The principle and implementation of a patent instant messaging interaction method, a storage medium and an electronic device of the present embodiment will be described in detail below, so that those skilled in the art can understand the patent instant messaging interaction method, the storage medium and the electronic device of the present embodiment without creative labor.
It should be noted that the patent instant messaging interaction method can be applied to various types of hardware devices. The hardware device may also be, for example, a computer including components such as memory, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), peripheral interfaces, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, speakers, microphones, input/output (I/O) subsystems, display screens, other output or control devices, and external ports, including, but not limited to, personal computers such as desktop computers, notebook computers, tablet computers, smart phones, smart televisions, personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), and the like. In other embodiments, the hardware device may also be a server, where the server may be disposed on one or more physical servers according to a plurality of factors such as a function, a load, and the like, or may be formed by a distributed or centralized server cluster, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In an embodiment, the patent instant messaging interaction method may be implemented through a patent management system (APP application) for managing patent cases in an enterprise, and before explaining the implementation principle of the patent instant messaging interaction method in this embodiment, the principle description is performed on the patent management system applied in this embodiment.
The patent management system to which the patent instant messaging interaction method described in this embodiment is applied may display a Graphical User Interface (GUI) on an electronic terminal of a user that includes a display, where intellectual property agents or management data related thereto are displayed, and the GUI may be referred to as a customer service GUI.
In the embodiment of the application, the customer service graphical interface displayed by the electronic terminal is accessed by a webpage browsed by a browser loaded by a user terminal, wherein the user terminal comprises a PC, or the customer service graphical interface is accessed by an interface provided by integrated service platform software loaded by the user terminal, wherein the user terminal comprises a mobile terminal and the PC, the mobile terminal comprises a smart phone or a tablet personal computer, and the integrated service platform software comprises WeChat and/or payment treasures and the like.
It should be noted that the graphical user interfaces displayed by the electronic terminals corresponding to different types of electronic terminals may also be different.
In particular, in some embodiments, for the electronic terminal to be a PC terminal, it may access a specific web page provided by the service terminal by browsing the web page through the loaded browser and interfacing the web page, and display a customer service graphical interface in the specific web page.
In yet other embodiments, for the electronic terminal to be a mobile terminal (e.g., smart phone, tablet computer), it may access the customer service graphical interface through a web page or applet in integrated platform software such as WeChat, payment Pop, etc.
The interface for entering the customer service graphical interface is provided in the WeChat applet, the registered user can add the WeChat applet by scanning the two-dimensional code or searching the WeChat applet, and then operate (e.g. click) the WeChat applet, so as to enter the customer service graphical interface.
In an embodiment, the electronic terminal may be a fixed terminal, such as a server, a desktop, or a mobile terminal, such as a notebook, a smart phone, or a tablet. The electronic terminal can realize the display of knowledge product management data or proxy service data in an off-line or on-line state.
In an embodiment, the electronic terminal may access the internet, so as to access a remote service terminal, so that the service terminal authenticates account information currently logged in by the electronic terminal, and provides corresponding data after the authentication is passed.
The electronic terminal can also be provided with a client APP, a client can log in the client APP through pre-registered account information, the client APP can authenticate itself, and intellectual property agency service data or management data related to the account information is provided after authentication is passed.
The patent instant messaging interaction method of the embodiment is realized in the existing patent management system, the inventor enters a messaging interaction room in the patent management system through an account number authorized by the patent management system, and directly communicates with a patent agency and inquires about patent cases in real time, so that the limitation and complexity of communicating by using traditional telephone, e-mail or third party conference software are avoided. Fig. 1 shows an application scenario architecture diagram of a patent instant messaging interaction method according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 1, in the instant messaging interaction method of the present application, a creation instruction is generated in a patent management system, and a corresponding messaging interaction room is created based on a patent case, that is, the inventor can correspondingly generate a messaging interaction room for communicating the situation of the patent case as long as the patent management system has a corresponding patent case, and a messaging interaction room is correspondingly constructed between the inventor of the case and an agent for processing the case through the patent management system. When the communication interaction chamber is specifically generated, the communication account number is established for the inventor based on preset communication interaction creation information extracted from the patent cases and the current case state of the read patent cases, the communication interaction chamber is established, and the inventor is informed and guided to log in the communication interaction chamber in a mail mode through configured mails, so that the purposes of real-time communication between the inventor and a patent agency and the state of a patent application can be queried at any time are achieved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a patent instant messaging interaction method according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a patent instant messaging interaction method, which includes the following steps S100 to S300.
