Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a multipurpose type high-speed coating apparatus includes a frame 1, a roll coating device 2, a transporting device 3 and a cleaning device 4 are mounted on the frame 1, the roll coating device 2 is mounted above the transporting device 3, and the cleaning device 4 is mounted below the transporting device 3. The roll coating device 2 is used for carrying out roll coating processing on the metal plate to be processed; the conveying device 3 is used for conveying the metal plate to be processed into the roll coating device 2; the cleaning device 4 is used for cleaning the pollution on the transportation device 3.
In the actual roll coating processing process, an operator places a metal plate to be processed on the conveying device 3, the metal plate to be processed is moved into the roll coating device 2 by utilizing the conveying device 3, the roll coating device 2 carries out roll coating processing on the metal plate to be processed, and the processed metal plate is transferred out of the conveying device 3 through the conveying device 3 and then is transferred to the next step. In the process of processing the metal plate by the roll coating device 2, the paint in the roll coating device 2 possibly pollutes the conveying device 3, at this time, the cleaning device 4 below the conveying device 3 synchronously starts to work, the paint on the conveying device 3 is cleaned, the cleaning of the conveying device 3 is kept, and the pollution to the metal plate to be processed subsequently caused by the contaminated paint on the conveying device 3 is prevented, so that the quality of a finished product is unqualified.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, specifically, in this embodiment, the roll coating device 2 includes a first roll coating box 21 and a second roll coating box 22, an electro-optic roll roller 23, a roll coating roll roller 25, an oil supply pipe 27, and a coating scraper 28 are installed in the first roll coating box 21, the electro-optic roll roller 23 and the roll coating roll roller 25 are arranged side by side, the oil supply pipe 27 is installed above the space between the roll coating roll roller 25 and the electro-optic roll roller 23, and the coating scraper 28 is installed above the electro-optic roll roller 23 and near one side of the roll coating roll roller 25. The paint scraper 28 is used for scraping off excessive paint, so that only a proper amount of paint can be transferred to the roll-coating roller 25, the thickness of the paint on the roll-coating roller 25 is ensured to be uniform, and the roll-coating processing effect is ensured. A roll coating cover 29 is opened on the side of the top of the first roll coating box 21 close to the electro-optical roller 23 in an openable manner, and the roll coating cover 29 is used for detecting, maintaining and replacing the internal components of the first roll coating box 21 by an operator. The driving device is arranged on the left side of the first roll coating box body 21, the driving device comprises a roll coating motor 26 and an electro-optic motor 24, the roll coating motor 26 is used for driving the roll coating roller 25 to rotate, and the electro-optic motor 24 is used for driving the electro-optic roller 23 to rotate.
Similarly, two electro-optical rollers 23, a roll-coating roller 25, two oil supply pipes 27 and two coating scrapers 28 are installed in the second roll-coating box 22, the roll-coating roller 25 is installed between the two electro-optical rollers 23, the two oil supply pipes 27 are arranged side by side, the two oil supply pipes 27 are respectively installed above the roll-coating roller 25 and the two electro-optical rollers 23, and the two coating scrapers 28 are respectively installed above the two electro-optical rollers 23 and close to one side of the roll-coating roller 25. Correspondingly, the two sides of the top of the second roll coating roller 25 are respectively provided with a roll coating box cover 29 at positions close to the electro-optical roller 23. Two electro-optic motors 24 and one roll-coating motor 26 are mounted to the left side of the second roll-coating housing 22.
