Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides automatic transportation, cleaning and drying integrated equipment for essence and spice barrels, which comprises a chain plate type conveyor for transporting the spice barrels in an upward opening mode, wherein a processing mechanism for cleaning and drying the spice barrels is arranged above the chain plate type conveyor, the processing mechanism comprises a lifting cover plate, a cleaning frame body arranged on the lifting cover plate and a clamping assembly arranged on the lifting cover plate and used for fixing the spice barrels, the cleaning frame body can rotate on the lifting cover plate around the inner wall of the spice barrels, a rotating shaft used for driving the rotating frame body to rotate is arranged on the lifting cover plate, a plurality of spray heads which are respectively opposite to the inner side surfaces and the inner bottom surfaces of the spice barrels are arranged on the cleaning frame body, inner channels communicated with the spray heads are respectively arranged on the cleaning frame body, and when the cleaning frame body rotates around the spice barrels, all the spray heads are simultaneously in a switching state of spraying water and then spraying air, so that the inner walls of the spice barrels are thoroughly cleaned.
Preferably, the cleaning frame body is provided with a vertical section and a horizontal section which extend along the axial direction and the radial direction of the spice bucket, a plurality of spray heads are arranged on the vertical section and the horizontal section at equal intervals along the corresponding length direction, and sponges capable of extruding the inner wall of the spice bucket are arranged on the vertical section and the horizontal section, and after the cleaning frame body rotates around the spice bucket for one circle, the sponges are in an all-around wiping state on the inner wall of the spice bucket.
Preferably, the drain pipe for absorbing sewage is arranged on the horizontal section of the cleaning frame body along the length direction of the cleaning frame body, a plurality of drain outlets are uniformly distributed on the drain pipe along the radial direction of the perfume barrel, an elastic connecting piece is arranged between the drain pipe and the horizontal section, and when the perfume barrel is extruded by the sponge, the drain pipe is in a self-adaptive state of being kept in contact with the perfume barrel under the action of the elastic connecting piece.
Preferably, the sponge and the drain pipe are arranged at the position, close to the spray head, on the cleaning frame body, the sponge is positioned at the rear of the spray head along the rotation direction of the cleaning frame body, the drain pipe is positioned at the front of the spray head along the rotation direction of the cleaning frame body, and in the working state of the spray head, the sponge is in a wet or dried state, and meanwhile, the drain pipe is in a state of absorbing sewage or absorbing gas.
Preferably, the cleaning frame body can move radially along the rotating shaft to match with the axial movement so that the sponge is completely attached to the inner side surface and the inner bottom surface of the perfume barrel, a sliding rail extending radially along the rotating shaft is arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft, a sliding groove in sliding clamping connection with the sliding rail is arranged on the horizontal section of the cleaning frame body, and a radial driver for driving the cleaning frame body to move radially is arranged on the rotating shaft.
Preferably, the radial driver is provided with a sliding sleeve sleeved on the rotating shaft in a sliding manner, a connecting rod hinged to the sliding sleeve and the vertical section, a reset spring is fixedly connected between the sliding sleeve and the rotating shaft, the radial driver is further provided with a movable electromagnet fixedly arranged on the sliding sleeve and a fixed electromagnet fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft and positioned above the movable electromagnet, and when the movable electromagnet is in contact with the fixed electromagnet, the reset spring is in a state of not being acted by external force.

