As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a foreskin stapler 100 (hereinafter referred to as a "stapler") includes a housing 10, a stapling assembly 30, a firing assembly 50, and a staple abutment 20. Wherein, the nail propping seat 20 comprises a containing groove 210 for containing the glans penis, the glans penis is arranged in the containing groove 210 during the operation, and the foreskin a to be cut is stretched and coated on the containing groove 210 and fixed towards the proximal end, so that the percussion assembly 50 is utilized to fire the anastomotic assembly 30 to anastomose and cut with the nail propping seat 20.
The staple assembly 30 includes a cartridge assembly 310, a staple pushing assembly 320, and a cutter 330, the cutter 330 is of annular configuration, the cartridge assembly 310 includes a cartridge 311 and a cartridge sleeve 312 of annular configuration, the cartridge 311 is provided with staples therein, and the cartridge 311 is mounted on the cartridge sleeve 312. The nail pushing assembly 320 includes a nail pushing block 321 and a nail pushing body 322, and the plurality of nail pushing blocks 321 are circumferentially distributed around the axis of the annular cutter 330. The staple pusher 321 is used to push out staples in the staple cartridge 311 and act on the foreskin. The cutter 330 is connected to the staple pushing body 322, and the staple pushing body 322 moves under the firing action of the firing assembly 50 and drives the staple pushing block 321 and the cutter 330 to move, so that both the staples and the cutter 330 act on the foreskin.
The kiss cutting assembly 30 further comprises a knife-washer 340, the knife-washer 340 is embedded in a first annular groove 211 formed by everting the tail end of the accommodating groove 210 of the nail-supporting seat 20, the knife-washer 340 is generally made of plastic or rubber, when the cutting knife 330 is used for acting on the knife-washer 340 after cutting, the knife-washer 340 can absorb larger impact force generated when the cutting knife 330 is used for cutting, and the cutting effect of the anastomat is ensured.
The firing assembly 50 comprises a firing handle 510 and a firing pushing block 520, wherein the firing handle 510 is movably arranged outside the shell 10, and the firing pushing block 520 moves along the axial direction of the shell 10 under the firing action of the firing handle 510 and pushes the staple pushing assembly 320 to move so as to suture and cut the foreskin wrapped on the accommodating groove 210.
The anastomat further comprises an adjusting piece 60, the adjusting piece 60 is connected to the proximal end of the shell 10, an internal thread is arranged in the adjusting piece 60, an external thread matched with the internal thread is arranged at the tail end of the nail propping seat 20 close to the adjusting piece 60, the position of the nail propping seat 20 relative to the shell 10 is adjusted by rotating the adjusting piece 60, and then the distance between the nail propping seat 20 and the nail bin 311 and the cutting knife 330 is adjusted, so that the distance between the nail propping seat 20 and the nail bin 311 can be safely closed, and the forming effect of the staples is ensured.
In the related art, after the cutting knife 330 completes the cutting of the foreskin and acts on the cutter washer 340, there is no obvious operation prompt in the whole operation process, and for a doctor with a relatively shallow experience, it cannot be confirmed whether the cutting is completed, and there are cases that the cutting efficiency and the cutting effect are affected.
Based on this, in the anastomat provided by the embodiment of the application, the sounding member 40 is installed between the cushion knife ring 340 and the first ring groove 211, when the cutting knife 330 performs the cutting action, the cutting knife 330 cuts the foreskin first, and after the cushion knife ring 340 is cut, the foreskin is impacted to the surface of the sounding member 40, so as to give out the impact sound to prompt the doctor to cut the foreskin in an audible manner.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 4a and 4b, the anastomat further includes a sounding member 40, wherein the sounding member 40 is located between the knife pad 340 and the bottom of the first ring groove 211, and a first space 4a is provided between the sounding member 40 and the bottom of the first ring groove 211, and the sounding member 40 and the knife pad 340 are separately arranged. When the firing assembly 50 fires, the firing push block 520 pushes the cutter 330 to move in the distal direction, i.e., in the direction of arrow s1 shown in fig. 4a, the cutter 330 cuts the foreskin and then cuts the cushion knife ring 340, and after the cutting of the cushion knife ring 340 is completed, the cutter 330 impacts the surface of the sounding member 40 to make an impact sound so as to prompt a doctor to complete the cutting action of the foreskin at this time.