In the actual roll coating processing process, by arranging the first roll coating box body 21 and the second roll coating box body 22, the single roll coating box body can be prevented from being used for processing the metal plate thoroughly by utilizing the two sets of roll coating box bodies, and the two sets of roll coating box bodies can be used for processing the metal plate better, so that the roll coating on the metal plate is more sufficient. Simultaneously, by utilizing the two electro-optical rollers 23 in the second roll coating box body 22 to be matched with the roll coating rollers 25, the metal plate to be processed can be more fully processed by coating on the metal plate in the processing process of entering the second roll coating box body 22, and the coating processing effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, specifically, in the present embodiment, two box lifting devices 5 are installed on two sides of the frame 1 at intervals along the length direction thereof, and the two box lifting devices 5 are respectively located below the first roll coating box 21 and the second roll coating box 22. The box body lifting device 5 comprises a hand switch 51, two gear motors 52, a connecting roller 53, two groups of dovetail sliding seats 54 and two groups of dovetail sliding blocks 55, wherein each group of dovetail sliding seats 54 can be in sliding connection with each group of dovetail sliding blocks 55, so that up-and-down sliding action is realized; the two gear motors 52 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the frame 1, the connecting roller 53 is arranged between the two gear motors 52, the two dovetail groove sliding seats 54 are respectively arranged on two sides of the frame 1 in a vertical symmetrical state and are positioned above the gear motors 52, the top of each gear motor 52 is connected with the bottom of each dovetail groove sliding block 55, and two sides of each dovetail groove sliding block 55 are in sliding connection with the corresponding dovetail groove sliding seat 54; the hand switch 51 is mounted on a gear motor 52 located on the right side of the frame 1.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when the height distance between first roll-coating box 21 and second roll-coating box 22 and frame 1 need be adjusted, operating personnel is through swaing hand switch 51 clockwise, start gear motor 52, gear motor 52 drives dovetail slider 55 to slide to dovetail slide 54 top, the dovetail slider 55 of frame 1 both sides is through connecting roller 53 simultaneous action, upwards drives first roll-coating box 21 and second roll-coating box 22 and carries out the action of rising. Correspondingly, when the operator swings the hand switch 51 in the counterclockwise direction, the first and second roll-coating tanks 21 and 22 are lowered downward.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, specifically, in the present embodiment, the transporting device 3 includes a first transporting mechanism 31, a second transporting mechanism 32, a third transporting mechanism 33, a first steel wheel 34, and a second steel wheel 35, where the first transporting mechanism 31, the first steel wheel 34, the second transporting mechanism 32, the second steel wheel 35, and the third transporting mechanism 33 are all installed along the length direction of the frame 1, and the installation positions are on the same horizontal line, and are installed sequentially in this order; the first transport mechanism 31, the second transport mechanism 32, and the third transport mechanism 33 each include two driven transport rollers 37 and a transport belt 38; the driven conveying roller 37 at the rear side on the first conveying mechanism 31 is connected with the first steel wheel 34 through a chain, and a backing plate 36 is arranged between the driven conveying roller and the first steel wheel; the driven conveying roller 37 at the rear side on the second conveying mechanism 32 is connected with the second steel wheel 35 through a chain, and a backing plate 36 is arranged between the driven conveying roller and the second steel wheel; the driven conveying roller on the upper front side of the third conveying mechanism 33 is also connected with the second steel wheel 35 through a chain, a base plate 36 is also arranged between the driven conveying roller and the second steel wheel, the length of the base plate 36 is consistent with the width of a conveying belt 38, and the base plate 36 is used for preventing a metal sheet from falling into the frame 1 from the position between the first conveying mechanism 31 and the first steel wheel 34 or the position between the second conveying mechanism 32 and the second steel wheel 35 or the position between the third conveying mechanism 33 and the second steel wheel 35; the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35 are used for tightly propping the metal plate to be processed against the roll coating device 2 for roll coating processing. Two groups of recovery grooves 6 are arranged in the frame 1, and the two groups of recovery grooves 6 are respectively arranged below a driven conveying roller 37 at the rear side in the first conveying mechanism 31 and a driven conveying roller 37 at the rear side in the second conveying mechanism 32 along the width direction of the frame 1. The right side of each of the two groups of recovery tanks 6 extends out of the frame 1, and correspondingly, the recovery tank 7 is arranged on the right side of the frame 1, the recovery tank 6 is used for collecting paint, and the recovery tank 7 is used for storing the paint collected in the recovery tank 6 and heating the collected paint.
