However, the above-mentioned method requires the network of the object searching mechanism during reservation, and the service is checked and approved on site during service, and this series of operation flows makes the service not efficient.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide a business document auditing method, apparatus, computer device, storage medium, and computer program product that can improve business transaction efficiency.
In one aspect, the application provides a business document auditing method. The method comprises the following steps:
responsive to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, displaying an information entry page linked to by the document graphic code;

In some embodiments, the display module is further configured to display the no-authority prompt information if the authentication result indicates that the authentication is not passed.
In some embodiments, the presentation module is specifically configured to identify a resource locator in the document graphic code in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code; converting the resource locator into a calling path of the information entry page; and calling the information input page and displaying based on the calling path of the information input page.
In some embodiments, the scanning operation is triggered by the target application, the target application provides a running environment of the sub-application, and the display module is specifically configured to call the sub-application running in the running environment provided by the target application based on a call path of the information entry page; and displaying the information input page through the evoked sub-application.
In some embodiments, the output module is further configured to transmit a document to be inspected to the inspection server, where the document to be inspected is configured to instruct the inspection server to send the document to be inspected to an inspection node in a preconfigured organization, so as to prompt the inspection of the document to be inspected; after the auditing operation is triggered at the auditing node, the auditing state of the document to be audited, which is fed back by the auditing node and sent by the auditing server, is received.

In some embodiments, the information input page is provided by an audit template, the audit template further comprises an audit node, after the document graphic code configures the audit template for the configuration terminal, the audit template is sent to an audit server to obtain a template identifier, address information corresponding to the template identifier is sent to a graphic code generation server, and the address information is generated by the graphic code generation server.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The business document auditing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application environment shown in figure 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104 or may be located on the cloud or other servers. The terminal 102 responds to the scanning operation of the document graphic code, shows an information input page linked to by the document graphic code, and acquires the input information through the input operation of the information input page to obtain a document to be checked; in response to the completion of the entry for the information entry page, the terminal 102 outputs reservation prompt information, which characterizes the document to be audited, sent by the terminal 102 to the server 104, and transmitted to an audit node in the organization for audit by the server 104. In the case that the audit status of the pending documents characterizes the passing of the audit, the terminal 102 displays an audit graphic code for audit processing of the business documents passing of the audit.
The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices, and portable wearable devices, where the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart vehicle devices, and the like. The portable wearable device may be a smart watch, smart bracelet, headset, or the like. The server 104 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud computing services.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a business document auditing method is provided, and the method is applied to the terminal in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step 202, responsive to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, displaying an information entry page linked to by the document graphic code.
The document graphic code contains address information of an information input page, and the document graphic code can be in the form of any code capable of bearing the address information, such as a two-dimensional code, a bar code and the like, which is not limited by the embodiment of the application.
In some embodiments, a target application is installed on the terminal, the target object can log in the target application, then the document graphic code is scanned by using a scanning function of the target application, address information in the document graphic code is read by the target application in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, and a page corresponding to the address information is displayed based on the read address information, namely, an information entry page linked to by the document graphic code is displayed.
The target application responds to the triggering operation, a camera on the calling terminal collects images of the document graphic codes in the visual field of the camera, the camera can send the collected images to the target application, and the target application can determine that the scanning operation of the document graphic codes is triggered after receiving the images.
Specifically, the target application may read address information in the document graphic code, call a corresponding sub-application in the target application based on the address information, display an information entry page in the sub-application, or open a corresponding web page based on the address information, and display the information entry page in the web page. The embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the target object may directly open a camera application on the terminal, the camera application may invoke a camera on the terminal to collect an image of a document graphic code disposed in a field of view of the camera in response to the opening operation, the camera may send the collected image to a corresponding processing module on the terminal, and the processing module may determine that a scanning operation of the document graphic code is triggered after receiving the image. In response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, the processing module reads address information in the document graphic code, and based on the read address information, presents an information entry page linked to by the document graphic code.
In some embodiments, the business document auditing method may be applied in a pass document application scenario in which a document graphic code contains address information of an information entry page for applying a pass document, and in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, a terminal displays the information entry page for applying a pass document.
In some embodiments, the business document auditing method may be applied in a business reservation transaction scenario in which a document graphic code contains address information of an information entry page for reservation transaction, and in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, a terminal presents the information entry page for reservation transaction.
By way of example, fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a document graphic code in a business reservation handling scenario, and the document graphic code shown in fig. 3 is a two-dimensional code, which is only an example, and the document graphic code may be in other forms, and fig. 3 does not limit the embodiments of the present application. In some embodiments, the business document auditing method may be applied in a material claim scenario in which the document graphic code contains address information of an information entry page for applying for material acquisition, and the terminal displays the information entry page for applying for material acquisition in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code.
