If the urine of the patient needs to be sampled, the vacuum sampling tube is only required to be inserted into the funnel-shaped fixing structure 10, and the urine in themetering box 5 can be automatically sucked into the vacuum sampling tube through thesampling tube 12 and theliquid taking needle 101. After collection is finished, the vacuum sampling tube is pulled out, the sealingrubber sleeve 102 can seal and protect theliquid taking needle 101, so that urine cannot overflow, and then a sampling person and an inspection person can collect fresh urine of a patient safely and quickly to inspect, the phenomena of urine leakage, splashing and the like cannot occur in the whole process, the sampling person and the inspection person are prevented from being infected, and particularly when the patient has infectious diseases, the effect of the invention is particularly outstanding.
