In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the direct exhaust equipment and the integrated stove which can change the direction left and right without disassembling an exhaust pipe during the direction change and are simple to operate.
The invention relates to an in-line exhaust device which is characterized by comprising an air duct structure and a smoking fan arranged in the air duct structure;
 The air duct structure comprises an air duct box body and an air duct cover plate, wherein the upper part of the air duct box body is provided with an opening, and the bottoms of the left side and the right side of the air duct box body are respectively provided with an outlet for the exhaust pipe to extend outwards, namely a first outlet and a second outlet;
 The smoke sucking fan comprises a motor, an impeller, a volute, an air duct partition plate and an exhaust pipe, wherein the motor and the impeller are arranged in the volute, an output shaft of the motor is connected with the impeller, the volute is provided with two air inlets and an air outlet which is in a horizontal direction, an adapter flange is assembled at the end part of the air outlet, the volute is detachably arranged in the air duct box body through the air duct partition plate, the air inlets and the air outlets are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the air duct partition plate, one end of the exhaust pipe is connected with the adapter flange through a pipe hoop, and the other end of the exhaust pipe extends out of one outlet of the air duct box body.
Preferably, the air duct box is a semi-closed hollow box surrounded by a front baffle, a rear baffle, a left baffle, a right baffle and a bottom plate, and the bottoms of the left baffle and the right baffle are respectively provided with a second outlet and a first outlet.
Preferably, the two outlets are horizontally coaxial, i.e. the first outlet and the second outlet are both in a horizontal position and respectively face to the left and the right.
More preferably, both said outlets are horizontally coaxial, i.e. the first outlet and the second outlet are horizontally coaxial, which may facilitate commutation.
Preferably, the bottom plate and the bottom of the volute (23) are provided with oil drain holes. More preferably, the bottom plate at the oil drain hole is slightly inclined downwards, so that the oil dirt accumulated in the air duct box body can be conveniently cleaned.
Preferably, the volute is provided with two air inlets and an air outlet, the two air inlets are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the volute, the direction of the air outlet is horizontal, and the end part of the air outlet is provided with the adapter flange.
Preferably, the air duct partition board is arranged around the volute casing in a surrounding mode, the inner cavity of the air duct box body is divided into a smoke suction cavity and a smoke discharge cavity which are arranged up and down, the volute casing is arranged in the air duct box body through the air duct partition board, and the air inlet and the air outlet are respectively located in the smoke suction cavity and the smoke discharge cavity.
Preferably, the air duct partition plate is of an inverted-Chinese-character-ji-shaped structure and is provided with a volute mounting hole, the smoking fan is inserted into the volute mounting hole and fixedly connected with the air duct partition plate in a welding or screw fastening mode, and the circumferential outer edge of the air duct partition plate is detachably connected with the inner wall of the air duct box body.
Preferably, the outer edge of the air duct partition plate is provided with an upward folded edge.
In the direct exhaust type exhaust equipment, a spiral case, an air duct partition plate, an exhaust pipe and an adapter flange are made into an integral smoking fan, and the integral smoking fan is subjected to 180-degree rotation reversing when the left and right reversing is needed.
The integrated kitchen range is characterized by comprising the in-line exhaust equipment, wherein an exhaust pipe of the in-line exhaust equipment is connected into a public flue, and a smoke cavity inserting port is connected with an air suction port of the integrated kitchen range.
When the integrated kitchen is in a factory default state, the smoke suction fan is vertically placed in the air duct box body through the opening at the top of the air duct structure, then the air duct partition plate is fixedly connected with the air duct box body through screws, the inner cavity of the air duct box body is divided into a smoke suction cavity and a smoke discharge cavity which are arranged from top to bottom through the air duct partition plate, at the moment, the exhaust pipe is positioned at the lower layer of the air duct partition plate, and under the action of negative pressure suction generated by the smoke suction fan, the smoke discharge cavity below the air duct partition plate basically has no smoke penetration condition, so that the left outlet and the right outlet (the first outlet and the second outlet) positioned at the lower layer of the air duct partition plate can be treated in a non-tight sealing mode. When the integrated kitchen is installed, after the whole kitchen is pushed into the gap of the kitchen cabinet, the exhaust pipe can be pulled out from the first outlet on the side face of the air duct box body, so that the integrated kitchen is connected with the public flue.