Step S100, in response to receiving a creation instruction generated in a patent management system, detecting whether a patent case corresponding to the creation instruction contains preset communication interaction creation information and whether the case state of the patent case meets preset case state conditions, wherein the preset communication interaction creation information at least comprises inventor information, an inventor mailbox and agency information;
Step 200, responding to the fact that a patent case corresponding to the creation instruction contains preset communication interaction creation information, the case state of the patent case meets preset case state conditions, creating an inventor communication account number and a communication interaction chamber containing an inventor and an agent based on the communication interaction creation information, and sending an email containing information of the communication interaction chamber to the inventor mailbox for the inventor to log in the communication interaction chamber;
And step S300, in response to detecting that the inventor logs in to enter the communication interaction room, generating login notification information, and sending the login notification information to a communication account of an agent in the patent management system so as to enable the agent to log in to enter the communication interaction room, thereby realizing instant communication between the agent and the inventor.
The specific implementation principles of the steps S100 to S300 of the instant messaging interaction method in this embodiment are described in detail below.
Step S100, in response to receiving a creation instruction generated in a patent management system, detecting whether a patent case corresponding to the creation instruction contains preset communication interaction creation information and whether the case state of the patent case meets preset case state conditions, wherein the preset communication interaction creation information at least comprises inventor information, an inventor mailbox and agency information.
In this embodiment, the creation instruction is generated within the patent management system.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating creation instructions in a patent instant messaging interaction method according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in FIG. 3, in one implementation of the present embodiment, generating the creation instruction in the patent management system includes generating the creation instruction when a patent case is created in the patent management system, or triggering a creation key preset in the patent management system and corresponding to the patent case to generate the creation instruction.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when a patent case is built in the patent management system, a case configuration interface is provided, and case information, application client information, and the like of the patent case are configured through the case configuration interface, where the case information includes, for example, a case name, an application type, and the like, and the application client information includes, for example, an applicant name, an address, an IP contact, and the like. In particular, in this embodiment, the case configuration interface further configures patent inventor information and selection agent information.
Wherein, the inventor information includes but is not limited to the name, telephone, mailbox, etc. of the inventor, so as to establish a communication interaction room between the inventor and the patent agency based on the inventor information.
In this embodiment, the case configuration interface completes the creation of the new patent case after completing the configuration of the information of the patent case, and at this time, a creation instruction is generated in the patent management system.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid the problem that if the patent information is not filled in when the patent case is built in the patent management system, after the new patent case is built, a communication interaction room between the inventor and the patent agency cannot be generated later. In this embodiment, in order to enable the communication interaction chamber between the inventor and the patent agency to be continuously generated later, after the establishment of the new patent case is completed, a creation key is generated with the corresponding patent case display interface, and after the configuration of the inventor information for the corresponding patent case is supplemented, a creation instruction is generated by independently triggering the creation key, so that the communication interaction chamber between the inventor and the patent agency is continuously generated.
In one implementation manner of this embodiment, the creation key is in an activated available state that can be triggered when the patent case contains the inventor information and the inventor mailbox, and is in an inactivated available state that cannot be triggered when the patent case does not contain the inventor information or the inventor mailbox.
Specifically, in this embodiment, configuration parameter information of the patent case is monitored in real time, when it is detected that configuration of the patent case contains information of an inventor, the creation key is controlled to be in an unactivated available state that cannot be triggered, and when it is detected that the patent case is supplemented with information of the inventor, the creation key is controlled to be in an activated available state that can be triggered. I.e. the state of the created key is matched with the inventor information in real time.
In one implementation manner of this embodiment, when the inventor information corresponding to the patent case is changed, whether the changed inventor information can be used for the generation of the subsequent communication interaction room and the change of the created key state is determined according to a preset priority.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in order to avoid inaccurate information in the conference room caused by misoperation of changing the information of the inventor, in the patent management system, a first storage area of the information of the inventor and a second storage area of the information of the inventor are configured, where the first storage area of the information of the inventor and the second storage area of the information of the inventor are respectively configured with corresponding changing rights and/or priorities, and an application rights range of the information of the inventor after the change is determined according to the priorities of the storage areas where the information of the inventor is located.