Fig. 4a and 4b are schematic views showing the state of the cutter 330, the knife pad 340 and the sounder 40 before the firing of the firing pusher block 520. Fig. 4b shows a schematic view of a portion of the foreskin to be cut a covering the surface of the nail holder 20 and being located between the knife rim 340 and the cutting knife 330 in the axial direction of the housing 10. The axial direction of the housing 10 is the direction of arrow s1 shown in fig. 4 a.
In this embodiment, the sounding member 40 and the first ring groove 211 form a drum-like structure, and when the cutter 330 strikes the surface of the sounding member 40, the surface of the sounding member 40 vibrates under the striking action of the cutter 330, so as to generate a sound.
The cutter 330 is made of metal with high hardness and strength, and the cutter 330 made of metal can make a crisp and bright sound when striking the surface of the sounding member 40 made of metal, so that doctors can conveniently recognize the sound. Illustratively, the cutting blade 330 is made of stainless steel, and the sounding member 40 is also made of stainless steel. Of course, the cutting blade 330 and the sounding member 40 may be made of other metal materials.
In an alternative embodiment, the sounding member 40 is of a sheet structure, and when the cutter 330 hits the sounding member 40 of a sheet structure made of metal, the sheet sounding member 40 is similar to the drum head of a drum structure, and can generate larger amplitude, and the air in the first space 4a also vibrates, so that the sound generated after the cutter 330 hits the sounding member 40 is more obvious.
In an alternative embodiment, the knife rim 340 and the clicker 40 are annular structures. The annular cutter-washer 340 and the sounding member 40 can be completely matched with the first annular groove 211, so that the functions of the cutter-washer 340 and the sounding member 40 can be maximized. Of course, the knife pad 340 and the sounding member 40 may have other structures, such as a semicircular structure, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4b, 5a and 5b, the cutter-backing ring 340 is provided with a second ring groove 341, the opening of the second ring groove 341 facing the bottom of the first ring groove 211.
Further, a second space is provided between the bottom of the second ring groove 341 and the sounding member 40.
It can be understood that when the cutter 330 performs the cutting action, the cutter 330 can feel a distinct drop feeling after cutting the cushion ring 340 because of the second space between the bottom of the second ring groove 341 and the sounding member 40, the cutter 330 can be accelerated due to the resistance-free speed, and the doctor can be reminded of finishing the cutting of the foreskin in a tactile sense.
According to the anastomat, when the cutting knife 330 performs cutting action, the cutting knife 330 can feel the fall sense in touch sense after finishing cutting by the knife washer 340, and can feel the impact sound in sense when the cutting knife 330 impacts the surface of the sounding part 40.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5a, 5b and 6a, the cutter-backing ring 340 is provided with a plurality of sound amplifying holes 342, and the plurality of sound amplifying holes 342 are located on the groove wall of the second ring groove 341.
Fig. 6a shows an exploded perspective view of the knife washer 340 and the sounder 40. As shown in fig. 6a, the inner ring and the outer ring of the cutter-backing ring 340 are provided with sound amplifying holes 342, and the sound amplifying holes 342 are used for diffusing the impact sound generated when the cutter 330 impacts the surface of the sound-producing member 40, so as to improve the diffusion effect of the impact sound and further improve the prompt effect to doctors.
Preferably, the plurality of sound amplifying holes 342 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the cutter-back 340 to improve the diffusion uniformity of the impact sound.