In some embodiments, the business document auditing method may be applied in an order scenario in which the document graphic code contains address information of an information entry page for ordering, and the terminal displays the information entry page for ordering in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code.
In some embodiments, the business document auditing method may be applied to a business place business trip registration scenario in which a document graphic code contains address information for applying for a business trip information entry page, and in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, the terminal displays the information entry page for applying for a business trip.

The information input page is provided with controls used for inputting related information, and a target object can input information through the controls, namely, input operation is executed. In some embodiments, in a business reservation transaction scenario, in response to a scanning operation of a document graphic code, the terminal presents an information entry page for reservation transaction. The target object can input at least one of requester information, service information to be reserved or service handling time through an information input page, the terminal can acquire the information input by the target object, and a document to be checked is generated based on the acquired information.
In some embodiments, in a material claim scenario, the terminal presents an information entry page for applying for the pickup of the material in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code. The target object can input at least one of requester information, material information to be picked up or picking up time through an information input page, the terminal can acquire the information input by the target object, and a document to be checked is generated based on the acquired information.
For example, the material in the material claim scene may be a meal, and the terminal displays an information entry page for ordering the meal in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code. The target object can input at least one of requester information, meal information to be scheduled or meal delivery time through an information input page, the terminal can acquire the information input by the target object, and a document to be checked is generated based on the acquired information.

The reservation prompt information characterizes that the pending receipt is transmitted to an auditing node in an organization to be audited, and for example, referring to fig. 5, the reservation prompt information can be displayed in a sub-application of a target application, and the reservation prompt information in fig. 5 is only an example, and can also be in the form of voice broadcasting, pattern displaying, lamplight flashing and other expression forms. In some embodiments, in response to completion of the entry operation for the information entry page, the terminal may send the to-be-inspected document to an audit server, the audit server may further send the to-be-inspected document to an audit node in the organization, an audit staff corresponding to the audit node may audit the to-be-inspected document through the audit node, and under a condition that the to-be-inspected document is determined to be correct, the audit state of the to-be-inspected document is set to be approved, and under a condition that the to-be-inspected document is determined to be incorrect, the audit state of the to-be-inspected document is set to be not approved. The auditing node can further feed the auditing state of the document to be audited back to the auditing server, and the auditing server further feeds the auditing state back to the terminal.
In some embodiments, in the case of an information entry page being presented in a sub-application of a target application, in response to an entry completion operation for the information entry page, an interaction with an audit server may be performed by the sub-application to obtain an audit state of the pending document.
It should be noted that: in response to the completion of the input operation for the information input page, the terminal can also directly send the to-be-inspected document to the auditing node in the organization, and the auditing node can also directly feed the auditing state of the to-be-inspected document back to the terminal without forwarding through an auditing server.

Under the condition that the auditing state of the to-be-audited bill characterizes and audits to pass, the verifying and verifying graphic codes are displayed, when the target object is reserved and completed to transact business to the destination, the verifying and verifying graphic codes can be displayed to site staff, the staff can directly verify and verify the business bill passing through the verifying and verifying graphic codes, the target object can transact related business without waiting for the next time on line, the tight connection of the whole flow from online reservation to offline transaction is realized, and under the condition of reservation compliance, the business transacting efficiency is greatly improved.

The terminal is provided with a target application, the target object can register an account number on the target application, and the account number and the set password are used for logging in the target application. The target object may open a scanning function on the target application, and in response to the opening, the target application may invoke the camera to collect an image of the document graphic code and send the image to the target application, which, upon receiving the image, determines that the target object triggered the scanning operation of the document graphic code.
The preset member range may include a staff list of a mechanism to be reserved by the target object, or a staff list configured based on actual situations. The embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, the terminal may acquire login information used when the target object is logged into the target application, which may include identity information of the target object. The terminal further generates an authentication request according to the login information, sends the authentication request to the authentication node, analyzes the authentication request after the authentication node receives the authentication request, obtains login information used when a target object logs in to the target application, and can be matched with each member in a preset member range according to the identity information of the target object, if the matching is successful, the target object is determined to be in the preset member range, and the authentication result is that the authentication passes under the condition. If the identity information of the target object and each member in the preset member range cannot be successfully matched, determining that the target object is not in the preset member range, wherein the authentication result is that the authentication fails. The authentication node further transmits the authentication result to the terminal.
In some embodiments, in the case that the authentication result received by the terminal characterizes that the authentication passes, the information entry page linked to by the document graphic code is displayed so that the target object can execute subsequent reservation operation.
