When the disassembly and assembly tool is used for disassembling the wheel 10 on the right side of the bottom of the trolley, the right pit cover plate below the trolley is moved away, the right detachable track is transversely moved away, the left part of the track beam 5 is fixedly connected with the right I-beam 4, the right end of the track beam 5 is fixed at the right inner wall of the pit, the travelling device is arranged on the track beam 5, see fig. 2, the clamping part 9 and the supporting part 7 are controlled, the clamping part 9 is rotated to a position close to the right I-beam 4, see fig. 3-4, the travelling device is moved leftwards, the clamping part 9 is moved to the top surface of the upper flange of the right I-beam 4, see fig. 5-6, the wheel 10 at the right pit position of the bottom of the trolley is disassembled and clamped by the clamping part 9, the lifting device is controlled to enable the supporting part 7 to descend and enable the wheel 10 to rotate from an upright position to a right inclined position, see fig. 8, the travelling device is moved rightwards, the wheel 10 is separated from the right I-beam 4, see fig. 9, the clamping part 9 and the supporting part 7 are controlled, the wheel 10 is rotated from the right inclined position to a position far from the upright position, see fig. 10-11, and the wheel 10 is disassembled from the clamping part 10; when the disassembly and assembly fixture is used for installing the wheel 10 on the right side of the bottom of the trolley, a new wheel 10 is lifted to the supporting platform 902 and is clamped to the wheel 10, as shown in fig. 12, the clamping part 9 and the supporting part 7 are controlled to rotate the wheel 10 from the vertical position to the rightward inclined position close to the right I-beam 4, as shown in fig. 13-14, the walking device is moved leftwards, the wheel 10 is moved to the top surface of the upper flange of the right I-beam 4, as shown in fig. 15, the lifting device is controlled to lift the supporting part 7 and the wheel 10 is vertical, as shown in fig. 16, the lifting device is controlled again to lift the wheel 10 to the installation station of the wheel 10, therefore, the trolley wheel dismounting tool saves time and labor when being used for dismounting and mounting the trolley wheels, further can improve the dismounting efficiency, is simple to operate and safe and reliable in the process of dismounting and mounting the trolley wheels, can improve the operation safety, has wide application range, is suitable for the condition of dismounting single or multiple groups of wheels, reduces personnel investment, and can reduce the labor cost of enterprises.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-16, two track beams 5 are horizontally arranged in the left-right direction, two pressing plates 11 are fixed on the top surface of the left part of the track beam 5, the right part of the left pressing plate 11 presses the left part of the top surface of the lower flange of the I-shaped steel beam 4 at the right side pit cover plate below the trolley, the left part of the right pressing plate 11 presses the right part of the top surface of the lower flange of the I-shaped steel beam 4, the right end of the track beam 5 is fixed on the right inner wall of the pit, the walking device comprises a walking frame 12, a plurality of walking wheels 13 are arranged at the front part and the rear part of the bottom surface of the walking frame 12, the front plurality of walking wheels 13 are positioned at the right part of the front track beam 5, the rear plurality of walking wheels 13 are positioned at the right part of the rear track beam 5, see fig. 2-16, and the walking device, the lifting device, the supporting part 7 and the clamping part 9 are matched for dismounting and mounting the wheels 10 at the right side of the bottom of the trolley.
In one embodiment, the lifting device is a lifting screw 14, the lifting screw 14 is screwed on the middle part of the walking frame 12, the lower end of the lifting screw 14 is positioned below the walking frame 12, and the vertical axis of the turntable 6 coincides with the axis of the lifting screw 14, as shown in fig. 2-16. Thus, an operator in the pit can lift the lifting screw 14 relative to the walking frame 12 only by shaking the lower end of the lifting screw 14, so that the supporting part 7 can lift relative to the walking frame 12.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the left part of the clamping part 9 is a pressing handle 901, the right lower end of the clamping part 9 horizontally extends rightward to form a supporting platform 902, the supporting platform 902 is matched with the right vertical side surface of the clamping part 9 to support the wheel 10, the right side surface of the clamping part 9 is further provided with an inserting hole 903 for inserting the left end of the central shaft of the wheel 10, the right end of the supporting platform 902 is fixedly provided with a vertical clamping plate 904, and the clamping plate 904 is matched with the right side surface of the clamping part 9 to clamp the wheel 10. The wheel 10 is lifted to the supporting platform 902, the left end of the central shaft of the wheel 10 is inserted into the insertion hole 903 on the right side surface of the clamping part 9, the left side surface of the wheel 10 is attached to the right side surface of the clamping part 9, the clamping plate 904 is fixed at the right end of the supporting platform 902, the right side surface of the wheel 10 is attached to the left side surface of the clamping plate 904, the clamping plate 904 is matched with the right side surface of the clamping part 9 to clamp the wheel 10, then the clamping part 9 drives the clamped wheel 10 to rotate along with the supporting part 7 around the vertical axis of the turntable 6 by a certain angle, the clamping part 9 rotates clockwise by a certain angle relative to the supporting part 7 through the rotating shaft 8, the wheel 10 rotates from the vertical position to the rightward inclined position close to the right I-beam 4, in this way, the wheel 10 is rotated to the rightward inclined position by the walking device in order to avoid the baffle of the right side wheel 10 of the trolley, and the arrangement of the pressing handle 901 facilitates the rotation of the clamping part 9 relative to the supporting part 7, thereby facilitating the realization of the angular inclination of the clamped wheel 10.