The number of the sound amplifying holes 342 may be set according to the size of the sound amplifying holes 342, and in addition, the shape of the sound amplifying holes 342 may be circular, square, elliptical, triangular, irregular, etc., which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application, and the doctor can be obviously prompted by the impact sound.
The sounder 40 shown in fig. 4b is of planar construction. The sounder 40 shown in fig. 4c is of hollow construction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4c, 6b, 7a and 7b, the sounding member 40 is provided with a protrusion 410 with a hollow structure, the protrusion 410 faces the knife pad 340, the protrusion 410 is inserted into the second ring groove 341, and a second space is provided between the protrusion 410 and the bottom of the second ring groove 341.
The depth of the first ring groove 211 is limited, so that the protrusion 410 of the hollow structure of the sounding member 40 not only can increase the first space 4a, but also can improve the connection firmness of the sounding member 40 and the knife pad 340, thereby improving the structural stability of the anastomat. The increase of the first space 4a can cause the air located in the first space 4a to vibrate more, thereby improving the impact sound generated by the cutter 330 striking the surface of the sounder 40.
Of course, when the protrusion 410 is inserted into the second ring groove 341 to improve structural stability of the anastomat, a second space is formed between the protrusion 410 and the bottom of the second ring groove 341, so that the cutting knife 330 can generate a drop feeling after cutting the knife pad 340.
The shape of the protrusion 410 shown in fig. 4c is square, and the shape of the protrusion 410 may be arc-shaped, circular, etc., which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4c and 8, the sounding member 40 contacts the groove wall of the first groove 211 and forms a third groove 420 and a fourth groove 430 therewith, and the cutter-backing ring 340 simultaneously matches the third groove 420 and the fourth groove 430.
The protrusions 410 are located at the middle position of the clicker 40, and both side edges of the clicker 40 contact the groove walls of the first groove 211. The groove walls at both sides of the second groove 341 of the knife pad 340 are respectively inserted into the third groove 420 and the fourth groove 430, so as to improve the assembly stability of the first groove 211, the sounding member 40 and the knife pad 340, and further improve the structural stability of the anastomat.
The following details the operating steps of the stapler in particular, including the following steps:
In the first step, the position of the nail propping seat 20 relative to the shell 10 is adjusted by the adjusting piece 60, so that the position between the nail propping seat 20 and the cutting knife 330 or the nail bin 311 is in a triggerable position relationship, namely, the nail height distance is safely closed.
Fig. 4c shows a schematic view of the relationship between the staple holder 20 and the cutter 330 in a cocked position, i.e. in the axial direction of the housing 10, the foreskin a to be cut is located between the cutter 330 and the knife spacer 340.
In the second step, the firing handle 510 fires and drives the firing push block 520 to push the staple pushing body 322 to move towards the distal end along the axial direction of the casing 10, namely, the arrow s1 direction shown in fig. 4a, the cutter 330 connected to the staple pushing body 322 moves towards the knife-washer 340 and cuts the foreskin and the knife-washer 340, and the space between the knife-washer 340 and the sounding member 40 can enable a doctor to feel a drop feeling from touch sense so as to prompt the doctor to complete the cutting of the foreskin.
Fig. 9a shows a schematic view of the state after the cutter 330 cuts the shim ring 340.
Third, the cutter 330 continues to move toward the distal end along the axial direction of the housing 10 after cutting the cushion ring 340, and hits the surface of the striking member 40 to generate striking sound, thereby prompting the doctor to complete the prepuce cutting action.
A schematic of the structure of the cutter 330 striking the surface of the sounder 40 is shown in fig. 9 b.
It should be understood that the above examples are illustrative and are not intended to encompass all possible implementations encompassed by the claims. Various modifications and changes may be made in the above embodiments without departing from the scope of the disclosure. Likewise, the individual features of the above embodiments can also be combined arbitrarily to form further embodiments of the application which may not be explicitly described. Therefore, the above examples merely represent several embodiments of the present application and do not limit the scope of protection of the patent of the present application.