In the above embodiment, in response to the scanning operation on the document graphic code, the terminal sends an authentication request to the authentication node, the authentication node authenticates the identity of the target object, and feeds back the authentication result to the terminal, and in the case that the authentication result indicates that the authentication is passed, the terminal displays the information entry page linked to by the document graphic code. By the method, the personnel with reservation rights are flexibly configurable, and the flexibility of reservation management is improved.
In some embodiments, the authentication request is specifically configured to instruct the authentication node to determine, based on the login information and the pre-configured template visible list, whether the target object belongs to the template visible list, so as to obtain an authentication result.
In some embodiments, a visible template list may be configured in the authentication node, after the authentication node receives the authentication request, the authentication request is parsed to obtain login information when the target object logs in to the target application, where the login information includes identity information of the target object, the authentication node may determine whether the target object is in the visible template list according to the identity information of the target object, if so, it is determined that the authentication is passed, and the corresponding authentication result is sent to the terminal. If not, determining that the authentication is not passed, and sending a corresponding authentication result to the terminal.
In some embodiments, the authentication node may determine, according to the enterprise identity of the target object, whether the target object is an employee of the institution to be reserved, if so, further determine, according to identity information of the target object, whether the target object is in the visible list of the template, if so, determine that authentication passes, and send a corresponding authentication result to the terminal. If any one of the two judgment results is negative, determining that the authentication is not passed, and sending the corresponding authentication result to the terminal.
In some embodiments, if the authentication result received by the terminal indicates that the authentication is not passed, displaying a no-authority prompt message to remind that the target object has no authority reservation.
In the above embodiment, the authentication node is configured with the template visible list, and the authentication node may determine the authentication result by determining whether the target object belongs to the template visible list, and feed back the authentication result to the terminal, where the terminal displays the information entry page linked to by the document graphic code if the authentication result indicates that the authentication passes. And as the personnel in the visible list of the template are flexibly configurable, the flexibility of reservation management is improved.
In some embodiments, in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, the step of exposing an information entry page linked to by the document graphic code includes: identifying a resource locator in the document graphic code in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code; converting the resource locator into a calling path of the information entry page; and calling the information input page and displaying based on the calling path of the information input page.
The document graphic code contains address information of an information entry page, and the address information can be a resource locator (Uniform Resource Locator, abbreviated as URL).
In some embodiments, the target object may log into the target application, then scan the document graphic code using the scanning functionality of the target application, and in response to a terminal scanning operation of the document graphic code, the target application identifies a resource locator in the document graphic code, then converts the resource locator into a evoked path for the information entry page, evokes the information entry page and presents based on the evoked path for the information entry page.
After the target application recognizes the resource locator, the resource locator can be converted into a webpage call path of the information input page, and then the information input page is called on the webpage and displayed based on the webpage call path.
In the above embodiment, when the address information in the document graphic code is a resource locator, after the terminal identifies the resource locator in the document graphic code, the resource locator is converted into a calling path of the information entry page; and calling the information input page and displaying based on the calling path of the information input page. The target object can fill reservation information in the information input page displayed by the terminal, the target object does not need to search the information input page, and the use experience of the target object is improved.
In some embodiments, the scanning operation is triggered by the target application providing a running environment of the sub-application, invoking the information entry page and presenting based on an invoking path of the information entry page, comprising: based on the evoked path of the information input page, evoked the sub-application running in the running environment provided by the target application; and displaying the information input page through the evoked sub-application.
The terminal is provided with a target application, after the target object logs in the target application, a scanning function can be opened on the target application, in response to the opening operation, the target application can acquire an image of the document graphic code through a camera on the terminal, and after acquiring the image of the document graphic code, the target object can be determined to trigger the scanning operation on the document graphic code through the target application.
The target application provides a running environment of the sub-application, and the target object can trigger the sub-application to be opened through a sub-application entry provided by the target application.
In some embodiments, the target object may log into the target application, then scan the document graphic code using the scanning functionality of the target application, in response to a terminal scanning operation of the document graphic code, the target application identifies a resource locator in the document graphic code, then converts the resource locator into a evoked path for the information entry page, evokes a sub-application running in the operating environment provided by the target application based on the evoked path for the information entry page, and presents the information entry page in the evoked sub-application.
In the above embodiment, based on the evoked path of the information entry page, the sub-application running in the running environment provided by the target application is evoked, and the information entry page is displayed through the evoked sub-application. The target object is not required to manually search the information input page, so that the use experience of the target object is improved.
In some embodiments, after outputting the reservation prompt information, the business document auditing method further includes:
transmitting the to-be-inspected bill to an inspection server, wherein the to-be-inspected bill is used for indicating the inspection server to transmit the to-be-inspected bill to an inspection node in a preconfigured organization so as to prompt the to-be-inspected bill to be inspected; after the auditing operation is triggered at the auditing node, the auditing state of the document to be audited, which is fed back by the auditing node and sent by the auditing server, is received.