In one embodiment, the support 7 is provided with a first bolt hole 15 horizontally arranged along the front-rear direction, the clamping part 9 is provided with a second bolt hole 16 parallel to the first bolt hole 15, see fig. 2-16, the clamping part 9 is used for driving the clamped wheel 10 to rotate along with the support 7 around the vertical axis of the turntable 6 to a position close to the right I-shaped steel beam 4, see fig. 12-13, and the clamping part 9 is used for driving the clamped wheel 10 to rotate clockwise by a certain angle relative to the support 7 through the rotating shaft 8, so that the wheel 10 rotates from an upright position to a rightward inclined position, the second bolt hole 16 coincides with the axis of the first bolt hole 15, and a first safety pin is inserted in the second bolt hole 16 and the first bolt hole 15, see fig. 13-14. Preferably, the rotation shaft 8 is at the middle upper portion of the support 7, and the second pin hole 16 is on the pressing handle 901. Preferably, the clamping part 9 is used for driving the clamped wheel 10 to rotate 180 degrees along with the supporting part 7 around the vertical axis of the turntable 6 to a position close to the right I-shaped steel beam 4, and the clamping part 9 is used for driving the clamped wheel 10 to rotate 45 degrees clockwise relative to the supporting part 7 through the rotating shaft 8, and the second bolt hole 16 is coincident with the axis of the first bolt hole 15. When the clamped wheel 10 rotates from the vertical position to the rightward inclined position close to the right I-steel beam 4, the clamping part 9 can be prevented from rotating relative to the supporting part 7 after the first safety pin is inserted into the second pin hole 16 and the first pin hole 15, so that the following clamping part 9 and the supporting part 7 move leftwards along with the travelling device.
In one embodiment, the supporting part 7 is further provided with a third bolt hole 17 parallel to the first bolt hole 15, the clamping part 9 is further provided with a fourth bolt hole 18 parallel to the third bolt hole 17, see fig. 2-16, the lifting device is used for driving the supporting part 7 to lift, the clamping part 9 is matched with the supporting part 7 for rotating the clamped wheel 10 from a rightward inclined position to an upright position, the fourth bolt hole 18 is coincident with the axis of the third bolt hole 17, and the fourth bolt hole 18 and the third bolt hole 17 are internally provided with a second safety pin, see fig. 15-16. When the clamped wheel 10 is rotated from the rightward inclined position to the upright position, the second safety pin is inserted into the fourth pin hole 18 and the third pin hole 17, and the clamping portion 9 is prevented from rotating relative to the supporting portion 7, so that the whole of the subsequent clamping portion 9 and supporting portion 7 is lifted up along with the lifting device, and the clamped wheel 10 is lifted up to the wheel 10 mounting station.
The trolley wheel disassembling method adopts the trolley wheel disassembling tool to disassemble, and comprises the following steps of:
Taking the wheel 10 at the right side of the bottom of the disassembly trolley as an example, lifting and moving away the pit cover plate at the right side below the trolley through a travelling crane, transversely moving away a detachable track on the right I-shaped steel beam 4, pressing the right part of the left pressing plate 11 at the top surface of the left part of the track beam 5 at the left part of the top surface of the lower flange of the I-shaped steel beam 4 at the right side below the trolley, pressing the left part of the right pressing plate 11 at the right part of the top surface of the lower flange of the I-shaped steel beam 4, fixing the right end of the track beam 5 at the right inner wall of the pit, arranging a plurality of travelling wheels 13 at the right part of the track beam 5 at the front side, and arranging a plurality of travelling wheels 13 at the right part of the track beam 5 at the rear side, as shown in fig. 2;
S2, driving the supporting platform 902 to rotate 180 degrees around the vertical axis of the turntable 6 along with the supporting part 7 by the clamping part 9, see fig. 3, holding the pressing handle 901 to rotate 45 degrees clockwise relative to the supporting part 7 by the rotating shaft 8, enabling the supporting platform 902 to rotate from a horizontal position to a left inclined position close to the right I-beam 4, inserting a first safety pin into the second pin hole 16 and the first pin hole 15 to prevent the clamping part 9 from rotating relative to the supporting part 7, see fig. 4, moving the walking device leftwards, enabling the supporting platform 902 to move to the top surface of the upper flange of the right I-beam 4, removing the first safety pin, see fig. 5, and manually lifting the lead screw 14 to drive the supporting part 7 to rise, wherein the clamping part 9 cooperates with the supporting part 7 to enable the supporting platform 902 to rotate from the left inclined position to the horizontal position, and the supporting platform 902 is placed on the top surface of the upper flange of the right I-beam 4, see fig. 6;
