Background
When a person falls down during riding, the subconscious reaction of the person is to support the person by hand, and the hand is often the most serious injury part. Hand injuries mainly include fractures of metacarpal bones, fractures of the radius, and simultaneous fractures of metacarpal bones and the radius. The fracture is usually treated with the aid of an external fixing bracket. However, the existing external fixing support cannot fix the fracture part in a targeted manner, so that the fixing effect is limited, the external fixing support is difficult to adapt to individual requirements of different patients, and meanwhile, the external fixing support for simultaneous fracture treatment of metacarpal bones and radius is less, so that the fracture treatment effect and the recovery speed of the patients are limited to a certain extent. In addition, the existing external fixing support has the defects of inflexible structure and inconvenient adjustment, so that the operation time is prolonged, and the pain of a patient is improved.
Therefore, there is a need to design a metacarpal, a radius, and an external fixation stent for metacarpal and radius to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at overcoming the defects of the prior art and provides a metacarpal and radius and an external fixation bracket for the metacarpal and radius.
The technical scheme is that the external fixing support for the metacarpal bones comprises a first support, a first clamping needle seat and a first pressurizing clamping needle seat, wherein the first clamping needle seat and the first pressurizing clamping needle seat can be movably arranged on the first support along the length direction of the first support, one end of the first support, which is far away from the first pressurizing clamping needle seat, is movably connected with a second clamping needle seat, and connecting slots are formed in the other end of the first support and two sides of the first support.
The middle part of the first bracket is provided with a first through groove, a first screw rod with the outer end extending out of the first bracket is rotationally connected in the first through groove, the outer end of the first screw rod is provided with an inner hexagonal groove, the first needle clamping seat and the first pressurizing needle clamping seat are both in locking sliding connection in the first through groove, the first screw rod sequentially penetrates through the first pressurizing needle clamping seat and the first needle clamping seat, and the first screw rod is in threaded connection with the first pressurizing needle clamping seat.
The end part of the first bracket is provided with a connecting part, and the second needle clamping seat is rotationally connected to the connecting part through a bolt.
The radius external fixation support comprises a second support and a third support, wherein the second support is connected with the third support through a universal adjusting mechanism, a third needle clamping seat and a second pressurizing needle clamping seat are movably arranged on the second support, two fourth needle clamping seats capable of moving along the length direction of the third support are arranged on the third support, and a universal connecting plug matched with a connecting slot is arranged at one end, far away from the connection end of the third support, of the third support.

The universal adjusting mechanism comprises a first connecting ball head and a second connecting ball head, wherein a first connecting column fixed with the second connecting ball head is arranged on the first connecting ball head, the first connecting ball head and the second connecting ball head are connected to the end parts of a second bracket and a third bracket through threaded clamping sleeves respectively, positioning holes for the end parts of the first connecting ball head and the end parts of the second connecting ball head to extend in are formed in the end parts of the second bracket and the third bracket respectively, a first concave ball pad and a second concave ball pad matched with the end parts of the first connecting ball head and the end parts of the second connecting ball head are respectively arranged in the two positioning holes, a first locking column for driving the first concave ball pad to lock the first connecting ball head through rotation is arranged at the end part of the second bracket, and a second locking column for driving the second concave ball pad to lock the second connecting ball head through rotation is arranged at the end part of the third bracket.
The universal connecting plug comprises a third connecting ball head, the third connecting ball head is connected with an inserting block matched with a connecting slot through a second connecting column, the third connecting ball head is connected to one end, far away from the connection of the third bracket, of the second bracket through a threaded clamping sleeve, a positioning hole for the end of the third connecting ball head to extend in is formed in one end, far away from the connection of the third bracket, a third concave ball pad matched with the end of the third connecting ball head is arranged in the positioning hole, and a third locking column for driving the third concave ball pad to lock the third connecting ball head through rotation is further arranged at one end, far away from the connection of the third bracket, of the third bracket.
The third needle clamping seat, the second pressurizing needle clamping seat and the two fourth needle clamping seats can be adjusted by 360 degrees along the circumferential direction.
The external fixing support for the metacarpus and the radius comprises an external fixing support for the metacarpus and a plurality of external fixing supports for the radius, wherein the external fixing supports for the radius are connected into connecting slots on the external fixing support for the metacarpus through universal connecting plugs on the external fixing support for the radius.
