Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the perioperative period propaganda and education system and the perioperative period propaganda and education method can be used for not only carrying out staged propaganda and education on the perioperative period in a full period, effectively improving the propaganda and education effect, but also realizing differential propaganda and education on patients and nursing personnel, and being high in applicability and beneficial to improving user experience.

the system management module is used for receiving user registration information sent by the terminal so as to carry out account authority configuration;

the information interface module is used for acquiring operation information of a patient;

the propaganda and education data pushing module is used for determining patient propaganda and education data and nursing staff propaganda and education data in different perioperative stages according to the operation information and the set of propaganda and education data; according to the account number authority, the patient propaganda and education data are sent to the patient terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage, and the nursing staff propaganda and education data are sent to the nursing terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage;

the terminal comprises an account number creating module, an online learning module and an evaluation module; wherein,

the account creating module is used for receiving user registration information and sending the user registration information to the system management module;

the online learning module is used for receiving and presenting the patient propaganda and education material or the caregiver propaganda and education material sent by the propaganda and education material pushing module;

the evaluation module is used for receiving the evaluation of the propaganda and education object and sending the evaluation to the system management module;

the system management module is also used for showing the received evaluation of the propaganda and education object.

Further, the data preprocessing module comprises:

the receiving submodule is used for receiving the uploaded propaganda and education information and storing the information;

the propaganda and education data pushing module is further used for generating family propaganda and education data and nurse propaganda and education data for the caretaker according to the privacy authority; pushing the family propaganda and education data to the family terminal; and pushing the work attendance propaganda and education data to the work attendance terminal.

Further, the account creating module of the patient terminal is also used for receiving behavior ability information and sending the behavior ability information to the system management module;

the system management module is also used for evaluating the behavior ability according to the received behavior ability information; determining a presentation mode of the patient propaganda and education data according to the behavioral ability assessment;

and the online learning module of the patient terminal is used for presenting the patient propaganda and education materials in the presentation mode.

Furthermore, the propaganda and education material pushing module is further used for determining whether to send behavior auxiliary propaganda and education materials to the nursing terminal according to the behavior ability evaluation.

Further, the account creating module of the patient terminal is also used for receiving psychological condition information and sending the psychological condition information to the system management module;

In order to achieve the above object, the present application further provides a perioperative propaganda and education method, which is applied to a perioperative propaganda and education system, the system includes a server and a terminal, and the terminal includes a patient terminal and a nursing terminal; the method comprises the following steps:

the server configures the suite propaganda and education data at different stages of perioperative period according to the basic operation information;

the terminal receives user registration information and sends the user registration information to the server;

the server configures account number authority according to the received user registration information;

the server acquires the surgical information of the patient, and determines the patient propaganda and education data and the caregiver propaganda and education data in different perioperative stages according to the surgical information and the set of propaganda and education data; according to the account number authority, the patient propaganda and education data are sent to the patient terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage, and the nursing staff propaganda and education data are sent to the nursing terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage;

the terminal presents the received patient propaganda and education data or the received caregiver propaganda and education data;

the terminal receives the propaganda and education object evaluation and sends the evaluation to the server;

and the server shows the received announced object evaluation.

The perioperative propaganda and education system and method can not only carry out staged propaganda and education on perioperative full period, effectively improve the propaganda and education effect, but also realize differential propaganda and education on patients and nursing personnel, have strong applicability and are beneficial to improving user experience.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While certain embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather are provided for a more thorough and complete understanding of the present application. It should be understood that the drawings and embodiments of the present application are for illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.

It should be understood that the various steps recited in the method embodiments of the present application may be performed in a different order and/or in parallel. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a perioperative propaganda system according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the perioperative propaganda system 1 includes aserver 10 and a terminal 20.

Theserver 10 is operated by medical staff and administrators, which may include doctors, nurses, etc. Theserver 10 comprises adata preprocessing module 11, asystem management module 12, aninformation interface module 13 and an instructionalmaterial pushing module 14.

The terminal 20 is for use by a propaganda-ing object and may be an APP (application) applied to a mobile terminal. Theterminals 20 include a patient terminal for use by a patient and at least one care terminal for use by a care provider associated with the patient, where the care provider may be a family member or carer. Each terminal 20 includes anaccount creating module 21, anonline learning module 22, and anevaluation module 23.

Specifically, thedata preprocessing module 11 is configured to configure the set of propaganda and education data at different perioperative stages according to the basic surgical information. The basic information of the operation may include the name of the operation, the associated department, the associated diagnosis, and the like. Based on the basic information of the operation, pre-operation group propaganda and education data, intra-operation group propaganda and education data and post-operation group propaganda and education data corresponding to the operation name can be configured to form a plurality of data groups, and the data groups are stored in thedata preprocessing module 11 for subsequent calling.