When the user needs to change the air exhaust direction on site, the air duct cover plate at the upper part of the air duct box body can be opened, the screw fixing the smoking fan and the air duct structure 1 is disassembled from top to bottom, the whole smoking fan (components such as a motor, an impeller, a volute, an air duct partition plate, an exhaust pipe and the like) is taken out from the air duct box body, and after the smoke suction fan rotates 180 degrees, the smoke suction fan is put into the inner cavity of the air duct box body again and fixed again, so that the change of the air duct in the 180-degree horizontal direction can be realized, and then the smoke suction fan is put into an air exhaust system of an integrated kitchen. When the integrated kitchen is installed, the exhaust pipe can be pulled out through the second outlet, and the exhaust pipe 3 is connected to the public flue.
In the reversing process, the exhaust pipe and related connecting parts are not required to be disassembled and assembled after being taken out or from the side face of the integrated kitchen range, so that the workload of reversing can be effectively reduced, and the good sealing performance of the connection of the exhaust pipe is ensured. And because the exhaust pipe is positioned at the lower layer of the air duct partition board, no oil smoke is basically permeated in the normal operation because of the operation of the smoking fan, so that the first outlet and the second outlet at two sides of the air duct structure do not need special sealing treatment.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the left and right direction change of exhaust can be realized on site, the exhaust pipe is not required to be disassembled during the direction change, the side without exhaust is not required to be sealed, and the direction change operation is effectively simplified.

 The smoke sucking fan 2 comprises a motor 21, an impeller 22, a volute 23, an air duct baffle 24 and an exhaust pipe 26, wherein the motor 21 and the impeller 22 are arranged in the volute 23, an output shaft of the motor 21 is connected with the impeller 22, the volute 23 is provided with two air inlets and an air outlet, the two air inlets are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the volute 23 so as to keep the suction force unchanged after reversing, the direction of the air outlet of the volute 23 is horizontal, an adapter flange 25 is assembled at the end part of the air outlet, the volute 23 is detachably arranged in an air duct box 11 through the air duct baffle 24, the air inlets and the air outlets are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the air duct baffle 24, one end of the exhaust pipe 26 is connected with the adapter flange 25 through a pipe hoop, and the other end of the exhaust pipe extends out of one outlet of the air duct box 11.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air duct box 11 is a semi-enclosed hollow box surrounded by a front baffle 111, a rear baffle 112, a left baffle 113, a right baffle 114, and a bottom plate 118, the bottom of the left baffle 113 is provided with a second outlet 100b, and the bottom of the right baffle 114 is provided with a first outlet 100a.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the front baffle 111, the rear baffle 112, the left baffle 113, the right baffle 114, and the bottom plate 11 are sheet metal parts, and may be fixed into a semi-closed hollow box by welding, riveting, etc., the box is large at the top and small at the bottom, and the top opening of the box may be used for vertically placing and taking out the smoking fan 2, so as to facilitate reversing.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the front and rear baffles 111, 112 are parallel to each other, the lower portions of the left and right baffles 113, 114 are parallel and opposite, the upper portions are inclined outwardly, and the lower portions of the left and right baffles 113, 114 are provided with the second and first outlets 100b, 100a.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first outlet 100a and the second outlet 100b are both in horizontal positions and respectively face to the left and right sides (and may be horizontally and coaxially) and may be coaxially installed with the air outlet of the volute 23 and the exhaust duct 26, so that the flue gas exhausted from the volute 23 is directly exhausted into the public flue through the horizontal air outlet of the exhaust duct 26, and the bending of the exhaust duct 26 is avoided to form a folding angle, so as to avoid the influence on wind resistance, noise, etc. of the flue gas exhaust channel.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the duct cover 12 is a rectangular plate, which can completely cover the opening 101 of the duct box 11, or can partially cover the opening 101 of the duct box 11. If the opening 101 of the air duct box 11 is completely covered, the smoke cavity insertion opening 12 can be arranged on the air duct cover plate 12, and if the air duct cover plate 12 covers part of the area of the opening 101, the uncovered area of the opening 101 forms the smoke cavity insertion opening 121, and the two modes can be adjusted according to the actual installation requirement.