In some embodiments, after acquiring the recorded information to obtain the document to be inspected through the recording operation of the information recording page, the terminal sends the document to be inspected to an auditing server, and after receiving the document to be inspected, the auditing server further sends the document to be inspected to an auditing node in a preconfigured organization, and the auditing node can display an auditing prompt to prompt an auditing person corresponding to the auditing node to audit the document to be inspected. The audit prompt may be a text prompt, a voice prompt, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
For example, referring to fig. 7, an auditor corresponding to an audit node may open the interface shown in fig. 7 to view a document to be audited. Referring to fig. 8, an auditor corresponding to the audit node may also open the interface shown in fig. 8, to search the historical application record with the time of submission, approval status, department, applicant, approval number, etc. as keywords.
In some embodiments, an auditor corresponding to the auditing node can audit the to-be-audited document through the auditing node, and under the condition that the to-be-audited document is determined to be correct, the auditing state of the to-be-audited document is set to be approved, and under the condition that the to-be-audited document is determined to be incorrect, the auditing state of the to-be-audited document is set to be not approved. The auditing node can further feed the auditing state of the document to be audited back to the auditing server. The auditing server further feeds the auditing state back to the terminal.
In the above embodiment, after the terminal obtains the document to be inspected, the document to be inspected is sent to the auditing server, after the auditing server receives the document to be inspected, the document to be inspected is further sent to the auditing node in the preconfigured organization, the auditing personnel corresponding to the auditing node conduct auditing on the document to be inspected, the auditing node triggers auditing operation, the auditing node feeds the auditing state of the document to be inspected back to the auditing server, and the auditing server further feeds the auditing state back to the terminal. The target object can check the reservation information filled in the information input page through corresponding auditors, and the auditing link can prevent the problem of disordered field order of service handling under the condition that anyone can handle corresponding service on site.
In some embodiments, the scanning operation is triggered by logging in a target object of the target application, and the to-be-inspected document is specifically used for indicating the inspection server to determine a superior team on which the target object is located in the organization according to the to-be-inspected document, and send the to-be-inspected document to an inspection node corresponding to the superior team.
The terminal is provided with a target application, the target object can log in the target application by using an account number and a password, the target object can open a scanning function on the target application, the target application acquires an image of a document graphic code in response to the opening operation, and after acquiring the image of the document graphic code, the target object is determined to trigger the scanning operation through the target application.
In some embodiments, in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code, the terminal presents an information entry page linked to by the document graphic code, the target object fills reservation information on the information entry page, and after the terminal collects the reservation information filled by the target object, the terminal generates a pending document based on the reservation information. And then the to-be-inspected bill is sent to an auditing server, after the auditing server receives the to-be-inspected bill, the to-be-inspected bill is analyzed, a superordinate team on which the target object in the organization is located is determined based on reservation information obtained through analysis, and the to-be-inspected bill is sent to an auditing node corresponding to the superordinate team.
In some embodiments, the reservation information filled in by the target object on the information entry page includes a superordinate team in the organization on which the target object is located. Or the reservation information filled in by the target object on the information input page comprises the object identification of the target object, and the auditing server determines the superordinate team of the target object in the organization based on the object identification of the target object and a pre-stored member organization architecture.
After the auditing node corresponding to the superordinate team of the target object receives the to-be-audited document, the auditing reminding message can be displayed, so that the superordinate team of the target object can timely acquire that a new to-be-audited document needs to be audited. Illustratively, the target object may be a student, and the superordinate team on which the target object is located may be a instructor team.
In the above embodiment, after receiving the document to be inspected, the auditing server determines, according to the document to be inspected, a superordinate team on which the target object in the organization is located, and sends the document to be inspected to an auditing node corresponding to the superordinate team for auditing. The reservation information of each object is checked by the superior team, so that the split check of the reservation information is realized, and the check efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the business document auditing method further comprises, prior to displaying the verification graphic code:
receiving an audit document identifier of the business document which passes the audit and is fed back by the audit server; transmitting the audit document identifier to a graphic code generation server, wherein the audit document identifier is used for indicating the graphic code generation server to generate verification graphic codes based on the audit document identifier; and receiving verification graphic codes fed back by the graphic code generation server.
The terminal sends the document to be inspected to an inspection server, the inspection server further sends the document to be inspected to an inspection node in a preconfigured organization, an inspection person corresponding to the inspection node inspects the document to be inspected, the inspection node can feed an inspection state finally determined by the inspection person back to the inspection server, the inspection server further feeds the inspection state back to the terminal, the terminal can send the business document passing inspection to the inspection server under the condition that the inspection state of the document to be inspected represents passing inspection, and the inspection server generates an inspection document identifier based on the received business document passing inspection.
