The invention relates to a container structure, in particular to a container stopper without threads.
Background
The existing container is generally sealed by a threaded cover body or a solid rubber plug, the threaded cover body can be opened and closed only by tedious rotation in the using process, the solid rubber plug can be opened only by other auxiliary tools, the time spent is relatively long, and the rubber plug easy to open is poor in tightness and limited in service life.
Therefore, the existing container cover body has good sealing performance, can not be opened or closed quickly, can be opened or closed quickly, and has poor heat preservation and leakage prevention effects.
In order to solve the above problems, chinese patent No. 104803085B discloses a container plug for quick opening and closing, which comprises a cylindrical plug body, an annular plug body and an elastic sealing sleeve, wherein the cylindrical plug body comprises a plug rod, the bottom of the plug rod is provided with a base which can be inserted into or pulled out of the container, the shape and the size of the base are matched with those of a straight section of the container opening or the smallest section of the container, the annular plug body is arranged above the base, a bendable elastic sealing sleeve is arranged between the annular plug body and the base, the annular plug body and the base can mutually move in the axial direction of the container under the action of external force to squeeze the elastic sealing sleeve, so that the elastic sealing sleeve radially expands outwards to form a sealing ring between the inner wall of the container and the outer contour of the base, and the outer contour size of the sealing ring is larger than the inner surface size of the straight section of the container opening or the inner surface size of the smallest section of the container, and the sealing ring and the base form a sealing layer for realizing quick closing of the container together. When the container is opened, the extrusion external force on the elastic sealing sleeve is relieved, the elastic sealing sleeve drives the annular plug body to move upwards relative to the base under the action of elasticity, and the elastic sealing sleeve is restored to a straightened state, so that the container is opened quickly.
The container plug in the technical scheme can realize quick opening or closing, but has some defects which cannot be overcome, when the container plug needs to close a container opening, the space between the columnar plug and the annular plug body can expand towards the inner wall of the container or towards the opposite direction after the elastic sealing sleeve is extruded, so that the effect of sealing the container opening can not be achieved by extrusion each time, and when the container plug needs to be quickly opened, the technical scheme relies on the self elasticity of the elastic sealing sleeve, but in reality, the self elasticity of the elastic sealing sleeve is insufficient to enable the annular plug body to rise, and the container plug can be realized by means of upward external force.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a container stopper cap without threads, which mainly solves the problems that an elastic sealing sleeve cannot expand directionally and the container stopper cannot be opened freely only by the elasticity of the elastic sealing sleeve when being opened in the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
The screw-free container plug cover comprises an outer cover body, an inner cover body and a sealing ring sleeved on the outer wall of the inner cover body, wherein the outer cover body is fixedly connected with the inner cover body, a first gap for accommodating the opening of a container is formed between the sealing ring and the outer cover body;
The driving assembly comprises a driving plate, a linkage piece and a base, wherein a sliding rod is arranged on the driving plate, a first flange is provided with a sliding rod hole for the sliding rod to pass through, the linkage piece comprises a linkage body which can be inserted into a cylinder body of the inner cover body and a second flange of which the top is outwards protruded;
the linkage body is internally provided with a limiting part, and the outer cover body is provided with a control part capable of locking or releasing the limiting part.
Two limiting pieces are arranged in the linkage body, each limiting piece comprises two limiting rods which are oppositely arranged, protruding limiting blocks are arranged at the upper ends of the two limiting rods in opposite positions, and a second gap is reserved between the two limiting blocks;
Two mounting holes are symmetrically formed in the outer wall of the outer cover body, the operating piece is arranged in the mounting hole and comprises a button and a first elastic reset piece, and the button comprises a pressing part, a releasing part and a locking part, wherein the pressing part is fixedly connected from outside to inside in sequence, the releasing part extends into the outer cover body, the width of the releasing part is smaller than that of the second gap, and the locking part is larger than that of the second gap.
The inner cover is internally provided with a fixing piece, and a second elastic resetting piece is arranged between the fixing piece and the bottom of the linkage body.
The base is provided with a clamping part, the bottom of the linkage body is provided with an upward concave part, and the inner wall of the concave part is provided with a clamping interface for receiving the clamping part.
The base and the same position of the bottom of the linkage body are respectively provided with a through hole, the base and the bottom of the linkage body are communicated to form an exhaust hole, an exhaust rod is further arranged, the exhaust rod comprises a rod body and a rod cap with the radius larger than that of the rod body and arranged at the upper end of the rod body, the upper end of the rod cap is propped against a fixing piece, the lower end of the rod body is arranged in the exhaust hole, a third elastic reset piece is sleeved outside the rod body, the upper end of the third elastic reset piece is propped against the lower end of the rod cap, and the lower end of the third elastic reset piece is propped against the bottom of the linkage body.
The sealing washer bottom sets up the bottom flange of inwards protruding, and bottom flange and base contact.
The driving plate is provided with at least two sliding rods, the first flange is provided with sliding rod holes with the same number as the sliding rods, the top of the sliding rods is provided with clamping hooks, and the second flange is provided with bayonets with fixed clamping hooks with the same number as the sliding rods.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings are for illustrative purposes only and are not to be construed as limiting the present patent.
For the sake of brevity in describing the present embodiment, some parts of the drawings or description that are well known to those skilled in the art but not relevant to the main content of the present invention will be omitted. In addition, some parts in the drawings may be omitted, enlarged or reduced for convenience of description, but do not represent the size or the whole structure of the actual product.
