Description

Water meter position calibration method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of meter reading positioning, in particular to a water meter position calibration method.
Background
Most of the existing water meter positioning methods use mobile phone to assist in positioning and navigation or manually search the position of the water meter according to the address of a user, and because mobile phone positioning information may drift, meter reading personnel can hardly find the accurate position of the water meter by using positioning or navigation. Especially, the remote rural roads are complicated, even if the positioning data of the water meter is accurate, the mobile phone navigation can only navigate to the peripheral position of the water meter, and the error can even reach more than 300 meters.
Therefore, how to help meter reading personnel find the position of the water meter and enable the meter reading personnel to walk less, and the method becomes a technical problem to be solved in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a water meter position calibration method, which is a method for determining the real-time position of a water meter by using scenery (including roads, houses and markers) pictures of longitude and latitude and sites, and the method is stored and used by a software platform, so that the meter reading efficiency of meter reading personnel is improved, and the purpose of preventing missing reading or failing to find the position of a specific water meter is achieved.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical scheme of the present invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
The water meter position calibration method comprises the following steps:
(1) Navigation positioning: using a mobile terminal to navigate to a corresponding area by a punctuation personnel, selecting a certain place in the corresponding area, marking the place as a fixed navigation point, and uploading the coordinate position of the fixed navigation point to a server;
(2) Obtaining picture information: a calibration person uses an unmanned plane to perform top view and image taking on the position of a fixed navigation point to obtain navigation point image information, marks the position information of the fixed navigation point, a navigation point reference object and a compass mark in the image, and transmits the navigation point image information to a server;
(3) Route planning: setting the position of the water meter as a target point, naming the target point, planning a navigation route in the uploaded navigation point picture, obtaining a path picture, and uploading the path picture to a server;
(4) Uploading target point information: the calibration personnel uses the mobile terminal to carry out head-up shooting on the target point and the surrounding environment to obtain relevant picture information of the target point and the surrounding environment, and uploads the picture information of the target point to the server;
(5) Target point information mark: editing the uploaded target point pictures, marking the positions of the water meters, simultaneously marking the positions of a plurality of peripheral target point references, and uploading the marked pictures to the server again;
(6) Position verification: the meter reading personnel uses the mobile terminal to navigate to a fixed navigation point according to the operation, and after the position of the mobile terminal is determined according to the navigation point reference object, the mobile terminal reaches the vicinity of the water meter position according to the planned navigation route, the target point reference object is verified, and the meter reading is performed after the specific position of the water meter is determined according to the target point reference object;
(7) Information change: if the navigation point reference object or the target point reference object is found to be missing or changed in the meter reading process of the meter reading personnel, the mobile terminal is utilized to re-shoot and mark a new reference object, and the new reference object is uploaded to the server.
Preferably, the corresponding area in the step (1) is a cell, a village or a certain limited area marked on the navigation map.
Preferably, the fixed navigation point in the step (1) is selected so that the location can be directly reached by using mobile phone navigation, and the location needs mobile phone signal stabilization and GPS position information signal stabilization without building shielding.
Preferably, the navigation point reference object in the step (2) selects a large-sized conspicuous object whose position is not easily moved, including a fixed building, a road or a plant with a large size.
Preferably, in the step (2), the modified satellite map is used to replace the unmanned aerial vehicle top view map for the no-fly zone, and the navigation points, paths and water meter positions are marked on the terrain map formed by the modified satellite map, so that the same effect as that of the unmanned aerial vehicle top view map is achieved.
Preferably, the step (3) of planning the navigation route is to plan the nearest path from the fixed navigation point to the target point in the picture in a line drawing manner.
Preferably, in the step (4), a plurality of or a single image is set according to the surrounding environment, when the surrounding environment is disordered and the obstacle is too many, a plurality of images are taken, the taking method is to take the image of the target point from far to near, the taken external environment is gradually reduced so as to locate the position of the target point, the surrounding environment is simple, and the obstacle is few, so that the taking sheet Zhang Neng displays the images of the target point and part of the environmental characteristics.
Preferably, 2-3 target point references are set in the step (5), and the target point references are fixed objects which are difficult to move or have clear marks.
Preferably, in the step (5), if the marker near the target point cannot be determined or is determined inaccurately, a clear marker needs to be manually set near the target point.
Preferably, the water meter position in the step (5) may directly describe the position relationship between the water meter position and the related reference object in language, and directly upload the description to the server.
The invention provides a water meter position calibration method, which has the advantages compared with the prior art that:
The method can achieve the purpose of long-term use of meter reading personnel by only calibrating the water meter position information once by the calibration personnel, the meter reading personnel can verify the position in each meter reading process, the changed reference object and related information are modified at the same time, the purpose of accurate positioning is achieved, and meanwhile, the fixed navigation point can effectively solve the problem that the destination cannot be accurately navigated due to positioning drift and complex roads; meanwhile, the unmanned aerial vehicle overlook image has the advantage of clear path in the area, meter reading personnel overlook the area image from top to bottom, and the target object is easier to find by combining electronic identifiers such as path identifiers, compasses, reference objects and the like; and meter reading personnel can conveniently navigate to a fixed navigation point according to mobile phone navigation, a target object picture obtained by utilizing a panning picture can rapidly distinguish the specific position of a meter reading user according to a reference object, and then the water meter position is accurately found by combining water meter position picture information, so that the meter reading purpose is achieved.