In some embodiments, after generating the audit document identifier, the audit server may feed back the audit document identifier to the terminal, and after receiving the audit document identifier, the terminal sends the audit document identifier to the graphic code generation server, and the graphic code generation server generates a verification graphic code based on the audit document identifier and feeds back the verification graphic code to the terminal. The terminal may expose the verification graphic code in a sub-application of the target application.
The verification and verification graphic code comprises address information of verification and verification information pages, and the verification and verification information pages are used for displaying information such as service receipts, verification states of the service receipts and verification states of the service receipts. In some embodiments, the information entry page is provided by an audit template, the audit template further comprises an audit node, and after the document graphic code configures the audit template for the configuration terminal, the audit template is sent to an audit server to obtain a template identifier, the template identifier is sent to a graphic code generation server, and the graphic code generation server generates the document graphic code based on the audit identifier.
The terminal is provided with a target application, a manager can log in the target application by using a corresponding account number and a corresponding password, and the terminal after successful login can be used as a configuration terminal.
In some embodiments, the administrator has the right to configure the audit template, and therefore, the configuration terminal is provided with relevant pages for configuring the audit template. After the manager logs in the target application by using the corresponding account number and the password, relevant pages for configuring the audit template can be opened on the target application, and the audit template is configured through the pages.
The auditing template can comprise an information input page, and a manager can open a relevant page for configuring the information input page on a target application, and the information input page is configured on the relevant page. Specifically, the manager can configure the layout of the information input page, the reservation information that the object needs to fill in, and the like on the page. For example, referring to fig. 6, in a service reservation handling scenario, reservation information configured by a manager includes: name, cell phone, identification card number, appointment, etc. Referring to fig. 9, the manager may also set the name of the audit template, the icon of the audit template, the grouping of the audit template, etc. on the relevant page. It should be noted that: the configuration illustrated in fig. 9 is merely an example, and does not constitute a limitation of the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the audit template may include audit nodes, and the administrator may open a relevant page on the target application for configuring the audit nodes, on which page the audit nodes are configured. After the administrator configures the information input page and the auditing node, the template storage operation can be triggered, the configuration terminal responds to the template storage operation, the auditing template can be sent to the auditing server, after the auditing server receives the auditing template, the auditing server generates a template identification based on the auditing template and feeds back the template identification to the terminal, the terminal generates corresponding address information based on the template identification and sends the address information to the graphic code generation server, and after the graphic code generation server receives the address information, the document graphic code is generated based on the address information and fed back to the configuration terminal. For example, referring to fig. 10, the document graphic code received by the configuration terminal may be as shown in fig. 10, the page shown in fig. 10 may further include a save two-dimensional code button and a copy link button, and the manager may download and save the document graphic code through the save two-dimensional code button and copy address information in the two-dimensional code through the copy link button.
After receiving the document graphic code sent by the graphic code generating server, the configuration terminal can place the document graphic code at a service handling site, a official network of a service handling mechanism and the like, so that an object can reserve to handle the service by scanning the document graphic code.
In the above embodiment, the administrator may configure the audit template at the configuration terminal, where the audit template includes an information entry page and audit nodes, after the configuration is completed, the administrator may trigger the configuration completion operation, and in response to the operation, the terminal may send the audit template configured by the administrator to the audit server, where the audit server generates a template identifier based on the audit template and feeds back the template identifier to the terminal, the terminal generates corresponding address information based on the template identifier, and sends the address information to the graphic code generation server, where the image code generation server generates a document graphic code based on the received address information, and feeds back the document graphic code to the configuration terminal. The subject can reserve business by scanning the document graphic code. The mode of setting the auditing template configuration permission for the manager enables the corresponding manager to configure the corresponding auditing template according to specific requirements in different business scenes, thereby improving the flexibility of business transaction.
In some embodiments, the displayed verification graphic code is used for being scanned by a verification terminal to obtain the verification state, and the corresponding business document is checked to update the verification state under the condition that the verification state represents that verification is passed.
In some embodiments, after receiving the verification graphic code, the terminal may display the verification graphic code in a sub-application of the target application, where the verification graphic code includes information such as a business document, an audit state, a verification state of the business document, and the like, after the target object reaches the business transaction site, the verification graphic code may be displayed to a worker, the worker may scan the verification graphic code using the verification terminal, and in response to the scanning operation, the verification terminal identifies the verification state, the audit state, and the business document in the verification state, and in the case that the audit state characterizes the verification as passing, the verification terminal displays the business document, the worker may verify the information included in the business document, and in the case that the information is correct, update the verification state of the business document as verified.
