In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a handheld pos printing terminal which is mainly used for solving the problems that a handheld pos printer with a large screen and a built-in sim card in the prior art can be popularized and applied in multiple areas only through multiple authentications.

and the scanning printing module is arranged in the handheld part and is used for receiving and executing the instruction transmitted by the information interaction channel and issued by the mobile terminal, and sending scanning information to the mobile terminal through the information interaction channel.
In some embodiments, the signal pairing module is used for realizing information interaction with the mobile terminal in a wireless communication mode.

The inventors found that:
when a handheld pos printer is developed, conventionally, a screen and a sim card slot are integrated into one device, a user can realize actions such as scanning, printing, communication and the like by holding one handheld pos printer, but the handheld pos printer with very high integration level is difficult and heavy when being required to be sold abroad, for example, a used LED high-definition screen needs to be subjected to a series of authentications, and sim card communication also needs to be subjected to network access authentication, so that the popularization and the use convenience of products seriously affected by the authentication actions are improved.
In view of this, in order to solve the above existing problems, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a handheld pos printing terminal, comprising:
a holding part 10 provided with a telescopic holding clamping groove 11, wherein the holding clamping groove 11 is used for clamping the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal needs to be clamped and embedded in the container clamping groove 11 to form a whole so as to be normally used;
the signal pairing module 20 is arranged in the handheld part 10 and is used for receiving a pairing signal of the mobile terminal, verifying, and establishing an information interaction channel for realizing data transmission between the mobile terminal and the scanning printing module after verification;
the scanning printing module is arranged in the handheld part 10 and is used for receiving and executing the instruction transmitted by the information interaction channel and issued by the mobile terminal, and sending scanning information to the mobile terminal through the information interaction channel.
Optionally, the mobile terminal is a smart phone, and the sizes of the mobile phones with different models are different from each other because of the various models of the mobile phones, but if the mobile phones are smart phones, the mobile phones have a large touch-control display screen and sim card communication function, corresponding APP application programs are installed on the smart phones in advance, the handheld pos printing terminal is used as a carrier, after the smart phones are embedded in the capacitive card slot 11, the smart phones are connected with the signal pairing module 20 in a signal manner, the smart phones send pairing signals to the signal pairing module 20, the signal pairing module 20 starts to verify after receiving the pairing signals of the mobile terminals, and the specific verification method can refer to the conventional technical means of the current pos printer or other electronic devices as long as the smart phones can be paired with the signal pairing module 20.
It should be noted that, the signal pairing module 20 has only the capability of receiving signals relative to the outside, that is, the mobile terminal in the outside actively transmits the pairing signal, the signal pairing module 20 is internally provided with a flag bit, and when no pairing signal is received, the flag bit is 0, which represents an open receiving function; after the pairing signal is received, the flag bit is changed into 1, the receiving function is closed, the signal pairing stage is started, if the pairing is successful, the flag bit is kept unchanged, the pairing signals sent by other mobile terminals are not received any more, the one-to-one matching in the using process is ensured, and the interference of the pairing and printing signals of other mobile terminals is avoided; if the pairing is unsuccessful, resetting the flag bit to 0, and restarting the receiving function.
After verification, if the signal pairing module 20 fails to pass the verification, the data transmission with the smart phone is interrupted; if the signal pairing module 20 passes the verification, it proves that the accessed smart phone can be paired with the signal pairing module, and an information interaction channel is established in the signal pairing module 20 and is specially used for data transmission between the mobile terminal and the scanning printing module.
Because of the optional compatibility of the mobile terminals, one handheld pos print terminal may allow access of multiple mobile terminals, when multiple mobile terminals are accessed simultaneously or sequentially, the signal pairing module 20 may respectively establish different information interaction channels to respectively dock different mobile terminals, and store data generated when each mobile terminal is accessed to the handheld pos print terminal in different databases, so as to ensure confidentiality of the data, and the mobile terminal can only read data generated by itself and cannot read data across the mobile terminals.
Of course, the handheld pos print terminal also supports a manager mode, and when the preset manager mode is applied to access the signal pairing module 20, any one database can be called, and a list allowed to be accessed can be managed. Accordingly, the signal pairing module 20 serves as the only external interface of the handheld pos printing terminal, and supports all the above action procedures, and the signal pairing module 20 can block data transmission between the mobile terminal and the scanning printing module before verification is passed.