The invention also provides a use method of the automatic transportation, cleaning and drying integrated equipment for the essence and spice barrels, which comprises the following steps:
S1, transferring a spice bucket to a cleaning position through a chain plate type conveyor, lifting a cover plate to descend and seal the top of the spice bucket, and fixing the spice bucket by utilizing a clamping assembly;
S2, the cleaning frame body rotates, the spray head sprays water to clean the inner wall and wipes the inner wall by using sponge, and the sewage discharge pipe synchronously absorbs sewage;
S3, switching to an air supply mode after cleaning is finished, blowing and drying the inner cavity of the spice bucket by the spray head, and drying the sponge to ensure that no residual water stains drop in the spice bucket;
S4, lifting the lifting cover plate, releasing the clamping, and transferring the processed spice bucket to the next working procedure by the chain plate conveyor.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that:
1. According to the invention, through the plurality of spray heads arranged on the cleaning frame body, thorough cleaning and quick drying of stubborn stains in the spice bucket are realized by utilizing the high-pressure water flow flushing and compressed air drying modes, and along with the rotation of the cleaning frame body, the spray heads can comprehensively cover the inner wall of the spice bucket, so that each corner can be effectively cleaned. The sponge is used for immediately physically wiping the inner wall of the spice bucket after being strongly washed or dried, so that the decontamination capability is enhanced in a wet state, residual moisture is further absorbed in a dry state, stains are further removed, the residual moisture is absorbed, the inside of the spice bucket is in a highly clean and completely dry state, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect are improved.
2. According to the invention, the sewage after flushing is effectively collected through the plurality of sewage outlets radially arranged along the spice bucket by the sewage pipes, the sewage or gas possibly remained in the previous cycle is absorbed and removed in advance, the flushed sewage and waste water are rapidly discharged, the residence time of the sewage in the bucket is reduced, the reattachment of pollutant is further prevented, each sewage outlet on the sewage pipes is close to the inner bottom surface of the spice bucket by the elastic connecting piece, the absorption efficiency of the sewage is maximally improved, compared with the process of overturning the spice bucket, the sewage is poured out, the sewage is prevented from staying on the surface of the spice bucket, and the cleaning effect is improved.
3. According to the invention, the cleaning frame body can move radially on the rotating shaft through the radial driver, and the lifting cover plate is combined to drive the cleaning frame body to move axially, so that the sponge can be completely attached to the inner side surface and the inner bottom surface of the perfume barrel, and when the cleaning frame body rotates, the sponge can effectively and comprehensively wipe the inner wall of the perfume barrel, so that stubborn stains are removed or excessive moisture is absorbed, and the efficient and thorough cleaning purpose is achieved.

The invention will be further described in detail with reference to the drawings and the detailed description below, in order to further understand the features and technical means of the invention and the specific objects and functions achieved.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the automatic transportation, cleaning and drying integrated equipment for essence and perfume tanks in this embodiment includes a chain plate conveyor 2 for transporting perfume tanks 1 in an upward opening manner, a processing mechanism for cleaning and drying perfume tanks 1 is arranged above the chain plate conveyor 2, the processing mechanism includes a lifting cover plate 3 and a cleaning frame body 4 arranged on the lifting cover plate 3, and a clamping assembly 5 arranged on the lifting cover plate 3 and capable of fixing perfume tanks 1, the chain plate conveyor 2 drives the lifting cover plate 3 to do lifting movement through a driving source (not shown in the drawing), and drives the cleaning frame body 4 to follow the lifting cover plate 3 to synchronously move, the cleaning frame body 4 can rotate around the inner wall of the perfume tanks 1 on the lifting cover plate 3, a rotating shaft 31 for driving the rotating frame body to rotate is arranged on the lifting cover plate 3, a plurality of spray heads 41 respectively facing the inner side surfaces and the inner bottom surfaces of the perfume tanks 1 are arranged on the cleaning frame body 4, an inner channel 42 communicated with a plurality of the spray heads 41 is arranged on the cleaning frame body 4, and the spray heads 422 are respectively arranged on the cleaning frame body 4 and the inner wall of the spray heads 41 and are respectively communicated with the spray heads 41 when the spray water supply channel 41 is completely and the spray water completely and the perfume tanks 1 are completely and completely cleaned.

When the perfume barrel 1 is transported to the lower part of the pre-flushing mechanism in an upward opening way by the chain plate type conveyor 2, the perfume barrel 1 is firstly subjected to omnibearing preliminary flushing, the whole surface of the perfume barrel 1 is pre-flushed by high-pressure water flow, the preparation is made for subsequent deep cleaning, and the perfume barrel 1 subjected to the preliminary flushing continues to move forward until reaching a designated area of the processing mechanism along with the continuous operation of the chain plate type conveyor 2.