In the above embodiment, the displayed verification and verification graphic code is used for being scanned by the verification and verification terminal to obtain the verification state, and the corresponding business document is checked to update the verification and verification state when the verification and verification state is verified. After receiving the graphic code for applying the pass certificate sent by the graphic code generating server, the configuration terminal can place the graphic code for applying the pass certificate at a pass gateway of a corresponding place, a target object logs in a target application on the terminal, then scans the graphic code for applying the pass certificate by using a scanning function of the target application, responds to the scanning operation of the terminal on the graphic code for applying the pass certificate, reads address information in the graphic code for applying the pass certificate, and displays an information input page linked to the graphic code for applying the pass certificate based on the read address information. The target object can input related information in the password application scene in the information input page, such as: at least one of requester information, a traffic area range, or a traffic time. In some embodiments, the document graphic code includes a graphic code for service reservation, the information of the pending document includes at least one of requester information, service information to be reserved, or service handling time, and after the pending document is approved and the verification is completed, the method further includes: and acquiring a service reservation certificate, and triggering corresponding service handling actions based on the service reservation certificate.

After receiving the graphic code for service reservation sent by the graphic code generation server, the configuration terminal can place the graphic code for service reservation in a official network of a mechanism handling the service and the like, a target object logs in a target application on the terminal, then scans the graphic code for service reservation by using a scanning function of the target application, responds to a scanning operation of the terminal on the graphic code for service reservation, reads address information in the graphic code for service reservation, and displays an information entry page linked to the graphic code for service reservation based on the read address information. The target object can enter relevant information in the business reservation handling scene in the information entry page, such as: at least one of requester information, service information to be reserved, or service handling time. In some embodiments, the document graphic code includes a graphic code for service reservation, the information of the pending document includes at least one of requester information, service information to be reserved, or service handling time, and after the pending document is approved and the verification is completed, the method further includes: and acquiring a service reservation certificate, and triggering corresponding service handling actions based on the service reservation certificate.

After receiving the graphic code for the business reservation material application sent by the graphic code generation server, the configuration terminal can place the graphic code for the business reservation material application on a official network of a material storage mechanism and the like, the target object logs in a target application on the terminal, then uses the scanning function of the target application to scan the graphic code for the business reservation material application, responds to the scanning operation of the terminal on the graphic code for the business reservation material application, reads address information in the graphic code for the business reservation material application, and displays an information input page linked to by the graphic code for the business reservation material application based on the read address information. The code scanning mode does not need to manually search the information input page by the target object, and improves the use experience of the target object.
In some embodiments, a business document auditing method is provided, including:
identifying a resource locator in the document graphic code in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code; converting the resource locator into a calling path of the information entry page; in the case where the scanning operation is triggered by the target application and the target application provides the running environment of the sub-application, the sub-application running in the running environment provided by the target application is evoked based on the evoked path of the information entry page. The information input page is provided by an audit template, the audit template further comprises audit nodes, after the document graphic code configures the audit template for the configuration terminal, the audit template is sent to an audit server to obtain a template identifier, address information corresponding to the template identifier is sent to a graphic code generation server, and the address information is generated and obtained through the graphic code generation server based on the address information.
Acquiring login information of a target object, and generating an authentication request according to the login information; and sending an authentication request to the authentication node, wherein the authentication request is specifically used for indicating the authentication node to determine whether the target object belongs to the template visible list based on the login information and the pre-configured template visible list so as to obtain an authentication result. And receiving an authentication result fed back by the authentication node.
And displaying the non-authority prompt information under the condition that the authentication result indicates that the authentication is not passed.
And under the condition that the authentication result represents that the authentication passes, displaying the information input page through the evoked sub-application.
And acquiring the input information through the input operation of the information input page to obtain the document to be checked.
Transmitting a to-be-inspected bill to an auditing server in response to the completion of the input operation for the information input page, wherein the to-be-inspected bill is used for indicating the auditing server to determine a superior team on which a target object in an organization is located according to the to-be-inspected bill, and transmitting the to-be-inspected bill to an auditing node corresponding to the superior team so as to prompt the to-be-inspected bill to be audited; after the auditing operation is triggered at the auditing node, the auditing state of the document to be audited, which is fed back by the auditing node and sent by the auditing server, is received. And outputting reservation prompt information, wherein the reservation prompt information characterizes the document to be audited to an auditing node in the organization to be audited.