S3, detaching the wheel 10 at the right pit position of the bottom of the trolley onto a supporting platform 902 and clamping the wheel 10 through a clamping plate 904, as shown in fig. 7, manually lifting a screw 14 and driving a supporting part 7 to descend, enabling the clamping part 9 to be matched with the supporting part 7 to enable the wheel 10 to rotate from an upright position to a position inclined 45 degrees to the right, inserting a first safety pin into a second pin hole 16 and a first pin hole 15 to prevent the clamping part 9 from rotating relative to the supporting part 7, as shown in fig. 8, moving a walking device to the right, enabling the wheel 10 to leave a right I-beam 4, as shown in fig. 9, holding a pressing handle 901 to enable the clamping part 9 to rotate 45 degrees anticlockwise relative to the supporting part 7 through a rotating shaft 8, as shown in fig. 10, and enabling the clamping part 9 to rotate 180 degrees along with the supporting part 7 around a vertical axis of a turntable 6, enabling the wheel 10 to rotate from the position inclined 45 degrees to the right to an upright position far away from the right I-beam 4, as shown in fig. 11, and detaching and lifting the wheel 10 from the clamping part 9;
And S4, moving the trolley to enable other wheels 10 to be dismounted on the right side of the bottom of the trolley to move to the pit position on the right side of the bottom of the trolley, and repeating the operation steps S2 and S3 to realize the dismounting of the corresponding wheels 10.
The trolley wheel mounting method adopts the trolley wheel dismounting tool to mount, and comprises the following steps:
(1) Taking a wheel 10 on the right side of the bottom of a mounting trolley as an example, lifting and moving away a pit cover plate on the right side below the trolley by a travelling crane, transversely moving away a detachable track on a right I-shaped steel beam 4, pressing the right part of a left pressing plate 11 on the top surface of the left part of the track beam 5 on the left part of the top surface of a lower flange of the I-shaped steel beam 4 on the right side below the trolley, pressing the left part of the right pressing plate 11 on the right part of the top surface of the lower flange of the I-shaped steel beam 4, fixing the right end of the track beam 5 on the right inner wall of the pit, arranging a plurality of travelling wheels 13 on the front side on the right part of the track beam 5 on the front side, and arranging a plurality of travelling wheels 13 on the right part of the track beam 5 on the rear side, as shown in fig. 2;
(2) Lifting a new wheel 10 onto a supporting platform 902 and clamping the wheel 10 through a clamping plate 904, wherein the clamping part 9 drives the clamped wheel 10 to rotate 180 degrees along with the supporting part 7 around the vertical axis of the turntable 6, the supporting platform is shown in fig. 13, the clamping part 9 rotates 45 degrees clockwise relative to the supporting part 7 through a rotating shaft 8 by holding a pressing handle 901, the wheel 10 rotates from an upright position to a rightward inclined position close to the right I-beam 4, a first safety pin is inserted into a second pin hole 16 and a first pin hole 15 to prevent the clamping part 9 from rotating relative to the supporting part 7, the walking device is moved leftwards, the wheel 10 is moved onto the upper flange top surface of the right I-beam 4, the first safety pin is taken off, the supporting part 7 is driven to ascend by shaking a lifting screw 14, the clamping part 9 is matched with the supporting part 7 to rotate the wheel 10 from the rightward inclined position to the upright position, the supporting platform 902 is placed on the upper flange top surface of the right I-beam 4, the second safety pin is inserted into a fourth pin hole 18 and a third pin hole 17 to prevent the clamping part 9 from rotating relative to the supporting part 16, and the supporting part 7 is shown in fig. 16;
(3) The hand-operated lifting screw 14 drives the supporting part 7 to lift, the supporting part 7 drives the clamping part 9 to lift, the wheel 10 is lifted to a wheel 10 mounting station, the wheel 10 is fixed to a wheel 10 shaft at the right pit position of the bottom of the trolley through screws, the wheel 10 is detached from the clamping part 9, and then the lifting device, the travelling device, the clamping part 9 and the supporting part 7 are controlled, so that the trolley wheel dismounting tool is reset to the state of the step 1;
(4) And (3) moving the trolley to enable other wheels 10 on the right side of the bottom of the trolley to be axially moved to the pit position on the right side of the bottom of the trolley, repeating the operation steps (2) and (3) to realize the installation of the corresponding wheels 10, and after all the wheels 10 on the right side of the bottom of the trolley are installed, evacuating the trolley wheel dismounting tool.
When the trolley wheel dismounting tool is used for dismounting and mounting the left wheel 10 at the bottom of the trolley, the trolley wheel dismounting tool is only required to be turned over 180 degrees on the horizontal plane, the rail beam 5 is fixedly connected with the left I-shaped steel beam 4, and then corresponding operations are carried out according to the trolley wheel dismounting method and the trolley wheel mounting method.
