Background
After the ultraviolet sterilization device is used for a long time, a large amount of dirt and scale can be deposited on the surface of the lamp tube due to various impurities contained in water, so that the sterilization effect of the ultraviolet lamp irradiation is affected.
In order to facilitate disassembly and cleaning, the end face of the device tube shell is designed into a detachable flange end plate structure, and the surface of a lamp tube inside the tube shell can be cleaned by disassembling the flange end plate, but the ultraviolet sterilization device needs to be shut down and disassembled for cleaning, and cannot be cleaned on line when an ultraviolet sterilization lamp works.
There are also ultraviolet sterilizing devices with an on-line cleaning function on the market, such as an ultraviolet sterilizer with a self-cleaning function disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN117401769a and a cleaning mechanism for an ultraviolet sterilizing device disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN105598106B, which clean ultraviolet lamp tubes on-line by providing cleaning components in tube shells, but because of the complex structure and more components of such cleaning components, it is still necessary to design the end surfaces of the tube shells as detachable flange end plates, so that when the sterilizing device is assembled, the flange end plates are detached, and each component of the cleaning components can be installed inside the tube shells from the end surfaces of the tube shells.
It can be seen from the above that, in the prior art, no matter the ultraviolet sterilization device that needs to be stopped to disassemble and clean or the ultraviolet sterilization device that can perform online cleaning, the end face of the tube shell of the sterilization device needs to be designed into a detachable flange end plate structure, the tube shell has a problem of sealing failure due to the arrangement of the flange end plate, after long-time use, the ultraviolet sterilization device easily generates a water seepage phenomenon at the flange end plate of the tube shell, and the processing and manufacturing cost of the tube shell is increased due to the structure of the flange end plate.

Based on the defects of the prior ultraviolet sterilization device with the cleaning function in the background technology, the application provides the ultraviolet sterilization device with the cleaning function and the assembly method thereof, and the cleaning related components can be installed in a tube shell without arranging a detachable flange end plate on the end face of the tube shell.

Further, the diameter size of the scraping blade annular ring is smaller than that of the water inlet joint and/or the water outlet joint, so that the scraping blade is convenient to be placed in the pipe shell from the water inlet joint or the water outlet joint of the pipe shell when the sterilizing device is assembled.

Preferably, a plurality of through holes are distributed on the annular ring of the scraping blade, a steel wire is wound on the annular ring of the scraping blade through the through holes, and the cleaning capability of the scraping blade can be further improved through contact friction between the steel wire and the lamp tube.
Preferably, the cleaning rod is fixedly connected with a mushroom head handle at one end outside the tube shell, so that a user can hold the push-pull cleaning rod more easily.
The disclosed method for assembling the ultraviolet sterilization device with the cleaning function comprises the following steps:
s1, placing a scraping blade in a tube shell from a water inlet joint or a water outlet joint of the tube shell;
S2, one end of the cleaning rod passes through the waterproof joint and then is arranged in the pipe shell, meanwhile, an assembler adjusts the position of the scraping blade in the pipe shell from the water inlet joint or the water outlet joint, so that the tail end of the cleaning rod can pass through the mounting hole of the handle of the scraping blade and the handle of the scraping blade is sleeved between two corresponding annular grooves of the cleaning rod, the assembler then arranges the split ring in the pipe shell from the water inlet joint or the water outlet joint and clamps the split ring in the corresponding annular groove of the cleaning rod through the split ring, and each annular groove corresponds to one split ring, so that the handle of the scraping blade can be limited and mounted on the cleaning rod through the two split rings;
S3, inserting the lamp tube into the tube shell from the mounting interface of one end face of the tube shell, adjusting the position of the scraping blade in the tube shell by an assembler from the water inlet joint or the water outlet joint, enabling the tail end of the lamp tube to pass through the annular ring of the scraping blade to enable the annular ring of the scraping blade to be sleeved on the lamp tube, and respectively screwing the limiting caps on the mounting interfaces of the two ends of the lamp tube after the other end of the lamp tube is also arranged in the mounting interface of the other end face of the tube shell, so that the two ends of the lamp tube are limited to complete the assembly of the lamp tube, and the scraping blade can be sleeved on the lamp tube.