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the exhaust duct 26 is typically a telescopic aluminum foil tube, and may be fastened to the adapter flange 25 by means of a pipe collar, and the exhaust duct 26 is disposed substantially axially along the air outlet of the volute 23 to ensure horizontal air outlet.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bottom plate 118 and the bottom of the volute 23 are provided with oil drain holes 117, and the oil drain holes 117 are provided with plugs, and the plugs are opened when needed and accumulated at the bottom of the air duct box 11.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air duct partition 24 is disposed around the scroll casing 23, and divides the inner cavity of the air duct box 11 into a smoking cavity 115 and a smoke discharging cavity 116, and the air inlet and the air outlet are respectively located on the upper side and the lower side of the air duct partition 24, that is, the air inlet and the air outlet are respectively located in the smoking cavity and the smoke discharging cavity.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air duct partition 24 has an inverted "n" shape or a "n" like structure, the air duct partition 24 has a volute mounting hole, the volute 23 is inserted into the volute mounting hole and is located at a position centered in the front-rear direction of the air duct partition, the volute 23 is fixedly connected with the air duct partition 24, and the circumferential outer edge of the air duct partition 24 is detachably connected with the inner wall of the air duct box 11.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the air duct partition 24 has an inverted "n" shape structure or a "n" shape structure with the left and right ends thereof being horizontal and the middle thereof being depressed, and the horizontal ends of the air duct partition 24 are flush.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the enclosed pattern enclosed by the projection of the outer edge of the air duct partition 24 in the horizontal direction is rectangular and can be attached to the inner wall of the air duct box 11.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the volute 23 is fixed to the air duct partition 24 and the adapter flange 25 by welding or screw fastening.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer edge of the air duct partition 24 is provided with a folded-up edge 241.
An integrated kitchen comprises the in-line exhaust equipment, an exhaust pipe 26 of the in-line exhaust equipment is connected into a public flue, and a smoke cavity inserting port 121 is connected with an air suction port of the integrated kitchen.
In the factory default state of the integrated kitchen, the smoke suction fan 2 is vertically placed into the air duct box 11 through the opening 101 at the top of the air duct structure 1, then the air duct partition plate 24 is fixedly connected with the air duct box 11 through screws, the inner cavity of the air duct box 11 is divided into a smoke suction cavity and a smoke discharge cavity which are distributed from top to bottom through the air duct partition plate 24, at the moment, the exhaust pipe 26 is positioned at the lower layer of the air duct partition plate 24, and under the action of negative pressure suction generated by the smoke suction fan 2, the smoke discharge cavity below the air duct partition plate 24 basically has no smoke penetration condition, so that the left outlet and the right outlet (the first outlet 100a and the second outlet 100 b) positioned at the lower layer of the air duct partition plate 24 can be processed in a non-tight sealing mode. When the integrated kitchen is installed, after the whole kitchen is pushed into the gap of the kitchen cabinet, the exhaust pipe 26 can be pulled out from the first outlet 100a on the side surface of the air duct box 11, so that the connection between the integrated kitchen and the public flue is realized.
When the user needs to change the air exhaust direction on site, the air duct cover plate 12 at the upper part of the air duct box 11 can be opened, the screw fixing the smoking fan 2 and the air duct structure 1 is disassembled from top to bottom, the whole smoking fan 2 (the motor 21, the impeller 22, the volute 23, the air duct partition plate 24, the exhaust pipe 26 and other components) is taken out from the air duct box 11, and after rotating for 180 degrees, the smoke is put into the inner cavity of the air duct box 11 again and is fixed again, so that the 180-degree horizontal direction change of the exhaust pipe can be realized, and then the smoke is put into an exhaust system of an integrated kitchen. When the integrated kitchen range is installed, the exhaust pipe 3 can be pulled out through the second outlet 100b, and the exhaust pipe 3 is connected to the public flue.
In the reversing process, the exhaust pipe 3 and related connecting parts are not required to be removed or disassembled from the side face of the integrated kitchen range, so that the workload of reversing can be effectively reduced, and the good sealing performance of the connection of the exhaust pipe 3 is ensured. And because the exhaust pipe 3 is positioned at the lower layer of the air duct partition plate 24, no oil smoke is basically permeated in the normal operation of the smoke suction fan 2, and the first outlet 100a and the second outlet 100b at two sides of the air duct structure 1 do not need to be subjected to special sealing treatment.