Therefore, after verification is passed and an information interaction channel for realizing data transmission between the mobile terminal and the scanning printing module is established, an operator can issue instructions to the scanning printing module by operating the mobile terminal, and because the mobile terminal is already installed with a corresponding APP application program, operations such as clicking to start scanning, editing printing content, confirming printing information, displaying receipts and payment codes can be performed on the APP application program, so long as the current handheld pos printer has the function, all the generated instructions can be reproduced on the APP application program, in this process, all the generated instructions are transmitted through the information interaction channel, and the scanning printing module can perform scanning actions, printing actions and the like for executing the instructions.
In summary, the handheld pos print terminal reserves the function of scanning and printing, and transfers the functions of touch screen and sim card communication to the mobile terminal, because the mobile terminal is widely applied in the global scope, the cloud only needs to install a corresponding APP application program on the mobile terminal, and the cloud can send a verification code to the APP application program, the verification code corresponds to the identification code on the handheld pos print terminal, the verification code can be utilized to realize pairing with the signal pairing module 20, after verification is passed, the print terminal can be controlled through the mobile terminal, a series of scanning and printing actions are realized, the whole process is simple to operate, a plurality of authentication programs are reduced, and popularization efficiency is effectively improved.
As an embodiment, the signal pairing module 20 is in wireless communication mode to realize information interaction with the mobile terminal, such as bluetooth communication mode, NFC communication mode, etc., the signal pairing module 20 is located below the Rong Zhi card slot 11, and when the mobile terminal is placed in the capacitive card slot 11, the back of the mobile terminal is opposite to the signal pairing module 20; in addition, any conventional wireless communication method may be used to implement wireless signal transmission between the mobile terminal and the signal pairing module 20, which is within the scope of the present invention.
As another embodiment, the signal pairing module 20 adopts a wired communication mode to realize information interaction with the mobile terminal, a data interface is reserved in the handheld pos printing terminal, and the mobile terminal is connected with the signal pairing module 20 by using a data line mode, so that wired signal transmission can be performed.
Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the handheld portion 10 includes a handheld main body 12 and a base 13, the handheld main body 12 is narrower in the left-right direction and longer in the front-rear direction, that is, the shape of a common handheld pos printer, the base 13 is telescopically connected to the tail of the handheld main body 12, that is, when a person holds the handheld main body 12, the base 13 can be pulled out backward or pushed forward toward one side of a human body, the handheld main body 12 is provided with an abutting wall 14 opposite to the base 13, the mobile terminal is clamped between the base 13 and the abutting wall 14, and when the mobile terminals with different sizes are required to be clamped in the container clamping groove 11, the mobile terminal with different sizes can be placed by adjusting the telescopic position of the base 13 and just adjusting the distance between the base 13 and the abutting wall 14.
It should be noted that, still be equipped with the pretension extension spring between collet 13 and handheld main part 12, collet 13 is connected with handheld main part 12 through two telescopic links, the cover is equipped with the pretension extension spring on the telescopic link, when pulling collet 13 outwards stretches out, the telescopic link can compress the pretension extension spring, this pretension extension spring makes collet 13 have a pretightning force promptly for collet 13 has the trend towards handheld main part 12 direction shrink, when pulling out collet 13, and after releasing the hand, collet 13 can retract handheld main part 12 direction under the effect of pretension extension spring, make when the not equidimension mobile terminal of clamp, can both pass through the clamp force between collet 13 and the butt wall 14, prevent that mobile terminal is not hard up.
Optionally, the collet 13 and the one side that the butt wall 14 is used for contacting mobile terminal all are equipped with silica gel pad 15, utilize the soft characteristic of silica gel pad 15, be equipped with the reticulation in the one side outwards of silica gel pad 15, both can realize receiving the clamp force of pretightning the tension spring in the fore-and-aft direction when, utilize silica gel pad 15 to cushion, avoid hard contact, can prevent again that mobile terminal from skidding in holding matter draw-in groove 11, improve friction force, guarantee the stability of inlay card.
As an embodiment, the left and right sides of the handheld body 12 are generally hand-held sides, and these sides may not be provided with a baffle to accommodate mobile terminals of different widths.
As another embodiment, the left and right sides of the handheld body 12 are further provided with movable baffles, and according to the mobile terminals with different width sizes, the distance between the baffles and the handheld body 12 can be adjusted, so as to adapt to the mobile terminals with different width sizes. Furthermore, the left and right positions of the mobile terminal on the handheld body 12 can be adjusted, because the data interface or the power interface of the general mobile terminal is at the tail part of the mobile terminal, and the base 13 is provided with the strip-shaped charging hole 16, and the interface of the mobile terminal is opposite to the charging hole 16 by adjusting the left and right positions, so that interference between the interface and the hole is avoided.