At this time, the lifting cover plate 3 in the processing mechanism slowly descends until being tightly attached to the edge of the opening of the perfume barrel 1, and a closed space is provided for the following cleaning and drying operations while the tightness is ensured. The clamping assembly 5 on the lifting cover plate 3 is then activated to firmly fix the fragrance cartridge 1 against displacement or tilting during rotation, and then the washing frame 4 starts to slowly rotate around the inner wall of the fragrance cartridge 1. Along with the rotation of the cleaning frame 4, the plurality of spray heads 41 installed on the cleaning frame are aligned with the inner side surface and the inner bottom surface of the perfume barrel 1, the spray heads 41 are connected with an external water supply pipeline 421 through an inner channel 42 of the cleaning frame 4, the water supply pipeline 421 supplies a proper amount of clean water to the spray heads 41 in the initial stage, under the action of high pressure, water columns are shot to all corners of the perfume barrel 1 with strong impact force, stubborn residues attached to the inner wall are effectively removed, and as the spray heads 41 cover each surface inside the perfume barrel 1 when rotating along with the cleaning frame 4, even difficult-to-reach areas can be thoroughly cleaned.
After a period of time of full flushing, the spray head 41 is automatically switched to an air-jet drying working mode, at this time, the water supply pipeline 421 stops supplying water, and the air supply pipeline 422 is opened instead, so that dry and clean compressed air is conveyed into the perfume barrel 1 through the same spray head 41, and the water remained on the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1 is rapidly taken away by strong air flow along with the continuous rotation of the cleaning frame 4, so that the drying process is accelerated. Not only improves the cleaning efficiency, but also effectively avoids the secondary pollution problem caused by residual moisture, so that the perfume barrel 1 completes thorough cleaning and drying integrated treatment in the treatment mechanism area, and the cleaned sewage is immediately discharged.
Referring to fig. 2-9, the cleaning frame 4 has a vertical section 43 and a horizontal section 44 extending along the axial direction and the radial direction of the spice bucket 1, a plurality of spray heads 41 are arranged on the vertical section 43 and the horizontal section 44 at equal intervals along the corresponding length direction, and a sponge 45 capable of extruding the inner wall of the spice bucket 1 is arranged on each of the vertical section 43 and the horizontal section 44, and after the cleaning frame 4 rotates around the spice bucket 1 for one circle, the sponge 45 is in an all-around wiping state on the inner wall of the spice bucket 1.
When the cleaning frame 4 enters the perfume barrel 1, the vertical section 43 and the horizontal section 44 of the cleaning frame 4 are positioned close to the inner side surface and the inner bottom surface of the perfume barrel 1, then the cleaning frame 4 starts to rotate around the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1, and the spray heads 41 perform strong flushing on the inner side surface and the inner bottom surface of the perfume barrel 1 respectively, so that residues are effectively removed.
Meanwhile, the sponge 45 arranged on the vertical section 43 and the horizontal section 44 is also contacted with the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1 along with the rotation of the cleaning frame body 4, and the surface of the sponge is cleaned in an omnibearing way, so that stubborn stains are further removed, after the preliminary cleaning is finished, the spray head 41 is automatically switched to an air injection mode, the air supply pipeline 422 replaces the water supply pipeline 421 to supply dry and clean compressed air to the spray head 41, the moisture in the perfume barrel 1 is rapidly taken away, and the sponge 45 continuously performs the final physical cleaning on the inner wall in the process, so that no water stains or residues are left on the surface of the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1.
Referring to fig. 2-9, a drain pipe 441 for absorbing sewage is disposed on the horizontal section 44 of the cleaning frame 4 along the length direction thereof, a plurality of drain ports 4411 are uniformly distributed on the drain pipe 441 along the radial direction of the perfume barrel 1, an elastic connecting member 442 is disposed between the drain pipe 441 and the horizontal section 44, and when the sponge 45 extrudes the perfume barrel 1, the drain pipe 441 is in a self-adaptive state of keeping contact with the perfume barrel 1 under the action of the elastic connecting member 442.