And thesystem management module 12 is configured to receive user registration information sent by the terminal, so as to configure account permissions.

Specifically, the user registration information may include a user IDentity (e.g., medical staff, patient, family, care giver, etc.), a user name, an associated patient ID (identification) number, a user cell phone number, and the like. After thesystem management module 12 receives the user registration information, a system administrator may verify the registration information through thesystem management module 12, and if the registered user is a real user identity, the verification is passed. And then, the application user can log in the system by taking the terminal mobile phone number or the identity ID number as a user name. After logging in, the medical staff enters a system interface of theserver 10, and relevant propaganda and education contents can be edited through the system interface; the propaganda and education object performs system registration and login through the terminal after determining the surgical requirement so as to enter a system interface of the propaganda and education object, can receive propaganda and education through the system interface and perform propaganda and education effect evaluation.

And theinformation interface module 13 is used for acquiring the operation information of the patient. The surgical information may include preoperative information, intraoperative information, and postoperative information, among others. The preoperative information can comprise a patient ID number and an operation name, and is used for correlating a propaganda and education data set and determining the push content of the preoperative propaganda and education data; the intraoperative information can comprise a patient ID number, an operation state and a predicted end time, and is used for determining the push time and the push content of intraoperative propaganda materials; the post-operative information may include a patient ID number, an operative state, and an operating room time for determining a push time and a push content of post-operative instructional material.

The propaganda and educationdata pushing module 14 is used for determining patient propaganda and education data at different stages of perioperative period and caregiver propaganda and education data according to the operative information and the set propaganda and education data; and according to the account number authority, transmitting the patient propaganda and education data to the patient terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage, and transmitting the propaganda and education data of the nursing personnel to the nursing terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage.

In a specific example, a doctor determines to perform an operation a three days later, the propaganda and educationdata pushing module 14 of theserver 10 pushes the propaganda and education data of the preoperative patient to the patient terminal on the second day before the operation, and pushes the propaganda and education data of the preoperative care staff to the care staff of the patient through the care terminal; and after receiving the patient operation start information, pushing the patient operation progress received from theinformation interface module 13 to the nursing terminal, such as: 9; on the first postoperative day, pushing a first postoperative patient propaganda and education data to the patient terminal, and pushing a first postoperative care personnel propaganda and education data to the care terminal; and on the next day after the operation, the propaganda and education data of the second postoperative patient are pushed to the patient terminal, and the propaganda and education data of the second postoperative care personnel are pushed to the nursing terminal.

Theaccount creating module 21 is configured to receive user registration information, and send the user registration information to thesystem management module 12. Specifically, the user may enter the user registration interface shown in fig. 3 at the terminal through the system login interface point shown in fig. 2, and input user registration information, where the user registration information may include a user IDentity (such as medical staff, patient, family, nursing staff, etc.), a user name, an associated patient ID (IDentity) number, a user mobile phone number, and the like. This information is then sent to thesystem management module 12.

And theonline learning module 22 is used for receiving and presenting the propaganda and education material corresponding to the propaganda and education object. That is, theonline learning module 22 receives the propaganda and education material pushed by the propaganda and educationinformation pushing module 14 and displays the same on the terminal for the patient and the caregiver to receive the propaganda and education. Wherein the instructional material can include at least one of perioperative video files, instructional files, and disease information presentations.

In a specific example, a terminal online learning interface can be shown in fig. 4, and the terminal online learning interface includes avideo playing area 31, aprogress node area 32, and an instructionalmaterial link area 33. Wherein the nodes in theprogress node zone 32 may include issuing surgical orders, pre-operative instruction, entering an induction room, entering an operating room, beginning surgery, ending surgery, entering a resuscitation room, exiting a resuscitation room, and post-operative instruction; the propaganda and educationdata link area 33 can include a link for informing the patient's condition to be checked corresponding to the operation advice node, a link for paying attention to the preoperative care item to be checked corresponding to the preoperative propaganda and education node, a link for paying attention to the anesthesia description to be checked corresponding to the entry induction room node, a link for paying attention to the operative care item to be checked corresponding to the operative room node, and a link for paying attention to the postoperative care item to be checked corresponding to the postoperative propaganda and education node.

It should be noted that, throughonline learning module 22, the propaganda and education object can call up propaganda and education data information many times, compares in the disposable propaganda and education in the correlation technique, can effectively avoid the unable problem of fully studying relevant propaganda and education of propaganda and education object, helps the propaganda and education object fully to know information such as state of an illness, risk, nursing knowledge and operation state, and the propaganda and education effect is good.

