The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a lifting, folding and transporting wheelchair.
Background
The wheelchair is a chair with wheels, can help to replace walking, and is an important moving tool for the home rehabilitation, turnover transportation, treatment and outgoing activities of wounded persons, patients and disabled persons. The wheelchair not only can meet the riding instead of walking requirements of disabled limbs and people with inconvenient actions, but also can facilitate the movement of family members and the care of patients, and is convenient for the patients to exercise and participate in social activities by means of the wheelchair.
In the prior art, as disclosed in patent document CN209270115U, a folding wheelchair for a patient for easy medical care is disclosed, and includes: the device comprises a backrest, a supporting frame, a bracket, a folding frame, a handle, travelling wheels, an underframe, auxiliary wheels, armrests, foot supports, a screw rod and universal wheels; the top end of the left side of the bracket is provided with an armrest, and the armrest is connected with the bracket in a welding mode; the middle position of the bracket is provided with a backrest, and the backrest is connected with the bracket through movable connection; the outer wall of the right end of the bracket is provided with a supporting frame, and two ends of the supporting frame are respectively connected with the middle positions of the bracket and the outer wall of the backrest through movable connection; the left end of the bracket is provided with a foot rest, and the upper part of the foot rest is connected with the bracket through a bolt; but in the practical application process, because the volume of this wheelchair occupies great, consequently when using in medical ward, inconvenient accomodate, and then lead to the department space narrow and small, and its handrail is fixed on the bracket in this structure for when patient moves to the sick bed from the wheelchair parallel, its handrail can form the hindrance, is inconvenient for remove.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the wheelchair in the structure is inconvenient to store, and the armrests are fixed on the bracket, so that the armrests form a barrier when a patient moves from the wheelchair to a sickbed in parallel, and the wheelchair is inconvenient for people to transport and move.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the lifting, folding and transferring wheelchair comprises a wheelchair panel and a bottom frame arranged at the bottom of the wheelchair panel, wherein first travelling wheels are rotatably connected to two sides of the bottom frame, and second travelling wheels are rotatably connected to front ends of two sides of the bottom frame;
the middle of the underframe is rotationally connected with a screw rod, a thread is arranged on the screw rod, a moving block is sleeved on the screw rod, the moving block is in threaded fit with the thread on the screw rod, a push rod is rotationally connected to the moving block, the bottom of the wheelchair panel is fixedly connected with a U-shaped bracket, the upper end of the push rod is rotationally connected with the U-shaped bracket, and the screw rod rotationally drives the moving block to move so as to drive the wheelchair panel to move up and down; the wheelchair comprises a wheelchair panel, wherein two sides of the wheelchair panel are rotatably connected with armrests, one end of the wheelchair panel is rotatably connected with a backrest, and the armrests and the backrest are detachably connected with each other. The moving block is driven to move through the rotation of the screw rod so as to drive the wheelchair panel to move up and down, so that the height of the wheelchair panel can be adjusted, a patient sits on the wheelchair panel in the practical application process, and medical staff can adjust the wheelchair to a proper height based on the posture of the patient, so that the height of the wheelchair panel is suitable for the patient.
Further, a limiting mechanism is arranged between the wheelchair panel and the underframe, so that the wheelchair panel is guided in the lifting process of the wheelchair panel; the limiting mechanism comprises a first sliding rail arranged on the underframe and a second sliding rail arranged at the bottom of the wheelchair panel, the limiting mechanism further comprises two groups of limiting rods arranged between the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail, one end of each limiting rod is rotatably connected with a first roller arranged between the first sliding rails in a rolling mode, the other end of each limiting rod is rotatably connected with a second roller arranged between the second sliding rails, and the two groups of limiting rods are arranged in a staggered mode in a crossed mode.
Further, the limiting mechanisms are provided with two groups, and the two groups of limiting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the screw rod.
Further, the screw thread on the screw rod is provided with 2 sections, and 2 sections screw threads revolve to opposite directions, the movable block is provided with 2 and cooperates with 2 sections screw threads on the screw rod respectively, and the push rods that rotate on 2 movable blocks and connect are mutual symmetrical arrangement.

Further, the locking hole has been seted up to the tip of handrail, the both sides rotation of back is connected with the connecting rod, the sliding tray has been seted up to the one end that is close to the handrail of connecting rod, be equipped with in the sliding tray along the gliding locking pin of sliding tray, the handrail stretches out from the sliding tray and alternates in the locking hole when vertical state and locks the handrail.