Receiving an audit document identifier of the business document which is fed back by the audit server and passes the audit under the condition that the audit state of the document to be audited represents that the audit is passed; transmitting the audit document identifier to a graphic code generation server, wherein the audit document identifier is used for indicating the graphic code generation server to generate verification graphic codes based on the audit document identifier; and receiving verification graphic codes fed back by the graphic code generation server. Displaying the verification and verification graphic code, wherein the displayed verification and verification graphic code is used for being scanned by a verification and verification terminal to obtain the verification state, and checking the corresponding business document to update the verification and verification state under the condition that the verification and verification state representation is passed.
According to the business document auditing method provided by the embodiment of the application, the information input page linked to the document graphic code is displayed in response to the scanning operation of the document graphic code, the code scanning mode is more convenient and efficient, a target object is not required to search the information input page, the operation is convenient, and the use experience and reservation operation efficiency of the target object are improved. The input operation of the information input page is adopted to acquire the input information to obtain the to-be-inspected document, and after the input is completed, the to-be-inspected document is transmitted to an inspection node in an organization for inspection, so that the whole process of reservation and inspection is completed, the inspection process is more standardized, the inspection process is also transferred to online, the target object is prevented from queuing and waiting online, and the inspection efficiency is improved. Under the condition that the auditing state of the to-be-audited bill characterizes and audits to pass, the verifying and verifying graphic codes are displayed, when the target object is reserved and completed to transact business to the destination, the verifying and verifying graphic codes can be displayed to site staff, the staff can directly verify and verify the business bill passing through the verifying and verifying graphic codes, the target object can transact related business without waiting for the next time on line, the tight connection of the whole flow from online reservation to offline transaction is realized, and under the condition of reservation compliance, the business transacting efficiency is greatly improved.
In some possible scenarios, the graphic code is a two-dimensional code, and referring to fig. 11, an administrator may create or edit an audit template at a management end, which may also be referred to herein as a configuration terminal. The management end can send an audit template configured by an administrator to the audit server, the audit server can generate a template identifier based on the received audit template and feed back the template identifier to the management end, the management end generates corresponding address information based on the template identifier and sends the address information to the graphic code generation server, the graphic code generation server generates a bill two-dimensional code based on the received address information and feeds back the bill two-dimensional code to the management end, and the administrator can preview or download the bill two-dimensional code at the management end.
In some possible scenarios, the sub-application is an approval applet, referring to fig. 12, the target object may use a client to scan a document two-dimensional code, where the client may be the target application, the client identifies a resource locator url in the document two-dimensional code, and converts the identified resource locator url into a call path of the approval applet, calls the approval applet based on the call path, and the approval applet may obtain login information when the target object logs in to the target application, generates an authentication request based on the login information, and sends the authentication request to an authentication node, and after receiving the authentication request, performs enterprise identity authentication and template visible authentication on the target object, and feeds back the authentication result to the approval applet, and the approval applet detects authority of the target object based on the authentication result, and if the detection result is that the target object has no authority to fill in reservation information, the non-authority prompt information is displayed. If the detection result is that the target object has permission to fill reservation information, an information entry page is displayed in an approval applet, the target object fills reservation information in the information entry page, after the approval applet collects reservation information filled in by the target object, a to-be-approved bill is generated based on the reservation information, the to-be-approved bill is sent to an auditing server, the auditing server sends the to-be-approved bill to an auditing node based on an auditing node configured in advance in an auditing template by an administrator, the auditing personnel corresponding to the auditing node audits the to-be-approved bill and updates the auditing state of the to-be-approved bill, the auditing node feeds the auditing state back to the auditing server, the auditing server further feeds the auditing state back to the approval applet, and the auditing applet generates a verification two-dimensional code associated with the approved business bill.
And after the target object reaches the service handling site, the target object displays the verification two-dimensional code to a worker, the worker scans the verification two-dimensional code by using a verification terminal, the verification terminal identifies the verification state contained in the verification two-dimensional code, judges whether the verification state is verified, displays a verification prompt if the verification state is verified, further judges whether the verification state contained in the verification two-dimensional code is passed if the verification state is not verified, displays a summary of the verified service document if the verification state is passed, and verifies the summary of the service document if the summary is not wrong, and updates the verification state of the service document to be verified to allow the target object to enter the site to handle the service. And if the auditing state is failed, displaying an auditing failed prompt.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a service bill auditing device for realizing the related service bill auditing method. The implementation scheme of the solution to the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme described in the above method, so the specific limitation in the embodiment of one or more business document auditing devices provided below can be referred to the limitation of the business document auditing method in the above description, and will not be repeated here.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, there is provided a business document auditing apparatus, including:
a display module 1401 for displaying an information entry page linked to by the document graphic code in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code; the acquisition module 1402 is used for acquiring the input information to obtain a document to be checked through the input operation of the information input page; the output module 1403 is used for responding to the input completion operation for the information input page and outputting reservation prompt information, wherein the reservation prompt information characterizes the to-be-inspected bill to be inspected at an inspection node in the organization; the display module 1401 is further configured to display a verification and verification graphic code when the verification state of the document to be verified indicates that the verification is passed, where the verification and verification graphic code is used to verify and verify the business document that is passed.