In the actual rolling process, the single conveying structure in the traditional conveying mechanism is changed into the three-section conveying structure, during the process, when the metal plate to be processed is conveyed to the first steel wheel 34 through the first conveying mechanism 31, the first steel wheel 34 carries out rolling processing on the metal plate and the rolling device 2, during the process, the paint in the rolling device 2 only pollutes the first steel wheel 34, and when the metal plate is conveyed from the first steel wheel 34, passes through the second conveying mechanism 32 and enters the second steel wheel 35 to carry out rolling processing, the paint in the rolling device 2 only does not disturb the second steel wheel 35, and after the processing is finished, the metal plate is conveyed to the next step from the third conveying mechanism 33. In the transportation processing process, the first transportation mechanism 31, the second transportation mechanism 32 and the third transportation mechanism 33 are not polluted by the paint on the roll coating device 2, so that the quality failure probability of finished products after processing is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, specifically, in the present embodiment, two steel wheel driving motors 39 are mounted on the left side of the frame 1, and the two steel wheel driving motors 39 are respectively located below the first roll coating box 21 and the second roll coating box 22. Two steel wheel driving motors 39 are used for driving the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35 to rotate respectively. In the actual rolling process, the steel wheel driving motor 39 is utilized to realize high-efficiency driving of the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35 and precisely control the rotation speeds of the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, specifically, in the present embodiment, the cleaning device 4 includes two cleaning tanks 41 and two cleaning blades 42, the two cleaning tanks 41 are respectively installed at the bottoms of the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35, the bottoms of the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35 can be immersed in the cleaning tanks 41, and the length and the width of the cleaning tanks 41 are larger than those of the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35; two cleaning blades 42 are respectively installed at the front sides of the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35; the cleaning tank 41 is filled with a cleaning solution for cleaning the paint; the cleaning blade 42 is used to scrape off excess cleaning solution on the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35.
In addition, the lifting assembly 43 is installed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 41, the lifting assembly 43 comprises a hand-operated lifting switch 431, a lifting rod 432 and a lifting seat 433, and the lifting rod 432 on the lifting seat 433 is driven to act by shaking the hand-operated lifting switch 431, so that the cleaning tank 41 can lift. The frame 1 is provided with a liquid inlet pipe 44, the liquid inlet pipe 44 is positioned above the cleaning tank 41, and the liquid inlet pipe 44 is used for pouring the cleaning solution into the cleaning tank 41 from the outside. Correspondingly, a drain pipe 45 is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank 41, and the drain pipe 45 is used for discharging the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank.
In the actual roll coating process, on the one hand, through all installing cleaning scraping knife 42 on one side of first steel wheel 34 and second steel wheel 35, when first steel wheel 34 and second steel wheel 35 are partly immersed in washing tank 41 and are washd, cleaning scraping knife 42 can hang the remaining cleaning solution on first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35, prevents that the cleaning solution from following first steel wheel 34 and second steel wheel 35 and rotating and then contacting with the metal sheet that waits to process, influences the effect that the follow-up metal sheet carries out the coating processing through roll coating device 2. On the other hand, by utilizing the liftable characteristic of the lifting component 43, the position of the cleaning tank 41 is lifted, when the contact part between the cleaning tank 41 and the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35 needs to be increased, the lifting component 43 can be lifted, the contact part between the cleaning tank 41 and the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35 is increased, the cleaning effect is improved, otherwise, when the cleaning tank 41 is not needed, the lifting component 43 can be lowered, and the cleaning tank 41 is far away from the first steel wheel 34 and the second steel wheel 35.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, specifically, in this embodiment, a control box 8 is installed on the front end of the top of the rack 1, the control box 8 is vertically disposed, and the control box 8 is used for controlling equipment to perform machining work; the left side of the frame 1 is provided with a protective cover plate which is used for protecting the internal structure of the frame. In the actual rolling coating process, the control box 8 is used for controlling the running of the equipment and adjusting various parameters, the working condition of the rolling coating device 2 is monitored, and when the equipment fails, the functions of shutdown protection, alarm and the like can be performed.