When the cleaning frame body 4 enters the perfume barrel 1 and starts to rotate around the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1, the drain pipes 441 arranged on the horizontal section 44 of the cleaning frame body 4 also synchronously operate along with the rotation action, the drain pipes 441 are uniformly distributed along the radial direction of the perfume barrel 1, the washed sewage is ensured to be effectively collected from all directions, and the positions of the drain pipes 441 can be adaptively adjusted while the drain pipes 441 are kept in contact with the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1 by the elastic connecting pieces 442 in the process of contacting and wiping the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1 by the sponge 45.
After the residues are washed off by the spray head 41 forcefully, sewage is sucked into the sewage drain pipe 441 to be discharged through the sewage drain port 4411, then, when the spray head 41 is switched to the air injection mode to remove the water in the perfume barrel 1, the sewage drain pipe 441 and the sewage drain port 4411 continue to work, the drying and cleaning of the inside of the perfume barrel 1 are further ensured by matching with the physical wiping action of the sponge 45, and meanwhile, the last residual water stain or dirt is effectively removed, so that the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1 is ensured to be completely clean and free of any residue.
Referring to fig. 2-9, the sponge 45 and the drain pipe 441 are disposed on the cleaning frame 4 at a position near the nozzle 41, the sponge 45 is located at the rear of the nozzle 41 along the rotation direction of the cleaning frame 4, the drain pipe 441 is located at the front of the nozzle 41 along the rotation direction of the cleaning frame 4, and in the working state of the nozzle 41, the sponge 45 is in a wet or dried state, and the drain pipe 441 is in a state of absorbing sewage or absorbing gas.
The upper half part of the rotating shaft 31 is provided with a bin body 32 fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, the bin body 32 is internally provided with a clear water cavity 321 and a hot air cavity 322 which are mutually separated, the bin body 32 is provided with a water diversion sleeve 3211 communicated with the clear water cavity 321 and sleeved on a water supply pipeline 421, and the bin body 32 is also provided with a water diversion sleeve 3221 communicated with the hot air cavity 322 and sleeved on a gas supply pipeline 422.
Sealing rings 3222 are respectively arranged between the water diversion sleeve 3211 and the water supply pipeline 421 and between the air entraining sleeve 3221 and the air supply pipeline 422, and electric control valves are respectively arranged on the water diversion sleeve 3211 and the air entraining sleeve 3221.
The rotary shaft 31 has a through-hole 311 at both ends, and the drain pipe 441 is provided with a hose 3111 communicating with the through-hole 311.
When the washing frame 4 enters the fragrance cartridge 1 and starts to rotate around the inner wall thereof, the sponge 45 and the drain tube 441 provided on the washing frame 4 also operate in synchronization with the rotation of the washing frame 4. The sponge 45 is positioned at the rear of the spray head 41, and physically wipes the inner wall of the fragrance barrel 1 immediately after the spray head 41 completes the strong washing or strong drying along the rotation direction of the washing frame 4. And the drain pipe 441 is located in front of the shower head 41, and is responsible for absorbing and removing the residual sewage or gas in the previous cycle in advance.
In the working state of the spray head 41, if the spray head 41 is spraying water to perform strong flushing, the sponge 45 is in a wet state, the wiping effect on the inner wall of the spice bucket 1 is enhanced by utilizing the wet surface of the sponge, and stubborn stains are effectively removed, and when the spray head 41 is switched to an air-jet mode to perform strong drying, the sponge 45 is dried along with the strong drying, and the inner wall of the spice bucket 1 is continuously subjected to final drying treatment, so that possible residual moisture is further absorbed.
Referring to fig. 2-9, the cleaning frame 4 can move radially along the rotating shaft 31 to match with axial movement so that the sponge 45 completely fits with the inner side surface and the inner bottom surface of the perfume barrel 1, a sliding rail 312 extending radially along the lower end of the rotating shaft 31 is provided, a sliding groove in sliding clamping connection with the sliding rail 312 is provided on the horizontal section 44 of the cleaning frame 4, and a radial driver 6 for driving the cleaning frame 4 to move radially is provided on the rotating shaft 31.