Because the mobile terminal is used by being closely attached to the handheld body 12, the mobile terminal suffers from two problems during long-term use, one is a heat generation problem and the other is a power consumption problem. Because when the mobile terminal is in a bluetooth connection state for a long period of time and the screen is always on for controlling printing, heat generation thereof is more serious and power consumption is more increased, compared to normal use of the mobile terminal.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the supporting surface 17 of the handheld body 12 for supporting the mobile terminal is provided with a plurality of concave annular heat dissipation channels 18, so as to reduce the area of direct contact between the supporting surface 17 and the mobile terminal, and a heat dissipation gap exists between the concave annular heat dissipation channels 18 and the mobile terminal, alternatively, the annular heat dissipation channels 18 may be provided with a plurality of openings communicated with the outside, and openings are also provided between the annular heat dissipation channels 18, so that the outside air can be blown into the annular heat dissipation channels 18 along the openings and flow between the annular heat dissipation channels 18, thereby forming turbulence and improving the heat dissipation effect.
Furthermore, the handheld body 12 is provided with a heat dissipation rib 19 at the inner wall surface corresponding to the annular heat dissipation channel 18, the heat dissipation rib 19 is equivalent to a heat dissipation fin, and the heat received by the receiving surface 17 is transferred out through the heat dissipation rib 19, and naturally, the heat dissipation rib 19 is also provided at other parts of the handheld body 12, which is also helpful for dissipating the heat in the handheld body 12 to the outside.
Optionally, a heat dissipation fan is provided in the hand-held part 10, so that heat in the hand-held part or the mobile terminal can be dissipated.
In addition, in this embodiment, the handheld portion 10 further includes a battery module 40, the bottom bracket 13 is provided with a charging hole 16 for giving way to the charging port of the mobile terminal, the battery module 40 is provided with an external charging and discharging interface, and the battery module 40 is provided with a detachable connection structure, that is, the battery module 40 can be fixed at the bottom of the handheld main body 12, and can also be detached from the bottom of the handheld main body 12, so that the battery module 40 is convenient to be charged and replaced separately; after the battery module 40 is fixed, the battery module 40 is provided with an external charging and discharging interface, and at this time, the mobile terminal is electrically connected with the battery module 40 by connecting a data line and passing through the charging hole 16 so as to be charged. Of course, as an embodiment, when the wired charging mode is adopted, the data line may also be used as data transmission to realize signal transmission between the mobile terminal and the signal pairing module 20.
Since the battery module 40 also generates heat during charging, a heat dissipation layer 41 is further interposed between the battery module 40 and the handheld body 12, so that heat of the receiving surface 17 of the handheld body 12 between the mobile terminal and the battery module 40 is prevented from being transferred to the battery module 40, and the service life of the battery module 40 is prevented from being affected. Optionally, the heat dissipation layer 41 is a sponge layer, and abuts against the battery module 40, so that on one hand, heat transferred from the receiving surface 17 is prevented from being transferred to the battery module 40, and on the other hand, the anti-falling performance of the battery is improved, and a buffering effect is achieved.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the scanning print module includes a processing unit 31, a printing unit 32, and an image capturing unit 33, the image capturing unit 33 is configured to scan external information and transmit data to the processing unit 31, the printing unit 32 is configured to perform a printing action in response to an instruction of the processing unit 31, and the processing unit 31 implements information interaction with the mobile terminal through an information interaction channel.
The pos printer has functions of scanning two-dimension codes, bar codes and the like, so that an image capturing unit 33 for scanning external information is needed, when the mobile terminal is successfully paired with the signal pairing module 20, the mobile terminal can be controlled to scan the image capturing unit 33, the processing unit 31 takes on a signal processing transmission role between the two functions, when the image capturing unit 33 scans the external information, the external information is sent to the processing unit 31, the processing unit 31 transmits the scanned information to the mobile terminal through an information interaction channel, the scanned information can be seen on the mobile terminal, after confirmation or modification is carried out, a printing instruction is issued to the processing unit 31 through the information interaction channel, and the processing unit 31 controls the printing unit 32 to print so as to complete one-time printing action.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the handheld pos print terminal provided in the foregoing embodiment does not have the functions of a touch screen and a sim card, and only needs to be embedded in the capacitive card slot 11, after verification by the signal pairing module 20, the control of the handheld pos print terminal can be achieved by controlling the mobile terminal, and the handheld pos print terminal can also adapt to mobile terminals of various sizes and models, so that the use and popularization efficiency is very high, and the convenience is high.