Further, a compression spring is arranged in the sliding groove, one end, far away from the locking hole, of the locking pin is provided with a groove, one end of the compression spring is positioned in the groove and is abutted against the side wall of the groove of the locking pin, and the other end of the compression spring is abutted against the inner wall of the sliding groove; a long strip groove communicated with the sliding groove is formed in the bottom of the connecting rod, and the length direction of the long strip groove is arranged along the axial direction of the connecting rod; the locking pin is fixedly connected with a stirring block, and the stirring block penetrates through the long strip groove and extends to the outside of the connecting rod.
Further, a limit groove is formed in the side wall of one end, close to the locking hole, of the strip groove, a torsion spring is arranged in the sliding groove, one end of the torsion spring is clamped in the guide groove on the inner wall of the sliding groove and axially moves along the guide groove, the other end of the torsion spring is fixed on the locking pin, and the torsion spring enables the connecting rod to be kept to be clamped into the limit groove through torsion of the torsion spring in a natural state.

Further, the back of the backrest is fixedly connected or detachably connected with a handle, and the handle is used for pushing the wheelchair by hand; the second travelling wheel adopts a universal wheel.
The lifting folding transport wheelchair provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the wheelchair, the moving block is driven to move through rotation of the screw rod so as to drive the wheelchair panel to move up and down, so that the height of the wheelchair panel can be adjusted, a patient sits on the wheelchair panel in the actual application process, and medical staff can adjust the wheelchair to a proper height based on the posture of the patient, so that the height of the wheelchair panel is suitable for the patient; when the patient is transferred to the sickbed, the wheelchair panel can be adjusted to be consistent with the height of the sickbed, and then the patient can be conveniently translated to the sickbed; meanwhile, when the wheelchair is not used, the wheelchair panel is driven to move to the limit position towards the direction of the underframe, and the armrests and the backrest are folded to be above the wheelchair panel, so that the volume of the wheelchair is minimized, and the volume of the wheelchair is reduced so as to be convenient for storage and transportation.

It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, all directional indicators (such as up-down-left-right-front-rear … …) are merely used to explain the relative positional relationship between the components, motion, etc. in a specific posture (as shown in the drawings), if the specific posture is changed, the directional indicators correspondingly change, and the connection may be a direct connection or an indirect connection.
As shown in fig. 1-10, a lifting, folding and transferring wheelchair comprises awheelchair panel 1 and abottom frame 2 arranged at the bottom of thewheelchair panel 1, wherein two sides of thebottom frame 2 are rotatably connected with first travellingwheels 21, and two front ends of the two sides of thebottom frame 2 are rotatably connected with second travellingwheels 22; the middle of theunderframe 2 is rotationally connected with ascrew rod 3, threads are arranged on thescrew rod 3, a moving block 4 is sleeved on thescrew rod 3, the moving block 4 is in threaded fit with the threads on thescrew rod 3, apush rod 41 is rotationally connected onto the moving block 4, the bottom of thewheelchair panel 1 is fixedly connected with aU-shaped bracket 5, the upper end of thepush rod 41 is rotationally connected with theU-shaped bracket 5, and thescrew rod 3 rotationally drives the moving block 4 to move so as to drive thewheelchair panel 1 to move up and down; the two sides of thewheelchair panel 1 are rotatably connected witharmrests 6, one end of thewheelchair panel 1 is rotatably connected with abackrest 7, and thearmrests 6 and thebackrest 7 are detachably connected with each other. The moving block 4 is driven to move through the rotation of thescrew rod 3 so as to drive thewheelchair panel 1 to move up and down, so that the height of thewheelchair panel 1 can be adjusted, a patient sits on thewheelchair panel 1 in the practical application process, and medical staff can adjust the wheelchair to a proper height based on the posture of the patient, so that the height of thewheelchair panel 1 is suitable for the patient; when the patient is transferred to the sickbed, thewheelchair panel 1 can be adjusted to be consistent with the height of the sickbed, and then the patient can be conveniently translated to the sickbed; meanwhile, when the wheelchair is not in use, thewheelchair panel 1 is driven to move to the limit position towards the direction of theunderframe 2, and thearmrests 6 and thebackrest 7 are folded over thewheelchair panel 1, so that the volume of the wheelchair is minimized, and the volume of the wheelchair is reduced so as to be convenient for storage and transportation. Thearmrest 6 and thebackrest 7 are detachably connected to each other, so that structural stability is maintained by interaction and a detachable folding is possible.
The screw thread on thescrew rod 3 is provided with 2 sections, and 2 sections of screw threads are opposite in screwing direction, the movable block 4 is provided with 2 sections of screw threads on thescrew rod 3 respectively for matching, and pushrods 41 which are rotationally connected on the 2 movable blocks 4 are symmetrically arranged. Thepush rods 41 are symmetrically arranged, so that stress is symmetrical, the balance of the support is maintained, and driving is stable.