In order to ensure that the sponge 45 can be completely attached to the inner side surface and the inner bottom surface of the perfume barrel 1, the cleaning frame body 4 can move radially on the rotating shaft 31 through the radial driver 6, and the position of the cleaning frame body 4 is automatically adjusted according to the specific shape of the perfume barrel 1 in the cleaning and drying process, so that the sponge 45 is ensured to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1.
When the spray head 41 performs strong flushing or strong drying operation, the sponge 45 can effectively physically wipe the inner wall of the spice bucket 1, remove stubborn stains or absorb excessive moisture.
Referring to fig. 4 to 9, the radial driver 6 has a sliding sleeve 61 slidably sleeved on the rotating shaft 31 and a connecting rod 62 hinged on the sliding sleeve 61 and the vertical section 43, a return spring 611 is fixedly connected between the sliding sleeve 61 and the rotating shaft 31, the radial driver 6 further has a movable electromagnet 63 fixedly arranged on the sliding sleeve 61 and a fixed electromagnet 64 fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 31 and located above the movable electromagnet 63, and the return spring 611 is in a state of being free from external force when the movable electromagnet 63 contacts with the fixed electromagnet 64.
When the radial driver 6 is started, the movable electromagnet 63 and the fixed electromagnet 64 are electrified to generate repulsive force, the sliding sleeve 61 slides along the rotating shaft 31, the cleaning frame body 4 is driven to radially move by the connecting rod 62, and the sliding sleeve 61 is pushed back to the original position by the acting force of the reset spring 611 along with the outage of the movable electromagnet 63 and the fixed electromagnet 64, so that the radial adjustment of the cleaning frame body 4 is realized, the sponge 45 can be effectively and tightly attached to the inner wall of the perfume barrel 1 when the spray head 41 performs strong flushing or strong drying operation, and the cleaning efficiency and effect are improved.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 10, a first rubber pad 33 capable of abutting against the top of the spice bucket 1 is provided on the lifting cover plate 3, a rotating ring 313 is coaxially provided on the rotating shaft 31, a bearing 3131 is provided between the rotating ring 313 and the lifting cover plate 3, a second rubber pad 34 abutting against the rotating ring 313 is further provided on the lifting cover plate 3, and when the lifting cover plate 3 is pressed on the spice bucket 1 through the first rubber pad 33, a sealing space is formed inside the spice bucket 1.
When the lifting cover plate 3 descends to introduce the cleaning frame body 4 into the perfume barrel 1, the first rubber pad 33 arranged at the bottom of the lifting cover plate 3 is firstly contacted with the top of the perfume barrel 1 and applies proper pressure, and at the same time, the second rubber pad 34 which is abutted against the rotating ring 313 on the lifting cover plate 3 is combined with the first rubber pad 33 to ensure the sealing of the perfume barrel 1.
The high-pressure water flow and the cleaning agent can be enabled to act on the inside of the perfume barrel 1 in the cleaning stage in a concentrated manner, stubborn stains are effectively removed, external pollution is avoided from entering the barrel, sealing is also important in the drying stage, external moisture can be prevented from entering the barrel, compressed air can flow in a closed space more effectively, and the perfume barrel 1 is enabled to heat up rapidly to take away moisture in the barrel and accelerate the drying process.
Referring to fig. 2-7 and 10, the clamping assembly 5 includes a pressing rod 51 disposed around the lifting cover plate 3, the pressing rod 51 is rotatably connected to the lifting cover plate 3 at the center, the lifting cover plate 3 is provided with a shaft connection portion 511 for rotatably connecting the pressing rod 51, the lower end of the pressing rod 51 is provided with a glue block 512 capable of pressing the outer side surface of the perfume barrel 1, and the clamping assembly 5 further includes a pressing member 52 for applying pressure to the upper end of each pressing rod 51 to cause the glue block 512 to move inwards.
A torsion spring 5111 is fixedly connected between the shaft connection point of the compression rod 51 and the shaft connection portion 511, and when the compression rod 51 rotates inwards, the torsion spring 5111 is in a torsion state.
