As shown in fig. 3-5, the brush head assembly 2 includes a brush bar 21 connected to the brush holder assembly 1 and a brush head 22 provided on the brush bar 21; the synchronous mechanism 3 is located between the brush rod 21 and the output shaft of the driving motor 12, the synchronous mechanism 3 includes a synchronous slot 31 provided on the brush rod 21 and into which the output shaft of the driving motor 12 is inserted, and the inner wall of the synchronous slot 31 and the output shaft of the driving motor 12 are respectively provided with a synchronous rotation stopping portion 32 capable of mutually stopping and cooperating. In this embodiment, the output shaft of the driving motor 12 is directly connected with the brush rod 21 in a synchronous manner, so that the structure can be effectively simplified, the overall weight can be reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product can be improved. The co-rotation stopping portion 32 may be a rotation stopping surface or a concave-convex gear (such as an external gear and an internal gear meshed) which are in mutually rotation stopping fit, so as to ensure transmission reliability, or may be friction fit.
As shown in fig. 7, 8, 10 and 11, the brush head assembly 2 comprises a brush bar 21 connected with the brush holder assembly 1 and a brush head 22 arranged on the brush bar 21; the synchronous mechanism 3 is located between the brush rod 21 and the output shaft of the driving motor 12, the synchronous mechanism 3 comprises a synchronous connecting seat 33 which is connected with the output shaft of the driving motor 12 in a synchronous mode and a synchronous connecting concave cavity 34 which is arranged on the brush rod 21 and can be used for inserting the synchronous connecting seat 33, and synchronous rotation stopping parts 32 which can mutually stop and rotate are respectively arranged on the inner wall of the synchronous connecting concave cavity 34 and the synchronous connecting seat 33.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the brush head assembly 2 includes a brush bar 21 coupled to the brush holder assembly 1 and a brush head 22 rotatably provided on the brush bar 21 for the purpose of improving practicality and versatility; a transmission mechanism 5 which can be linked with the corresponding rotation of the brush head 22 is also arranged between the brush head 22 and the output shaft of the driving motor 12.
As shown in fig. 9-11, the transmission mechanism 5 comprises a transmission groove 51 arranged on the brush head 22 and a transmission rod 52 connected with the output shaft of the driving motor 12 in a same way, and a swinging rod 53 which can be inserted into the transmission groove 51 is arranged at the upper end of the transmission rod 52. When the output shaft of the driving motor drives the transmission rod 52 to reciprocate around the central axis of the output shaft, the transmission rod 52 makes the swinging rod 53 swing reciprocally away from the central axis of the output shaft, and then the swinging rod 53 drives the corresponding side wall of the transmission groove 51 to make the brush head 22 swing reciprocally relative to the brush rod 21, i.e. the embodiment has three functions of the brush rod swinging reciprocally relative to the brush handle assembly, the brush rod telescoping movement relative to the brush handle assembly, and the brush head swinging reciprocally relative to the brush rod. As shown in fig. 9-11, the brush bar extends in the axial direction of the handle assembly (up-down direction) and the brush head is rotatably mounted on the side wall of the brush bar such that the brush head is disposed in the radial direction of the handle assembly (left-right direction).
As shown in fig. 3-5, 10 and 11, the telescopic mechanism 4 comprises a co-moving base 41 which is co-movably connected with the output shaft of the driving motor 12, a driving groove 42 which extends obliquely along the axial direction of the brush holder assembly 1 is arranged on the co-moving base 41 or the brush rod 21, and a driving shaft pin 43 which is slidably arranged in the driving groove 42 and is mutually matched with the driving groove 42 is arranged on the brush rod 21 or the co-moving base 41. The drive recess 42 cooperates with the drive pin 43 to move the brush bar 21 axially up or down relative to the handle assembly as the drive motor drives the co-acting housing 41 to reciprocate.
For reliable connection and convenient disassembly, the synchronous base 41 is connected with the brush holder assembly in a clamping way. The same motion seat 41 may be made of an elastically deformable material, such as silica gel, rubber, etc.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the brush head assembly 2 includes a brush bar 21 connected to the brush holder assembly 1 and a brush head 22 slidably provided on the brush bar 21; the telescopic mechanism 4 comprises a fixed seat 44 which is fixedly connected with the brush holder assembly 1 relatively, a driving inclined part 441 which is obliquely arranged is arranged on the fixed seat 44, a driving rod 45 is arranged between the brush head 22 and the fixed seat 44, the upper end of the driving rod 45 is connected with the brush head 22, and the lower end of the driving rod 45 is in butt fit with the driving inclined part 441. In the process that the driving motor drives the brush rod 21 to reciprocate through the linkage connection seat 33, the driving rod 45 correspondingly reciprocates along with the brush rod 21, so that the lower end of the driving rod 45 is in abutting fit between the low position and the high position of the driving bevel 441 to drive the brush head 22 to reciprocate relative to the brush rod 21 (in this embodiment, the brush head 22 reciprocates up and down relative to the brush rod 21).
As shown in fig. 6-11, the brush head 22 includes a movable brush head slidably or rotatably mounted on the brush bar 21 and a stationary brush head relatively fixedly mounted on the brush bar 21 to facilitate cleaning of teeth.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the fixing base 44 is provided with a limiting groove for the lower end of the driving rod 45 to enter, and the driving inclined portion 441 is formed by the inner wall of the limiting groove, so that the movement direction of the lower end of the driving rod 45 can be guided and limited, and the lower end of the driving rod 45 is ensured to be in abutting fit with the driving inclined portion 441.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the fixing base 44 is located above the co-acting connecting base 33, the fixing base 44 is connected with the brush holder assembly 1 through two fixing links, the fixing links and the fixing base 44 are integrally formed, a fixing connecting hole for the lower end of the fixing link to penetrate and locate is formed in the upper end of the brush holder assembly 1, and the disassembly and assembly are convenient.
In order to assemble and position accurately, the lower end of the fixed connecting rod is provided with a guide inclined plane, and/or the upper edge of the fixed connecting hole is provided with a guide inclined plane.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the co-moving connecting seat 33 is provided with an avoidance groove for the corresponding fixed connecting rod to pass through, and the fixed connecting rod can be in blocking fit with the corresponding end wall of the avoidance groove to limit the swinging range of the co-moving connecting seat 33, so as to play a limiting role and ensure that the brush rod assembly 1 swings reciprocally in the set swinging range.
As shown in fig. 1-11, the brush head assembly 2 comprises a brush rod 21 connected with the brush handle assembly 1 and a brush head 22 arranged on the brush rod 21, and a buffer mechanism 6 is arranged between the brush rod 21 and the brush handle assembly 1; the cushioning mechanism 6 comprises an elastically deformable cushioning connection between the brush bar 21 and the handle assembly 1. The abrasion caused by direct rigid contact between the brush rod and the brush handle component can be avoided; in addition, when the assembly centers of the driving motor and the brush rod are not on the same straight line, the brush rod is pressed tightly on the output shaft of the driving motor, the driving motor is stressed too much, the current is generated too much, the electric quantity of the battery is wasted, the service life of the electric toothbrush is influenced, and the like, so that the service time of the battery is prolonged, and the service life of the electric toothbrush is prolonged.
Further, in order to ensure tightness, the buffer connecting piece is a silica gel connecting sleeve, the lower end of the silica gel connecting sleeve is connected with the brush holder assembly 1, and the lower part of the brush rod 21 is inserted into the upper end of the silica gel connecting sleeve.
As shown in fig. 1,5, 6, 8 and 9, the brush holder assembly 1 is provided with a control button for controlling the operation of the driving motor.