Specifically, alimit mechanism 8 is arranged between thewheelchair panel 1 and thechassis 2, so as to guide thewheelchair panel 1 in the process of lifting thewheelchair panel 1; the limitingmechanisms 8 are provided with two groups, and the two groups of limitingmechanisms 8 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of thescrew 3. The limitingmechanism 8 comprises a first slidingrail 81 fixed on theunderframe 2 and a second slidingrail 82 fixed at the bottom of thewheelchair panel 1, the limitingmechanism 8 further comprises two groups of limitingrods 83 arranged between the first slidingrail 81 and the second slidingrail 82, one end of each limitingrod 83 is rotationally connected with afirst roller 84 which is arranged between the first slidingrails 81 in a rolling mode, the other end of each limitingrod 83 is rotationally connected with asecond roller 85 which is arranged between the second slidingrails 82, and the two groups of limitingrods 83 are arranged in a crossed and staggered mode. Thewheelchair panel 1 is supported by thelimit mechanism 8, so that the structure is more stable.
Specifically, the both ends fixedly connected withfirst pivot 61 ofhandrail 6,wheelchair panel 1's both sides border fixedly connected with articulatedseat 11, therebyfirst pivot 61 is articulated to be connected with articulatedseat 11 and is madehandrail 6 rotate and connect onwheelchair panel 1, installcavity 111 has been seted up in the articulatedseat 11,first pivot 61 extends to in theinstallation cavity 111 and fixedly connected withfirst gear 62, installcavity 111 internal rotation is connected withsecond gear 12,first gear 62 andsecond gear 12 pass through gear intermeshing transmission, the standing groove has been seted up towheelchair panel 1's both sides, sliding connection haslayer board 13 in the standing groove, fixedly connected withfirst rack 14 onlayer board 13,second gear 12 andfirst rack 14 pass through gear engagement and form rack drive,handrail 6 outwards stretches out or inwards contracts along the standing groove throughgear drive 13 in the upset in-process,layer board 13 is used for supporting handrail that overturns to thehorizontality 6. When a patient on the wheelchair needs to be moved to a sickbed, thewheelchair panel 1 is adjusted to be as high as the sickbed, thearmrests 6 are turned outwards, and thearmrests 6 can be lapped at the gap between the wheelchair and the sickbed, so that the patient cannot fall down in the translation process; when thearmrest 6 is turned outwards, the firstrotating shaft 61 rotates to drive the supportingplate 13 to extend outwards through gear transmission, and the extending supportingplate 13 is positioned below thearmrest 6 to support the turnedarmrest 6, so that thearmrest 6 is kept in a horizontal state, and the safety of movement of a patient is ensured; when thearmrests 6 are turned upwards to be in a vertical state, the supportingplates 13 are retracted inwards through gear transmission, so that the exposed parts of the supportingplates 13 are prevented from being scraped and bumped with other objects beyond the boundary of the wheelchair, and the wheelchair is prevented from being influenced.
Specifically, the end of thearmrest 6 is provided with a lockinghole 63, two sides of thebackrest 7 are rotatably connected with a connectingrod 71, one end of the connectingrod 71, which is close to thearmrest 6, is provided with a slidinggroove 711, the slidinggroove 711 is provided with a lockingpin 72 sliding along the slidinggroove 711, and the lockingpin 72 extends from the slidinggroove 711 and is inserted into the lockinghole 63 to lock thearmrest 6 when thearmrest 6 is in a vertical state. Thearmrest 6 is locked with thebackrest 7 through the lockingpin 72 on the connectingrod 71, so that when thearmrest 6 on any side is connected with thebackrest 7, thebackrest 7 and theconnected armrest 6 cannot be overturned, and the positions of thebackrest 7 and theconnected armrest 6 are unchanged, thereby being convenient to use; when the wheelchair is not used and needs to be folded and stored, thearmrests 6 on both sides are separated from the connectingrods 71, then thearmrests 6 are turned over to enable thearmrests 6 on both sides to be covered on thewheelchair panel 1, and then thebackrest 7 is turned over to cover thearmrests 6, so that thearmrests 6 and thebackrest 7 are folded and stored conveniently.
