The device for packaging IXPE punching and aluminum laminating films as claimed in claim 9, wherein two number six mounting holes are formed in one end of each of the two processing support plates (2), a first winding frame (3) and a second winding frame (4) are connected to the two number six mounting holes through bearings, one end of each of the two processing support plates (2) is fixedly connected with the same heater (5), nut sleeves (715) are fixedly connected to both sides of each of the two support circular seats (714), screws (716) are connected to the insides of the nut sleeves (715) through threads, one end of each of the two fixed seats (710) is fixedly connected with the same sliding plate (712), one end of each of the sliding plates (712) is fixedly connected with a packing box (711), one end of each of the L plates (6) is fixedly connected with a mounting seat (705), one end of each of the mounting seats (705) is fixedly connected with a lead screw motor (706), and one end of each of the moving plates (703) is fixedly connected with two limit circular rods (708).
