高度方向上是等高的,以便于电气设备安装时保持在水平状态。另由于轨道车辆空间有限,电气柜的框架尺寸设计需采用最小化原则,19寸的机箱设备可直接安装在电气柜上,部分不是19寸的标准设备也可通过转换支架安装在电气柜上。立柱1通过折弯形成四个边,使其截面为机字型,在每个边的侧面上均具有安装孔3(见图3),当需要安装其他电器设备或功能时,通过上述安装孔进一步的扩展。由于轨道车辆的电气柜功能大多数是综合性的,每个电气柜内除了安装主机设备外,还会通过立柱1外侧的安装孔安装控制元器件,如图7所示,在框架的左侧通过安装孔3扩展安装了一个辅助控制箱6,辅助控制箱6的尺寸可根据实际安装的设备数量进行变化。When working, the
