Therefore, how to provide a management system capable of comprehensively monitoring, evaluating, intervening, nursing and reminding the health condition of a special crowd is a current urgent problem to be solved. The invention aims to provide more accurate, comprehensive and effective health management service by optimizing the health management system, and improve the life quality of special people.

Through the health data visualization functional unit, the health data of the user is displayed in the form of a chart or a report, so that the user/family can intuitively know the change trend of the health condition of the user, and the user is facilitated to better manage the health of the user.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the electric appliance linkage module 101 further comprises an intelligent nursing robot device and an environment control device, the environment control device can be used for realizing proper control of environments such as air quality, humidity, temperature, brightness and the like according to a health management plan, the intelligent household device is used for monitoring the safe behavior condition and the living environment state of a user, feeding the safe behavior condition and the living environment state back to the risk early warning module 104 for carrying out abnormal or potential risk early warning, controlling the intelligent household, realizing the identification of the food material/nutrient compliance, avoiding food material reminding, effectively storing food material/medicine, reminding the balance, intelligent cooking and the like, and the intelligent nursing robot device can be used for realizing the support of living, nursing, physiotherapy and emotion.
The environment control equipment comprises an intelligent temperature control system, an intelligent air purifier and the like, wherein the intelligent temperature control system automatically adjusts indoor temperature according to the requirements of users to ensure the comfort level of the users, and the intelligent air purifier filters harmful substances in indoor air to improve the air quality and is beneficial to the health of special people.
The intelligent nursing robot device assists the user in daily activities such as feeding, bathing, turning over, massaging and the like, reduces the burden of family members and nursing staff, has a voice interaction function, can be used for carrying out dialogue with the user, and provides emotion support.
The risk early warning module 104 analyzes the data of the health management profile generated by the personal care function module 102 to predict potential health risks S405.
Specifically, the risk early-warning module 104 includes a health risk early-warning function unit, and further includes at least one of a security risk early-warning function unit, an emergency response function unit, a financial risk early-warning function unit, a social and psychological risk early-warning function unit, and a custom function unit.

The safety risk early warning functional unit monitors the behavior safety condition and living environment state of the user in real time, carries out risk early warning such as falling detection, home departure reminding and the like, immediately gives an alarm when the safety risk is detected, and notifies emergency contacts or related institutions.
The emergency response function unit immediately gives an alarm and informs a preset emergency contact person when detecting that the user has accidents or emergency, is in butt joint with an emergency rescue mechanism to ensure that professional rescue service can be obtained in time when the emergency occurs, and automatically triggers an emergency plan such as unlocking a door lock, starting emergency illumination and the like in the emergency.
The financial risk early warning functional unit monitors the financial condition of the user under the condition of obtaining the authorization of the user, including income, expenditure, assets and the like, sends out early warning when abnormal transaction or potential financial risk is found, provides personalized financial planning and suggestion by combining the financial target and risk bearing capacity of the user, and assists the user in managing financial transactions, such as periodically reminding payment, avoiding unnecessary expenditure and the like.
The social and psychological risk early warning functional unit monitors social activities and psychological states of the user, gives early warning when potential psychological problems such as autism and depression are found, provides psychological consultation services and social support, and helps the user to relieve psychological stress and improve psychological states.
The user-defined functional unit provides customized risk early warning service according to special requirements and preferences of users, meets personalized requirements, and enables the users to define early warning conditions and thresholds in a user-defined mode, and the system carries out accurate early warning according to user settings.
The whole health management method flow is a continuous cyclic optimization process. The intelligent health management system continuously collects and analyzes the data of the user and optimizes the functions and services of each module. The user can also feed back in community communication interaction according to own requirements, or adjust the setting of intelligent health management in a self-defined function, so as to obtain more personalized health management experience.
The health management method of the invention realizes comprehensive monitoring and evaluation of the health condition of special people through an intelligent, personalized and electric appliance integrated health management scheme, and aims to improve the life quality of special people (such as the old, people suffering from chronic diseases or mental disorders and the like) through the personalized and comprehensive health management scheme, reduce the health risk and realize the scientificalness and the intellectualization of the health management.