Theevaluation module 23 is used for receiving the evaluation of the propaganda and education object and sending the evaluation to thesystem management module 12; thesystem management module 12 is further configured to show the received evaluation of the propaganda and education object.

In a specific example, after the operation is completed and the pre-configured propaganda and education data are all pushed, the terminal can pop up a propaganda and education effect evaluation interface shown in fig. 9 through theevaluation module 23, so that the patient and the caregiver can score the propaganda and education effect and input a suggestion to perform specific evaluation. Medical personnel can then view the score and the content of the assessment through thesystem management module 12.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a data preprocessing module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 5, thedata preprocessing module 11 includes a receiving sub-module 111, a basicinformation configuring sub-module 112, and an instructionalmaterial configuring sub-module 113.

The receivingsubmodule 111 is configured to receive the uploaded propaganda and education information and store the information. A basicinformation configuration sub-module 112 for configuring the basic information of the operation, which may include the name of the operation, the department associated with the name of the operation, and the diagnosis. And the propaganda and educationdata configuration sub-module 113 is used for performing set configuration on the propaganda and education information according to the basic operation information to generate set propaganda and education data at different perioperative stages.

In a specific example, referring to fig. 6, the system interface for medical staff to upload the propaganda/education information through the receiving sub-module 111 can be used to upload the propaganda/education information by inputting the name of the material and selecting the type of the material file as video or document. The medical staff configures the operation name, the associated department, the associated diagnosis and the remark through the basicinformation configuration sub-module 112, and the corresponding system interface is shown in fig. 7. Referring to fig. 8, a system interface configured by the teachingmaterial configuration sub-module 113 by the medical staff can input teaching information, which specifically includes a name of the teaching material, a brief introduction of the teaching material, a classification of the teaching material (primary, intermediate or advanced), a type of the teaching material (full, video or document), a teaching object (full, patient, family or nurse), and a cover of the material. The interface also enables different nodes to be configured in a set by inputting the node name, associated content, node content introduction, combining with binding material content, and adding new nodes.

In the embodiment of the application, the at least one nursing terminal comprises at least one family terminal and at least one nursing terminal; the accountnumber creating module 21 of the patient terminal is further configured to receive privacy setting information and send the privacy setting information to thesystem management module 12; thesystem management module 12 is further configured to set a privacy authority according to the received privacy setting information; the propaganda and educationdata pushing module 14 is further used for generating family propaganda and education data and nurse propaganda and education data from the propaganda and education data of the caretaker according to the privacy authority; pushing the family propaganda and education data to the family terminal; and pushing the propaganda and education data of the guardian to the guardian terminal.

That is, the patient may apply for setting privacy authorities to thesystem management module 12 through the patient terminal. In the embodiment of the present application, theaccount creating module 21 of the patient terminal is further configured to receive the behavior capability information, and send the behavior capability information to thesystem management module 12; thesystem management module 12 is further configured to evaluate the performance capability according to the received performance capability information; determining the presentation mode of the patient propaganda and education data according to the behavior ability evaluation; and theonline learning module 22 of the patient terminal is used for presenting the patient propaganda and education materials in a presentation mode.

Specifically, thesystem management module 12 can evaluate the performance of the patient through the performance capability information received by theaccount creation module 21, and determine the presentation mode of the patient propaganda and education material based on the evaluation result, where the presentation mode may include video playing, artificial intelligent voice broadcasting, document retrieval, and other presentation modes.

Further, the propaganda and educationmaterial pushing module 14 is also used for determining whether to send the behavior auxiliary propaganda and education material to the nursing terminal according to the behavior ability evaluation.

In a specific example, if the assessment result shows that the patient has the visual disorder, theonline learning module 22 may push the propaganda and education material to the patient in an artificial intelligent voice broadcast manner, and the propaganda and educationmaterial pushing module 14 additionally pushes the relevant visual disorder nursing propaganda and education material to the nursing terminal; if the evaluation result shows that the patient has hearing impairment, theonline learning module 22 preferably pushes the propaganda and education material to the patient terminal in a document retrieval manner, and the propaganda and educationmaterial pushing module 14 additionally pushes the related hearing impairment nursing and education material to the nursing terminal. It will be appreciated that the receiving of the mental state information and the evaluation of the mental state may be a mental test of the patient through the patient terminal or a direct recommendation of the family members through the nursing terminal. According to psychological condition evaluation, partial information in the patient propaganda and education data can be automatically or manually hidden through the propaganda and educationdata pushing module 14, so that the psychological health of the patient can be ensured, the adaptability of the patient to surgical treatment is improved, and the surgical effect and the postoperative recovery effect of the patient are facilitated.