In some embodiments, the scan operation is triggered by the target object logging into the target application, and the presentation module 1401 is further configured to: acquiring login information of a target object, and generating an authentication request according to the login information; sending an authentication request to an authentication node, wherein the authentication request is used for indicating the authentication node to determine whether a target object is in a preset member range or not based on login information, so as to obtain an authentication result; receiving an authentication result fed back by the authentication node; and under the condition that the authentication result represents that the authentication passes, displaying an information input page linked to by the document graphic code.
In some embodiments, the authentication request is specifically configured to instruct the authentication node to determine, based on the login information and the pre-configured template visible list, whether the target object belongs to the template visible list, so as to obtain an authentication result.
In some embodiments, the presentation module 1401 is further configured to present the no-authority hint information if the authentication result indicates that the authentication fails.
In some embodiments, the presentation module 1401 is specifically configured to identify a resource locator in a document graphic code in response to a scanning operation of the document graphic code; converting the resource locator into a calling path of the information entry page; and calling the information input page and displaying based on the calling path of the information input page.
In some embodiments, the scanning operation is triggered by the target application, the target application provides the running environment of the sub-application, and the display module 1401 is specifically configured to call the sub-application running in the running environment provided by the target application based on the call path of the information entry page; and displaying the information input page through the evoked sub-application.
In some embodiments, the output module 1403 is further configured to transmit a document to be inspected to the inspection server, where the document to be inspected is configured to instruct the inspection server to send the document to be inspected to an inspection node in a preconfigured organization, so as to prompt the inspection of the document to be inspected; after the auditing operation is triggered at the auditing node, the auditing state of the document to be audited, which is fed back by the auditing node and sent by the auditing server, is received.
In some embodiments, the scanning operation is triggered by logging in a target object of the target application, and the to-be-inspected document is specifically used for indicating the inspection server to determine a superior team on which the target object is located in the organization according to the to-be-inspected document, and send the to-be-inspected document to an inspection node corresponding to the superior team.
In some embodiments, the display module 1401 is further configured to receive an audit document identifier of the business document that is fed back by the audit server and passes the audit; transmitting the audit document identifier to a graphic code generation server, wherein the audit document identifier is used for indicating the graphic code generation server to generate verification graphic codes based on the audit document identifier; and receiving verification graphic codes fed back by the graphic code generation server.
In some embodiments, the information input page is provided by an audit template, the audit template further comprises an audit node, after the document graphic code configures the audit template for the configuration terminal, the audit template is sent to an audit server to obtain a template identifier, address information corresponding to the template identifier is sent to a graphic code generation server, and the address information is generated by the graphic code generation server.
In some embodiments, the displayed verification graphic code is used for being scanned by a verification terminal to obtain the verification state, and the corresponding business document is checked to update the verification state under the condition that the verification state represents that verification is passed.
In some embodiments, the document graphic code includes a graphic code for applying for a pass credential, the information of the pending document includes at least one of requester information, a pass area range, or a pass time, and after the pending document is approved and verified, the display module 1401 is further configured to obtain the pass credential and trigger a corresponding pass action based on the pass credential.
In some embodiments, the document graphic code includes a graphic code for service reservation, the information of the pending document includes at least one of requester information, service information to be reserved, or service handling time, and after the pending document is approved and approved, the display module 1401 is further configured to obtain a service reservation credential and trigger a corresponding service handling action based on the service reservation credential.
In some embodiments, the document graphic code includes a graphic code for business reservation material claims, the information of the pending document includes at least one of requester information, material information to be retrieved, or retrieval time, and after the pending document is approved and verified, the display module 1401 is further configured to obtain material claims credentials and trigger corresponding material retrieval actions based on the material claims.
All or part of the modules in the business document auditing device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and an internal structure diagram thereof may be as shown in fig. 15. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input means. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program when executed by a processor implements a business document auditing method. The display unit of the computer equipment is used for forming a visual picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device, wherein the display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on a shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 15 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements are applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an embodiment, there is also provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method embodiments described above.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.
It should be noted that, the object information (including, but not limited to, the information of the requesting party, the scope of the passing area, the passing time, the information of the reserved service, the service handling time, the information of the material to be taken, the taking time) and the data (including, but not limited to, the data for analysis, the stored data, the displayed data, etc.) related to the present application are all information and data authorized by the user or fully authorized by each party, and the collection, the use and the processing of the related data need to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related country and region.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