Specifically, the slidinggroove 711 is provided with acompression spring 73, one end of the lockingpin 72, which is far away from the lockinghole 63, is provided with agroove 721, one end of thecompression spring 73 is located in thegroove 721 and is abutted against the side wall of thegroove 721 of the lockingpin 72, and the other end of thecompression spring 73 is abutted against the inner wall of the slidinggroove 711; along groove 712 penetrating the slidinggroove 711 is formed in the bottom of the connectingrod 71, and thelong groove 712 is arranged along the axial direction of the connectingrod 71 in the length direction; the lockingpin 72 is fixedly connected with a pokingblock 74, and the pokingblock 74 passes through the long-strip groove 712 to extend to the outside of the connectingrod 71. The lockingpin 72 can be conveniently unlocked by thetoggle block 74, thearmrest 6 can be conveniently turned over, and the lockingpin 72 is kept in a locked state by the elastic force of thecompression spring 73.
Specifically, alimit groove 75 is formed in a side wall of one end, close to the lockinghole 63, of thestrip groove 712, atorsion spring 76 is arranged in the slidinggroove 711, one end of thetorsion spring 76 is clamped in a guide groove on the inner wall of the slidinggroove 711 and axially moves along the guide groove, the other end of thetorsion spring 76 is fixed on the lockingpin 72, and thetorsion spring 76 enables the connectingrod 71 to be clamped into thelimit groove 75 through the torsion action of thetorsion spring 76 in a natural state. Thereby avoiding that thetoggle block 74 is moved towards thebackrest 7 by misoperation and thearmrest 6 is opened.
Specifically, thechassis 2 is fixedly connected with achassis 23, a driving mechanism is arranged in thechassis 23, the driving mechanism comprises a drivingmotor 91 installed on thechassis 23, and an output shaft of the drivingmotor 91 is in transmission connection with the end part of thescrew 3, so that thescrew 3 is driven to rotate by the drivingmotor 91; the end of thescrew rod 3 extends into thecase 23 and is fixedly connected with athird gear 92, apedal 24 is arranged above thecase 23, asecond rack 25 is fixedly connected below thepedal 24, thesecond rack 25 is vertically arranged, thesecond rack 25 and thethird gear 92 form gear-rack transmission through gear engagement, aguide rod 26 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the pedal 24, and theguide rod 26 is inserted on thecase 23 and is matched in an up-down sliding mode along thecase 23. The output shaft of the drivingmotor 91 rotates to drive thescrew 3 to rotate, so that thewheelchair panel 1 is driven to move up and down, and in the process of moving up and down, thepedal 24 and thewheelchair panel 1 are driven to move up and down synchronously through thethird gear 92, so that thepedal 24 is self-matched and adaptive according to the sitting position of a person.
Specifically, the back of thebackrest 7 is fixedly connected or detachably connected with ahandle 77, and thehandle 77 is used for pushing the wheelchair by hand; the second travellingwheel 22 adopts a universal wheel. The rotating shaft of thefirst traveling wheel 21 is provided with a brake assembly, and the brake assembly is realized by adopting the prior art and is used for braking thefirst traveling wheel 21. The wheelchair can be moved by hand pushing, and in order to facilitate the movement of the wheelchair, the first travellingwheel 21 can be driven by a motor to travel.
When the lifting folding transfer wheelchair provided by the invention is used, a patient sits on the wheelchair panel 1, the moving block 4 moves through the rotation of the adjusting screw 3, and the U-shaped bracket 5 and the wheelchair panel 1 are driven to move upwards or downwards through the movement of the push rod 41 obliquely arranged on the moving block 4, so that the height of the wheelchair panel 1 is adjusted, and the wheelchair is suitable for different patients; in the process of rotating the screw 3, the third gear 92 is driven to rotate, and then the pedal 24 and the wheelchair panel 1 are driven to move up and down synchronously through transmission between the third gear 92 and the second rack 25, so that the pedal 24 is self-matched and adapted according to the sitting position of a person; when a patient needs to be moved from the wheelchair to the sickbed, the height of the seat is adjusted to ensure that the height of the wheelchair panel 1 is consistent with the height of the sickbed, one side of the armrest 6 on the wheelchair is close to the edge of the sickbed, the toggle block 74 is moved to ensure that the locking pin 72 is separated from the locking hole 63, then the armrest 6 is turned to a horizontal state, and the armrest 6 can be lapped at a gap between the wheelchair and the sickbed, so that the patient cannot fall down in the translation process; in the process of outwards overturning the handrail 6, the first rotating shaft 61 rotates to drive the supporting plate 13 to outwards extend through gear transmission, and the extending supporting plate 13 is located below the handrail 6 to support the overturned handrail 6, so that the handrail 6 is kept in a horizontal state, and the safety of movement of a patient is guaranteed.
The technical scheme does not relate to the fact that the technical scheme can be achieved through the prior art.