Fig. 10 is a flowchart of a perioperative propaganda method according to an embodiment of the present application, the perioperative propaganda method is applied to a perioperative propaganda system, the system includes a server and a terminal, the terminal includes a patient terminal and a nursing terminal, as shown in fig. 10, the method includes the following steps:

instep 401, the server configures the suite propaganda and education data at different perioperative stages according to the basic information of the operation.

Instep 402, the terminal receives user registration information and sends it to the server.

Instep 403, the server performs account authority configuration according to the received user registration information.

Instep 404, the server acquires the operation information of the patient, and determines the patient propaganda and education data and the nursing staff propaganda and education data in different perioperative periods according to the operation information and the set propaganda and education data; according to the account number authority, the patient propaganda and education data are sent to the patient terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage, and the nurse propaganda and education data are sent to the nurse terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage.

Instep 405, the terminal presents the received patient propaganda and education data or the received patient propaganda and education data of the caretaker.

Instep 406, the terminal receives the announced object evaluation and sends the announced object evaluation to the server.

Instep 407, the server shows the received announced object rating.

In this embodiment of the present application, step 301 specifically includes: receiving and storing the uploaded propaganda and education information; configuring operation basic information; and performing set configuration on the propaganda and education information according to the basic operation information to generate set propaganda and education data at different perioperative stages.

In the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: receiving behavior capability information; performing behavior ability evaluation according to the received behavior ability information; determining the presentation mode of the patient propaganda and education data according to the behavior ability evaluation; and presenting the patient propaganda and education data in a presentation mode.

Further, the method further comprises: and determining whether to send the behavior auxiliary propaganda and education data to the nursing terminal according to the behavior ability evaluation.

In an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: receiving psychological condition information; according to the received psychological condition information, performing psychological condition assessment; determining information to be hidden in the patient propaganda and education data according to the psychological condition evaluation; and hiding the information to be hidden, and sending the patient propaganda and education data subjected to hiding to the patient terminal.

1. A perioperative propaganda and education system is characterized by comprising a server and terminals, wherein the terminals comprise a patient terminal and at least one nursing terminal; wherein,

the system management module is used for receiving user registration information sent by the terminal so as to configure account number authority;

the information interface module is used for acquiring the operation information of the patient;

the propaganda and education data pushing module is used for determining patient propaganda and education data and nursing staff propaganda and education data in different perioperative periods according to the operative information and the set propaganda and education data; according to the account number authority, the patient propaganda and education data are sent to the patient terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage, and the nursing staff propaganda and education data are sent to the nursing terminal according to the corresponding perioperative period stage;

2. The perioperative propaganda system according to claim 1, wherein said data preprocessing module comprises:

a basic information configuration submodule for configuring the operation basic information; the operation basic information comprises an operation name, a department associated with the operation name and a diagnosis;

the propaganda and education data pushing module is further used for generating family members propaganda and education data and worker protection propaganda and education data from the nursing staff propaganda and education data according to the privacy authority; pushing the family propaganda and education data to the family terminal; and pushing the work attendance propaganda and education data to the work attendance terminal.

5. The perioperative propaganda system according to claim 1,

the account number creating module of the patient terminal is also used for receiving behavior capability information and sending the behavior capability information to the system management module;

and the online learning module of the patient terminal is used for presenting the patient propaganda and education material in the presentation mode.

The perioperative propaganda and education system of claim 5 wherein the propaganda and education material pushing module is further configured to determine whether to send behavior-assisted propaganda and education material to the nursing terminal according to the behavioral ability assessment.

7. The perioperative propaganda system according to claim 1,

the account number creating module of the patient terminal is also used for receiving psychological condition information and sending the psychological condition information to the system management module;

the propaganda and education data pushing module is further used for rightly hiding the information to be hidden and sending the patient propaganda and education data after hiding to the patient terminal.

8. The perioperative propaganda system according to claim 1, wherein said surgical information includes pre-operative information, intra-operative information, and post-operative information;

the preoperative information comprises a patient ID number and a surgery name;

9. A perioperative propaganda system according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein said propaganda material includes at least one of a video file, a notice file, and a presentation of disease information for said perioperative period.

10. A perioperative propaganda method is applied to a perioperative propaganda system, the system comprises a server and a terminal, the terminal comprises a patient terminal and a nursing terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:

the server configures the set propaganda and education data at different perioperative stages according to the basic information of the operation;

the terminal receives the assessment of the propaganda and education object and sends the assessment to the server;

and the server shows the received announced object evaluation.