For example, the priority of the first storage area of the inventor information is higher than the priority of the second storage area of the inventor information, and in this case, when the first storage area of the inventor information is used for generating a subsequent communication interaction room, the patent agency mistakenly changes the information of the inventor in the second storage area of the inventor information, and in this embodiment, whether the information of the inventor in the first storage area of the inventor information is consistent with the information of the inventor in the second storage area of the inventor information is detected, if so, the subsequent flow is continued, and if not, the information of the inventor in the first storage area of the inventor information is preferentially adopted as the parameter for generating the communication interaction room because the priority of the first storage area of the inventor information is higher than the priority of the second storage area of the inventor information.
In this embodiment, it is detected whether the patent case corresponding to the creation instruction includes preset communication interaction creation information and whether the case state of the patent case satisfies a preset case state condition.
The preset communication interaction creation information at least comprises inventor information, an inventor mailbox, agent information and the like, and the case state is a constraint condition, namely, the communication conference room is matched with the application process of the patent case. The patent cases are not in any application process stage to generate a communication conference room, and the purpose of the communication conference room is communication between the inventor and the agency in the application stage. Therefore, in this embodiment, the case states are preconfigured into a plurality of optional states according to the application process of the patent case, and one or more case states are set to generate the teleconference room.
In this embodiment, the case state condition is preset according to whether the current state of the patent case needs to be communicated with the inventor. The preset case state conditions at least comprise a communication writing state when the patent is not submitted, namely, in the stage of writing the patent application file, an agent usually needs to communicate with the inventor in a technical scheme, and a communication meeting room can be created in the stage of patent case. In addition, the preset case state conditions may further include an opinion statement state, when the patent case is in the opinion statement state after receiving the review opinion notification, the agent usually needs to communicate with the inventor in terms of technical solutions and reply opinions, and the patent case may also create a teleconference room at this stage.
It should be noted that, the preset case state condition may be adjusted and configured according to the actual requirement, and may be matched with the examination process of the patent, for example, the preset case state condition may further include a patent initial examination state, a correction state, a patent disclosure state, a patent actual examination state, a patent delay state, a patent grant state, a patent issue state, a patent notice state, a patent annual fee stage state, and the like.
Step 200, responding to the fact that the patent cases corresponding to the creation instruction contain preset communication interaction creation information, the case states of the patent cases meet preset case state conditions, creating an inventor communication account number and a communication interaction room containing an inventor and an agent based on the communication interaction creation information, and sending an email containing information of the communication interaction room to the inventor mailbox for the inventor to log in the communication interaction room.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of creating a communication interaction room in the patent instant messaging interaction method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, in one implementation of the present embodiment, the creation of the inventor communication account number and the communication interaction room including the inventor and the agent based on the communication interaction creation information includes the following steps S210 to S230.
Step S210, first information associated with the inventor is extracted from the communication interaction creation information, and an inventor communication account is generated based on the first information and a preset password generation rule.
In this embodiment, the first information is used as a login name of the communication account of the inventor, and the password is used as a login password of the communication account of the inventor.
The first information is preferably an inventor mobile phone number or an inventor mailbox, and the preset password generation rule can be a password generated according to a random number or a default universal password.
Step S220, extracting enterprise information of the inventor from the communication interaction creation information, acquiring an enterprise conference room from the patent management system based on the enterprise information, and creating a communication interaction room below the enterprise conference room.
In this embodiment, an enterprise conference room is pre-established in the patent management system, wherein the establishment of the enterprise conference room includes detecting whether the enterprise conference room exists or not according to the applicant information in the patent cases when the creation instruction is received, and if so, directly associating and creating a communication interaction room corresponding to the patent cases under the enterprise conference room, that is, in this embodiment, since the enterprise generally has a plurality of inventors, each of which corresponds to one communication conference room with a different agent, a plurality of communication interaction rooms are associated and generated under one enterprise conference room.
