An intelligent anti-damage fitness device comprises a bottom plate (1) and a first mounting plate (2); a first mounting plate (2) is fixedly connected to the bottom plate (1); the foot-rest device is characterized by further comprising a sliding frame (3), a straight sliding block (4), a first straight spring telescopic rod (5), a second mounting plate (6), a first damping telescopic plate (7), a holding rod (8), a second damping telescopic plate (9), a backup plate (10), a first elastic band (11) and a foot fixing unit; two sliding frames (3) are symmetrically arranged in front and back, and two sliding frames are fixedly connected between the bottom plate (1) and the first mounting plate (2); a straight sliding block (4) is respectively and slidably connected with the two sliding frames (3); the upper part and the lower part of each sliding frame (3) are respectively fixedly connected with a first straight spring telescopic rod (5); the upper side and the lower side of each straight sliding block (4) are respectively contacted with the telescopic end of a first straight spring telescopic rod (5); the opposite sides of the two straight sliding blocks (4) are fixedly connected with a second mounting plate (6) respectively; a first damping expansion plate (7) is fixedly connected to the two second mounting plates (6) respectively; the telescopic ends of the two first damping telescopic plates (7) are fixedly connected with a holding rod (8) respectively; the two second mounting plates (6) are fixedly connected with a second damping expansion plate (9) together; the telescopic end of the second damping telescopic plate (9) is fixedly connected with a backup plate (10); a plurality of first elastic bands (11) are arranged on the backup plate (10); two foot fixing units are connected to the bottom plate (1) in a sliding mode and are symmetrically arranged in the front-back mode, and the foot fixing units are used for fixing feet of a user.

The intelligent anti-injury exercise machine according to claim 1, wherein the foot fixing unit comprises a third damping expansion plate (12), a first electromagnet (13), a first magnetic plate (14), a pedal (15), a second elastic band (16) and a second straight spring expansion rod (17); a third damping expansion plate (12) is connected on the bottom plate (1) in a sliding way; the telescopic end of the third damping telescopic plate (12) is connected with two first electromagnets (13) through two torsion spring rotating shafts; the two first electromagnets (13) are jointly contacted with a first magnetic plate (14); the pedal (15) is fixedly connected to the upper side of the first magnetic plate (14); a plurality of second elastic bands (16) are arranged on the pedal (15); the front part and the rear part of the bottom plate (1) are respectively fixedly connected with two second straight spring telescopic rods (17).

The intelligent anti-injury exercise machine of claim 6 further comprising a knee compression unit; the left part of the upper part of the bottom plate (1) is connected with two knee pressing units which are arranged in a front-back symmetrical way; the knee pressing unit comprises a first mounting frame (61), a power assembly, a fourth damping expansion plate (64), a second mounting frame (65), a motor (66), a third mounting frame (67), a second air cylinder (68), a fourth mounting frame (69), a first air bag (610), a fifth mounting frame (611), a sixth mounting plate (612) and a second air bag (613); the left part of the upper side of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected with a first mounting frame (61); the first mounting frame (61) is connected with a power assembly; the power assembly is connected with a fourth damping expansion plate (64), and is used for driving the fourth damping expansion plate (64) to move left and right; a second mounting frame (65) is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the fourth damping telescopic plate (64); a motor (66) is fixedly connected to the second mounting frame (65); a third mounting frame (67) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor (66); a second cylinder (68) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the third mounting frame (67); a fourth mounting frame (69) is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the second air cylinder (68); the fourth mounting frame (69) is connected with two first air bags (610) through a torsion spring rotating shaft, and the two first air bags (610) are symmetrically arranged left and right; a fifth mounting frame (611) is fixedly connected to the fourth mounting frame (69); the fifth mounting frame (611) is connected with a sixth mounting plate (612) through a rotating shaft; a second air bag (613) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the sixth mounting plate (612).