The side of the tube shell 1 is connected with a water inlet joint 101 and a water outlet joint 102, a tube 2 is arranged in the tube shell 1, an ultraviolet sterilization lamp 5 is arranged in the tube shell 2, one end face of the tube shell 1 is connected with a waterproof joint 103, one end of a cleaning rod 3 penetrates through the waterproof joint 103 and is arranged in the tube shell 1, the main body part of the scraping blade 4 is annular, an annular ring 401 of the scraping blade 4 is sleeved on the tube shell 2, a handle 402 of the scraping blade 4 is arranged on the cleaning rod 3 and can move along with the cleaning rod 3, so that the cleaning rod 3 is pushed and pulled in the tube shell 1, dirt on the tube shell 2 can be scraped through the scraping blade 4, and the ultraviolet sterilization device has an online cleaning function.
Referring to fig. 4, two lamp tubes 2 are mounted in the tube housing 1, the cleaning rod 3 is disposed between the two lamp tubes 2, four wiper blades 4 are disposed in total, two wiper blades 4 corresponding to one lamp tube 2 are respectively mounted at the middle and tail ends of the cleaning rod 3, and two ultraviolet sterilizing lamps 5 are disposed in the sterilizing effect device, so that sterilizing efficiency is improved, and a simultaneous cleaning function of the two lamp tubes 2 can be realized through one cleaning rod 3.
Referring to fig. 1,3 and 4, the two end surfaces of the tube shell 1 are respectively connected with an installation interface 105 at the corresponding positions of the tube shell 2, two ends of the tube shell 2 are respectively arranged in the corresponding installation interfaces 105, and corresponding limit caps 6 are sleeved in the installation interfaces 105 through threads, so that after the two end parts of the tube 2 are limited in the corresponding installation interfaces 105 through the limit caps 6, the tube 2 can be limited and installed in the tube shell 1, the tube 2 is convenient to install, the tube 2 can be disassembled and cleaned, and the limit caps 6 at one end of the tube shell 1 are provided with threading holes, so that the electric wires of the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 5 are conveniently arranged.
Referring to fig. 5, two annular grooves 302 are formed in the position of the cleaning rod 3 corresponding to the cleaning rod 4, a mounting hole 403 is formed in the handle 402 of the cleaning rod 4, the cleaning rod 4 is sleeved between the two corresponding annular grooves 302 of the cleaning rod 3 through the mounting hole 403 of the handle 402, split rings 7 are clamped in the annular grooves 302 of the cleaning rod 3 through the split grooves, each annular groove 302 corresponds to one split ring 7, the handle 402 of the cleaning rod 4 can be limited by the corresponding two split rings 7, and therefore the cleaning rod 3 is limited and mounted, and the mounting structure is convenient to assemble.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the annular ring 401 of the wiper 4 is smaller than the diameter of the water inlet connector 101 and/or the water outlet connector 102, so that the wiper 4 can be conveniently placed in the pipe shell 1 from the water inlet connector 101 or the water outlet connector 102 of the pipe shell 1 when the sterilizing device is assembled. Referring to fig. 2, a flushing joint 104 is further connected to the side of the tube 1, and dirt scraped by the wiper blade 4 on the lamp tube 2 can be flushed out of the device from the flushing joint 104. Referring to fig. 5, a plurality of through holes are distributed on the annular ring 401 of the wiper blade 4, steel wires are wound on the annular ring 401 of the wiper blade 4 through the through holes, and the cleaning capability of the wiper blade 4 is further increased through contact friction between the steel wires and the lamp tube 2. Referring to fig. 1 or 2, a mushroom head handle 301 is fixedly connected to the end of the cleaning rod 3 located outside the tube shell 1, so that a user can hold the push-pull cleaning rod 3 more easily.
The assembling method of the ultraviolet sterilization device with the cleaning function comprises the following steps:
S1, placing a scraping blade 4 in a tube shell 1 from a water inlet joint 101 or a water outlet joint 102 of the tube shell 1;
S2, one end of the cleaning rod 3 passes through the waterproof joint 103 and then is placed in the pipe shell 1, meanwhile, an assembler adjusts the position of the scraping blade 4 in the pipe shell 1 from the water inlet joint 101 or the water outlet joint 102, so that the tail end of the cleaning rod 3 can pass through the mounting hole 403 of the handle 402 of the scraping blade 4 and the handle 402 of the scraping blade 4 is sleeved between two corresponding annular grooves 302 of the cleaning rod 3, the assembler places the split ring 7 in the pipe shell 1 from the water inlet joint 101 or the water outlet joint 102 and clamps the split ring 7 in the corresponding annular grooves 302 of the cleaning rod 3 through the split ring grooves, and each annular groove 302 corresponds to one split ring 7, so that the handle 402 of the scraping blade 4 can be limited and mounted on the cleaning rod 3 through the two split rings 7;
s3, inserting the lamp tube 2 into the lamp tube 1 from the mounting interface 105 of one end face of the lamp tube 1, and simultaneously adjusting the position of the scraping blade 4 in the lamp tube 1 from the water inlet joint 101 or the water outlet joint 102 by an assembler, so that the tail end of the lamp tube 2 can pass through the annular ring 401 of the scraping blade 4 to enable the annular ring 401 of the scraping blade 4 to be sleeved on the lamp tube 2, and after the other end of the lamp tube 2 is also arranged in the mounting interface 105 of the other end face of the lamp tube 1, respectively screwing the limiting caps 6 on the mounting interfaces 105 of the two ends of the lamp tube 2 to limit the two ends of the lamp tube 2, so that the scraping blade 4 can be sleeved on the lamp tube 2.
Compared with the existing sterilizing device with the cleaning function, the ultraviolet sterilizing device has the advantages that the structure is simple and exquisite, the online cleaning function is convenient to use, the structure is matched with the assembling method, the end face of the tube shell 1 is not required to be provided with the detachable flange end plate, parts relevant to cleaning can be installed in the tube shell 1, the whole ultraviolet sterilizing device is convenient and quick to assemble, the tightness of the integrated tube shell 1 is good, and the processing and manufacturing cost is low.