And when the creation instruction is received, detecting whether an enterprise meeting room exists or not according to the applicant information in the patent cases, and if the enterprise meeting room does not exist, generating the enterprise meeting room and regenerating a communication interaction room. The process of generating the enterprise meeting room comprises the steps of generating a contact person communication account number according to information of an enterprise contact person (IP manager), reading one or more communication account numbers (such as communication account numbers of customer service personnel and communication account numbers of process personnel) of the manager preset in an agency mechanism from the patent management system, adding the communication account numbers of the manager and the contact person communication account numbers of the enterprise to the enterprise meeting room, and creating and completing the enterprise meeting room.
In this embodiment, the communication interaction room is created below the enterprise conference room, and when each communication interaction room is displayed, the corresponding home enterprise conference room is displayed.
When the communication interaction room is generated, naming can be performed according to one or a combination of a case name, an agent name and an inventor name.
And step S230, reading an agent communication account number from the patent management system, adding the inventor communication account number and the agent communication account number to the communication interaction room, and creating and completing the communication interaction room.
In this embodiment, the communication account number of the teacher corresponding to the agent information is obtained from the patent management system according to the agent information selected from the configuration of the patent cases. And creating an agent communication account number for the patent agent in the patent management system in advance, enabling the patent agent to log in the patent management system through the agent communication account number, and entering the communication interaction room after the patent agent logs in the patent management system through the agent communication account number because the communication interaction room is created in the patent management system.
At this time, the communication interaction room is constructed to include two users, namely an inventor and an agent, and the inventor and the agent can realize communication after logging in the communication interaction room respectively.
It should be noted that the communication interaction room corresponds to the inventor and the agent, and the same inventor and the same agent have only one conference room. In order to avoid repeating the construction of the communication conference room for the same inventor and the agent, the embodiment further comprises the steps of responding to the creation instruction generated in the patent management system, extracting the inventor information and the agent information in the patent cases corresponding to the creation instruction, detecting whether the communication interaction room containing the corresponding inventor and the agent exists or not based on the inventor information and the agent information, if yes, directly calling the communication interaction room, and if no, continuing to execute the step S100, and continuing to execute the flow of generating the communication interaction room corresponding to the inventor and the agent.
In this embodiment, after the communication interaction chamber is created, in order to facilitate the inventor to find and enter the communication interaction chamber, the embodiment sends information of the communication interaction chamber to the inventor, and designs a guide that facilitates the inventor to find and enter the communication interaction chamber.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a method for generating a mail including information of a communication interaction room in a patent instant messaging interaction method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, in one implementation manner of this embodiment, sending the mail including the information of the communication interaction chamber to the mailbox of the inventor includes generating a query guidance message based on the communication account number of the inventor and the preset patent query platform information. The query guiding information comprises two-dimension codes and/or website information of a preset patent query platform, so that the inventor can find and enter the communication interaction chamber by scanning the two-dimension codes or clicking a website link of the patent query platform.
Specifically, a preset mail content template is obtained, and the mail content template is filled with the case information of the patent case, the communication account number of the inventor and the inquiry guiding information to generate a mail text, wherein the mail text comprises the patent case information, the agency information and the guiding instruction for guiding the inventor to enter and use the communication interaction chamber. In this embodiment, the communication account number of the inventor and the inquiry guiding information are filled into a preset guiding description in the mail content template, so as to form a guiding description which is matched with the corresponding inventor and can guide the inventor to enter and use the communication interaction chamber.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, when the query guidance information includes a two-dimensional code, the patent query platform information includes public number information of a patent query platform. The method comprises the steps that an inventor can acquire public numbers of an inventor communication account and a patent query platform when scanning a two-dimensional code, wherein the login authority of the inventor communication account on the patent query platform is pre-configured, the inventor communication account is associated with the public numbers of the patent query platform, and when the public numbers of the patent query platform are registered through the inventor communication account, the inventor communication account is used as an account of the patent query platform. Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of an interface when the inventor performs instant messaging in the instant messaging interaction method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the current state of the patent and the patent document applied by the inventor are queried through a patent query interface provided by the public number of the patent query platform.
