When the airflow flows through the comb-shaped electrode, negatively charged dust powder is deposited on the comb-shaped electrode and the plate, positively charged dust is repelled by the comb-shaped electrode and cannot cross the comb-shaped electrode, and the smaller the distance between the comb-shaped electrodes is, the higher the voltage on the comb-shaped electrode is, and the better the effect of blocking the charged dust is. The charged comb electrode looks like a screen, allowing only gas and non-charged dust to pass through, and not allowing charged dust particles to pass through. After dust-containing gas is charged, sieved and filtered for a plurality of times, clean air is discharged from the air outlet.
The electric screening dust filter integrates the advantages of an electrostatic precipitator and a cloth bag dust collector, has small system wind resistance and high dust removal efficiency, and can particularly effectively filter out fine dust in gas.
The traditional electric dust remover only can adopt a direct-current high-voltage power supply, but can not adopt an alternating power supply, and the polar plates only can adsorb dust without the function of filtering the dust.

Example 1 electric screening dust Filter
As shown in FIG. 1, an air inlet 1 is arranged on the left side of a box body 2, an air outlet 8 is arranged on the right side of the box body, an air flow distribution plate 3 is arranged on the right side of the air inlet, a plurality of plates 4 are arranged in the box body, corona electrodes 5 are arranged on the left side of the plates, comb electrodes 7 are arranged on the right side of the plates, the plates and the comb electrodes are fixed on a reinforcing rib plate 6, one output end of a power supply 9 is connected with the corona electrodes through a current limiting resistor 10, the other output end of the power supply is grounded and connected with the box body, and the plates and the comb electrodes are connected with the box body.
In this embodiment, the power supply is a dc power supply. The negative pole of the power supply is connected with the corona electrode, and the positive pole of the power supply is connected with the plate electrode and the comb-shaped electrode.
When in use, the air outlet of the electric screening dust filter is connected with the induced draft fan, and the air inlet is connected with the flue. When the induced draft fan works, dust-containing gas enters the box body through the air inlet, and when the air flow passes through an electric field between the corona electrode and the plate electrode, dust in the air flow is charged with positive electricity or negative electricity, the positively charged dust and the negatively charged dust are mutually condensed, and the micro powder dust is changed into large dust. When the airflow passes through the comb-shaped electrode, negatively charged dust is deposited on the surface of the comb-shaped electrode, and positively charged dust is blocked by the comb-shaped electrode. The dust-containing gas is charged and filtered for a plurality of times, and clean air is discharged from the air outlet.
Example 2 conductive Filter cloth electric screening dust Filter
The electrically conductive filter cloth electric screening dust filter is shown in figure 2.
The basic structure of the electric screening dust filter with the conductive filter cloth is the same as that of fig. 1, and the comb electrode of the last stage is replaced by the conductive filter cloth 11 on the basis of the structure of the embodiment 1.
In the embodiment, the power supply adopts a direct current power supply, the negative electrode of the power supply is connected with the corona electrode, the positive electrode of the power supply is connected with the plate electrode, the comb-shaped electrode and the conductive filter cloth, and when dust-containing gas flows through an electric field between the corona electrode and the plate electrode, dust is positively or negatively charged.
Dust is filtered as the gas flows through the comb electrodes and the conductive filter cloth.
The electric screening dust filter of the conductive filter cloth has higher dust filtering efficiency.
