The embodiment provides an anastomat assembly for minimally invasive surgery, as shown in fig. 7, comprising a reinforcement sheet assembly 1, a nail bin assembly 3 and a first reinforcement sheet support assembly 4 in the embodiment 1, and further comprising a nail propping seat 2, a nail bin support 9, a firing connecting rod 6, a firing rod assembly 7, a joint head assembly 8 and a cutting knife, wherein the nail bin assembly 3 is clamped with the nail bin support 9, a second convex edge 91 is fixedly connected on a group of opposite side walls of the nail bin support 9, the first reinforcement sheet support assembly 4 is clamped with the second convex edge 91 through a clamping block 44, a second locking block 46 arranged on the first reinforcement sheet support assembly 4 is clamped with the nail bin support 9, the nail propping seat 2 stretches into the inside of a fixing ring 14 and a fixing cap 15 of the reinforcement sheet assembly 1, a first locking block 45 of the first reinforcement sheet support assembly 4 is clamped with the nail propping seat 2, the nail propping seat 2 is hinged with the nail bin support 9, one end of the joint head assembly 8 is connected with the nail propping seat 2 and the nail bin bracket 9, the other end of the joint head assembly 8 is connected with the firing bar assembly 7, one end of the firing bar assembly 7 far away from the joint head assembly 8 is connected with the firing bar assembly 6, the firing bar assembly 6 is connected with a power component, a cutter is arranged in the firing bar assembly 7 and the joint head assembly 8 and can move along the length direction of the second cutting groove 36, the cutter can swing along with the second cutting groove 36, the cutter is also connected with one end of the slider 35 far away from the first inclined part and is used for pushing the slider 35 to move towards the direction close to the first inclined part so as to realize the stapling of the anastomat 33, and the driving slider 35 pushes the pressing block 38, after the cutter pushes the slider 35 to move to the pressing block 38, the clamping space is enlarged so that the fixing belt 16 leaves the clamping space, the cutter cuts the reinforcing sheet assembly 1 along the first cutting groove 17, the fixing ring 14 and the fixing cap 15 are cut off, the reinforcing sheet component 1 is nailed on the tissue of the patient, the cutting knife is communicated with the power component, and therefore the operation is achieved, and the firing connecting rod 6, the firing rod component 7, the joint head component 8 and the cutting knife are all structures in the existing anastomat, so that the specific structures are not repeated here. After the anastomat provided by the embodiment is transported to the hand of an operator, the operator can use the anastomat by taking down the first reinforcement sheet bracket component 4 after connecting the firing connecting rod 6 with the power component.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a group of opposite side walls of the nail propping seat 2 are integrally connected with the protective cover 21, the protective cover 21 is oppositely arranged, the protective cover 21 is positioned at the hinge joint of the nail propping seat 2 and the nail bin bracket 9, the upper wall of the nail propping seat 2 is provided with two abdicating grooves 22, the abdicating grooves 22 are arranged at the joint of the protective cover 21 and the nail propping seat 2, the space between the nail propping seat 2 and the nail bin 3 is an anastomotic space, and the abdicating grooves 22 are arranged close to the anastomotic space.
The fixing ring 14 and the fixing cap 15 are sleeved on the nail supporting seat 2, the fixing ring 14 penetrates through the abdicating groove 22 to extend into the protective cover 21, the upper reinforcing sheet 11 is in hooping connection with the nail supporting seat 2, the protective cover 21 can prevent the fixing ring 14 from contacting tissues in a body to generate friction, the position of the fixing ring 14 is prevented from moving, the fixing ring 14 can hoops the upper reinforcing sheet 11 on the nail supporting seat 2, the fixing cap 15 is sleeved on the nail supporting seat 2, the upper reinforcing sheet 11 is prevented from generating wrinkles and displacement or falling off, the downward protrusions 18 correspondingly extend into each nail bin hole 37, the fixing belt 16 extends into the clamping space, the pressing blocks 38 press the fixing belt 16, the fixing belt 16 is prevented from curling, the lower reinforcing sheet 12 is fixed on the nail bin assembly 3, then the first reinforcing sheet support assembly 4 extends between the upper reinforcing sheet 11 and the lower reinforcing sheet 12, the lower fixing sheet 42 is prevented from clamping the nail supporting seat 9 through the clamping blocks 44 and the second locking blocks 46, the upper fixing sheet 41 covers the upper reinforcing sheet 11, and the upper fixing sheet 41 is prevented from clamping the nail supporting seat 41 through the clamping blocks 45 and the first locking blocks 45 are in clamping connection with the nail supporting seat 2.