In this embodiment, the public number of the patent query platform provides multiple ways of entering the communication interaction room, including but not limited to any one or a combination of the following:
The method comprises the steps of generating a small program of a communication interaction room in advance, configuring and displaying a communication interaction room interface of a public number function page, jumping to the small program of the communication interaction room generated in advance by clicking the communication interaction room interface, and entering the communication interaction room through the small program of the communication interaction room;
And displaying the notification information after the communication interaction room is created on a notification page of the public number, and entering the communication interaction room associated with the notification information by clicking the notification information.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the inventor to query its current patent case, a query key is preset, and when the query key is triggered, all patent lists with the name of the inventor as a query condition are displayed, and the official notification files and the patent application files of the patent office corresponding to the patent are imported and displayed for the inventor to download, so that the complexity and inconvenience of the inventor to search for the patent using the third-party patent data platform are effectively avoided.
In one implementation manner of this embodiment, when the query guidance information includes a web site link of a patent query platform, the communication interaction chamber and the patent query platform are accessed through a web page mode. After login authentication is performed through the communication account number of the inventor, an interface of the communication interaction chamber and an interface of the patent query platform are displayed.
In this embodiment, besides guiding the inventor to find and enter the communication interaction room by means of mail notification, the method further includes configuring and displaying the two-dimensional code on a display interface of a corresponding patent case of the patent management system, and sending the two-dimensional code to the inventor by a patent agency through WeChat, SMS and the like, and the inventor obtains the public numbers of the communication account number and the patent query platform of the inventor by means of scanning the two-dimensional code, so as to enter the communication interaction room and query the current state and patent document of the patent applied by the inventor.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart of a method for automatically sending a notification message to an administrator by an agent in a patent instant messaging interaction method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, in one implementation of the present embodiment, after the communication interaction room is created, the following steps S410 to S430 are further included.
Step S410, obtaining a communication account number of an agent and extracting case information from the patent case, wherein the case information at least comprises a case name and a case number;
Step S420, generating a first notification message based on the case information;
step S430, sending the first notification information to the communication interaction room under the communication account of the agent.
In this embodiment, after the communication interaction room is created, a first notification message is automatically sent to the communication interaction room. The first message notification is preconfigured or generated according to the statement template and case information. Therefore, after logging in the communication interaction room, the inventor can see the information sent by the agent and know the information of the patent cases to be communicated in the current conference room.
And step S300, in response to detecting that the inventor logs in to enter the communication interaction room, generating login notification information, and sending the login notification information to a communication account of an agent in the patent management system so as to enable the agent to log in to enter the communication interaction room, thereby realizing instant communication between the agent and the inventor.
In this embodiment, when the inventor logs in to the communication interaction room, the patent agency can be notified in time, so that the patent agency can enter the communication interaction room in time to communicate with the inventor, and waiting time of the inventor is reduced.
In one implementation manner of the embodiment, in response to detecting that an inventor logs in to the communication interaction room, detecting an offline state of an agent in the communication interaction room, if the offline state of the agent in the communication interaction room is an online state, sending the login notification information to an agent communication account in a patent management system, notifying the patent agent by sending a message to the agent communication account in the patent management system, if the offline state of the agent in the communication interaction room is an offline state, calling a message interface provided by a micro-message platform, sending the login notification information to a public number of the patent query platform through the message interface, and acquiring the login notification information by the agent through a public number message reminding mode.
Specifically, when the agent logs into the patent management system through the agent communication account, the agent is notified by sending a message to the agent communication account within the patent management system.
Particularly, in this embodiment, a message reminding icon is generated on a desktop of the electronic device displaying the patent management system, a reading state of the login notification message is obtained in real time, and when the login notification message is in an unread state, the message reminding icon is controlled to flash at a preset flashing frequency, and a message reminding sound is configured.
In addition, in this embodiment, the time when the login notification message is in an unread state is also recorded, and when the duration of the unread state reaches the preset duration, the login notification message is repeatedly sent to the communication account of the agent, so as to repeatedly remind the agent to log in the communication interaction room as soon as possible. The above process may be repeatedly performed, so that when the login notification message is in an unread state, the login notification message is repeatedly sent to the agent communication account at intervals of a period of time.
In addition, when the agency does not log into the patent management system through the agency communication account, the agency is notified in a mode of sending a message to the agency communication account through the public number of the patent query platform. In this embodiment, the patent management system interfaces with the public number of the patent query platform in the WeChat, for example, through a message interface provided by the WeChat platform, so that when an agent does not log in the patent management system, the agent can receive the login notification information through the public number of the patent query platform.