The invention discloses a screw-free container stopper, as shown in figure 1, which comprises an outer cover body 1, an inner cover body 2 and a sealing sleeve 3 sleeved on the outer wall of the inner cover body 2, wherein the outer cover body 1 is fixedly connected with the inner cover body 2, a first gap 81 for accommodating a container opening 8 is formed between the sealing sleeve 3 and the outer cover body 1, and the stopper is inserted into the container opening 8 through the first gap 81.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a driving assembly capable of moving up and down and extruding the sealing sleeve 3 to expand radially is arranged in the inner cover body 2, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the inner cover body 2 comprises a cylinder 21 and a first flange 22 with the top protruding outwards, the first flange 22 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the outer cover body 1, and the sealing sleeve 3 is sleeved on the outer wall of the cylinder 21.
As shown in FIG. 2, the driving assembly comprises a driving plate 41, a linkage piece and a base 44, wherein a sliding rod 411 is arranged on the driving plate 41, a sliding rod hole 23 for the sliding rod 411 to pass through is arranged on the first flange 22, the linkage piece comprises a linkage body 43 which can be inserted into a cylinder 21 of the inner cover body and a second flange 42 of which the top part protrudes outwards, the sliding rod 411 of the driving plate 41 passes through the sliding rod hole 23 from the lower surface of the first flange 22 and is fixedly connected with the second flange 42, so that the driving plate 41 moves upwards, namely the driving plate 41 moves upwards, and the driving plate 41 moves downwards, namely the driving plate 41 moves downwards.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driving plate 41 is provided with at least two sliding bars 411, the first flange 22 is provided with sliding bar holes 23 with the same number as the sliding bars 411, the top of the sliding bars 411 is provided with hooks 412, and the second flange 42 is provided with bayonets 421 with fixed hooks 412 with the same number as the sliding bars 411.
As shown in fig. 1, when the driving plate 41 is pushed upwards by the insertion of the container mouth 8, the driving plate drives the linkage element to move upwards, and the base 44 presses the bottom of the sealing sleeve 3 to expand the sealing sleeve 3 outwards radially to press the lower part of the container mouth 8, so that the plug cover cannot be pulled out. Preferably, the bottom of the sealing sleeve 3 is provided with an inwardly protruding bottom flange 31, the bottom flange 31 being in contact with the seat 44, which ensures an outward radial expansion of the bottom of the sealing sleeve 3 when pressed.
As shown in fig. 2, the base 44 is provided with a clamping portion 441, the bottom of the linkage body 43 is provided with an upward recess, and the inner wall of the recess is provided with a clamping interface 431 for receiving the clamping portion 441.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing member 61 is disposed in the inner cap body 2, and the second elastic restoring member 62 is disposed between the fixing member 61 and the bottom of the linkage body 43, so that it is ensured that the sealing sleeve 3 can be quickly and fully restored to the original state after the base 44 is released from the pressing of the sealing sleeve 3.
In order to enable a very good closure of the closure or extraction from the container, a stop is provided in the linkage 43, as shown in fig. 3, and the outer cover 1 is provided with a handling member 5 which can lock or release the stop.
As shown in fig. 2, two limiting members are disposed in the linkage body 43, each limiting member includes two limiting rods 45 disposed opposite to each other, protruding limiting blocks 46 are disposed at opposite positions of upper ends of the two limiting rods 45, and a second gap 47 is left between the two limiting blocks 46.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 3, two mounting holes 11 are symmetrically formed in the outer wall of the outer cover 1, the operating member 5 is disposed in the mounting hole 11, the operating member 5 includes a button and a first elastic restoring member 52, and the button includes a pressing portion 51 fixedly connected in sequence from the outside to the inside, a releasing portion 53 extending into the outer cover and having a width smaller than the second gap 47, and a locking portion 54 having a width larger than the second gap 47.
In the initial state of the operating member 5, the locking portion 54 is located above the stopper, and as shown in fig. 1, when the lid plug is inserted into and is about to close the container mouth 8, the container mouth 8 moves upward against the driving plate 41, the two opposite stoppers 46 move upward, are squeezed by the locking portion 54 at the second gap 47, and rest against the upper surface of the locking portion 54, so that the lid plug plugs the container mouth and maintains the closed state.
As shown in fig. 5, when the cap stopper is required to be pulled out to open the container mouth 8, the pressing portion 51 of the button of the operating member 5 is pressed inward, the locking portion 54 moves inward, the releasing portion 53 moves to the second gap 47, the stopper loses its dependence, the linkage member moves downward under the elastic force of the second elastic restoring member 62, the base 44 also moves downward, the pressing of the sealing sleeve 3 is released, the sealing sleeve 3 is restored to the initial state, the cap stopper is opened, and can be pulled out from the container mouth, and the first elastic restoring member 52 pushes the button to restore to the initial state.
The base 44 and the bottom of the linkage body 43 are both provided with through holes at the same positions, and the base and the bottom of the linkage body are communicated to form an exhaust hole, and an exhaust rod 7 is further provided, wherein the exhaust rod 7 comprises a rod body 72 and a rod cap 73, the radius of the rod cap 73 is larger than that of the rod body 72, the rod cap 73 is arranged at the upper end of the rod cap, the upper end of the rod cap 73 abuts against the fixing piece 61, the lower end of the rod body 72 is arranged in the exhaust hole, a third elastic reset piece 71 is sleeved outside the rod body 72, the upper end of the third elastic reset piece 71 abuts against the lower end of the rod cap 73, and the lower end of the third reset spring 71 abuts against the bottom of the linkage body 43.
The first elastic restoring member 52, the second elastic restoring member 62, and the third elastic restoring member 71 generally use restoring springs.