The patent management system realizes the public number butt joint with the patent inquiry platform in the WeChat through a message interface provided by the WeChat platform, and one implementation mode is as follows:
The 'developer setting' is found in the setting of the public number of the patent query platform, and the server address (URL), token (Token) and message encryption and decryption key (EncodingAESKey) are filled in. This information will be used for authentication and data encryption when receiving and sending messages. And enabling a message interface provided by the micro-signaling platform to monitor and process the POST request from the server of the patent management system. When detecting that an agent is not logged in a patent management system, calling a message interface provided by a micro-message platform, wherein the message interface provided by the micro-message platform can send the login notification information to a previously configured server address of a public number of the patent query platform in an XML format, and the server of the public number of the patent query platform needs to analyze the XML data, extract information such as message types, content and the like, and process or respond according to service requirements. According to the configuration rule of the message interface provided by the WeChat, a specific XML structure can be constructed to reply to various message types such as text, picture, voice and the like.
Fig. 8 is a flow chart illustrating a notification principle when a user is not online in a communication interaction room in the instant messaging interaction method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, in one implementation of the present embodiment, the following steps S310 and S320 are further included.
Step S310, in response to detecting that the inventor or the agent in the communication interaction room sends a message to a counterpart, and the counterpart is in a state of not logging into the communication interaction room, generating a message notification based on the message;
Step S320, pushing the message notification to the inventor or the agent through the public number of the patent query platform.
In this embodiment, when a new message is detected in the communication interaction room, an online state of a message receiver is detected, and when the message receiver is detected to be in a state of not logging into the communication interaction room, a message notification is generated, and the message notification is pushed to the message receiver (the inventor or the proxy) through the public number of the patent query platform. The patent management system realizes the public number butt joint with the patent inquiry platform in the WeChat through a message interface provided by the WeChat platform, so that an agent or an inventor can receive unread messages in the communication interaction room through the public number of the patent inquiry platform. The above detailed description has been made on the implementation manner of the patent management system for implementing the public number docking with the patent query platform in the WeChat through the message interface provided by the WeChat platform, which is not repeated herein.
Therefore, the patent instant messaging interaction method in the embodiment can inform the patent agency in time when the inventor enters the messaging interaction room, and also can inform the other party in time when any party sends a message in the messaging interaction room, so that the inventor and the patent agency can establish high-efficiency and instant messaging connection in time.
In addition, the embodiment also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the patent instant messaging interaction method is implemented. The above-mentioned patent instant messaging interaction method has been described in detail, and will not be described in detail herein.

In this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or cache a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment. Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 10 according to an embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments, the electronic device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, an in-vehicle device, an Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR) device, a notebook computer, an Ultra-Mobile Personal Computer (UMPC), a netbook, a Personal digital assistant (Personal DIGITAL ASSISTANT, PDA), or the like. In addition, the patent instant messaging interaction method provided by the application can be applied to databases, servers and service response systems based on terminal artificial intelligence. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific application scene of the patent instant messaging interaction method.
As shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 10 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a memory 101 and a processor 102.
The memory 101 is used for caching the computer program, and the memory 101 preferably comprises a ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, U-disk, cache card or optical disk, etc. various media in which the program code may be cached.
In particular, memory 101 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or cache memory. The electronic device 10 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. Memory 101 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the application.
The processor 102 is connected to the memory 101, and is configured to execute a computer program cached in the memory 101, so that the electronic device 10 executes the method for interaction with patent instant messaging provided in any embodiment of the present application.
Alternatively, the Processor 102 may be a general-purpose Processor including a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), a network Processor (Network Processor, NP), etc., a digital signal Processor (DIGITAL SIGNAL Processor, DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a field programmable gate array (Field Programmable GATE ARRAY, FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components.
Optionally, the electronic device 10 in this embodiment may further include a display 103. A display 103 is communicatively coupled to the memory 101 and the processor 102 for displaying a GUI interactive interface associated with the proprietary instant messaging interactive method.
Further, the electronic device 10 may include other components such as firewalls, load balancers, communication components, power components, and the like. Only some of the components are schematically shown in fig. 9, which does not mean that the electronic device only comprises the components shown in fig. 9.

The computer program product includes a plurality of computer instructions.
