Background
Various public infrastructure constructions matched with urban life such as common urban roads, bridges, subways, squares, greening, illumination and the like belong to municipal engineering. Municipal engineering is a generic term for various buildings, structures, equipment, etc. that provide paid or gratuitous public products and services in town areas. In some municipal construction projects, due to the fact that a construction site is high, workers cannot directly construct the construction project, and therefore construction operations are generally carried out by means of lifting equipment with a supporting platform.
The supporting platform matched with the existing engineering construction lifting equipment is usually of a hurdle type structure, a hydraulic arm of the lifting equipment is connected with the supporting platform, and the actual height and the angle of the supporting platform are adjusted by workers in a cab. However, most of the hurdle type supporting platforms are connected with the hydraulic arm through the connecting seat, due to the lack of the buffer structure, the connection reliability of the supporting platform, the connecting seat and the hydraulic arm can be affected when a worker walks on the supporting platform, the service life of the hydraulic arm and the construction safety can be affected, secondly, the existing supporting platforms cannot be finely adjusted after being sent to a certain position by the hydraulic arm, and once the situation of insufficient height occurs, either repeated adjustment of lifting equipment is needed, or the worker is required to operate under the original condition, and a certain construction difficulty exists.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems of the safety protection support platform, the invention provides the safety protection support platform for engineering construction, which has reasonable design, higher safety, buffer function, contribution to reducing construction difficulty and higher utilization rate.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the safety protection support platform for engineering construction comprises a connecting seat, a hurdle is arranged at the top of the connecting seat, the hurdle comprises a base, a fixed protective guard distributed around the periphery of the base is arranged on the base, an adjusting protective guard which is movably matched with the fixed protective guard up and down is arranged on the fixed protective guard, the adjusting protective guard comprises a plurality of coamings, a combined rod is arranged below the coamings, at least one overturning handrail component is rotatably arranged on the combined rod, the overturning handrail component comprises a first bolt which is used for being in threaded connection with the coamings, the base comprises a solid part positioned in the middle of the bottom of the base, grid parts are arranged on two sides of the solid part, a five-point type buffer is arranged below the base, the five-point buffer comprises an X-shaped plate, a center hole matched with the connecting seat is arranged at the center of the X-shaped plate, a buffer spring is arranged above the center hole, four sides of the X-shaped plate are in a zigzag shape and extend to the corner position close to the grid, a plurality of counter-sunk bearing plates are arranged on the four ends, a plurality of counter-bearing plates are sequentially arranged on the base, and the counter-bearing plates are sequentially arranged on the top surfaces of the counter-bearing plates are sequentially.
Preferably, the fixed guard rail comprises a plurality of hollow lower side columns, the adjustable guard rail comprises upper side columns which are inserted with the lower side columns one by one, second bolts used for connecting the lower side columns with the upper side columns are arranged on the lower side columns, two side plates which are distributed at 90 degrees are arranged on the side surfaces of the upper side columns, and the side plates are connected with the coamings through third bolts.

Preferably, the overturning handrail component comprises a movable sleeve, a groove-shaped plate hoop is arranged on the movable sleeve, a notch of the plate hoop is matched with the coaming, a T-shaped handrail is arranged on the plate hoop, a first bolt is arranged on the plate hoop, clearance-changing openings are formed in positions, close to two ends of the movable sleeve, and a locking head in threaded connection with the combined rod and the movable sleeve simultaneously is arranged on the combined rod.
Preferably, the support spring comprises a disc-shaped sheet, a support body is arranged at the bottom of the disc-shaped sheet and matched with the counter bore, a clamping connector is arranged at the bottom of the support body and matched with the end part of the X-shaped plate in a clamping manner.
Preferably, the bearing plate is made of plastic materials, and a plurality of structure holes penetrating through the bearing plate from front to back are formed in the bearing plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

The safety protection supporting platform for engineering construction can improve connection reliability of a hurdle, a connecting seat and a hydraulic arm of lifting equipment by utilizing a five-point buffer, the hurdle can be adjusted in height by adopting a combination of a fixed protective railing and an adjusting protective railing, meanwhile, a safety handrail is provided for construction workers by a turnover handrail component, so that the utilization rate of the device and the safety of construction are improved, and the practical construction height inside the device can be finely adjusted by utilizing a plurality of detachable bearing plates to stack and insert so as to obtain more proper construction height. The device has reasonable design, higher safety, buffer function, higher utilization rate and suitability for large-scale popularization, and is favorable for reducing construction difficulty.

The five stress nodes of the five-point buffer 4 obtain pressure from the grating plate and the bearing plate 5, and can effectively absorb and release potential energy under the action of the buffer spring 42 and the supporting spring 44, especially under the condition that a worker has a walking requirement on the device, so that the device can keep better balance under the stimulation of an unstable factor, and meanwhile, the connection reliability of the hurdle 2, the connecting seat 1 and the hydraulic arm of the lifting device can be improved.
In order to improve the combination performance of the hurdle 2, the fixed guard rail 22 provided by the invention comprises a plurality of hollow lower side columns 221, the adjusting guard rail 23 comprises upper side columns 233 which are inserted with the lower side columns 221 one by one, the lower side columns 221 are provided with second bolts for connecting the lower side columns 221 and the upper side columns 233, the side surfaces of the upper side columns 233 are provided with two side plates 234 distributed at 90 degrees, and the side plates 234 are connected with the coaming 231 through third bolts. The second bolt may be connected to the upper side column 233 in a penetrating manner, or may be penetrated from the outside of the lower side column 221 in a contact manner to contact the outside of the upper side column 233. At least two threaded holes are provided in the side plate 234 to mount a third bolt to connect the shroud 231 and the combination post 232. The actual protective range of the entire hurdle 2 can be changed by changing the actual mating depth of the upper leg 233 and the lower leg 221. It should be noted that, the fixed guard rail 22 includes, in addition to the lower side post 221, side plates and other rail members connecting adjacent lower side posts 221, to improve the safety level,
In order to facilitate assembly of the combination rod 232 and adjust the actual length thereof, the combination rod 232 provided by the invention adopts a sectional combination design, for example, the combination rod comprises two connecting rods 2321, a sleeve 2322 in threaded connection with the connecting rods 2321 is arranged between the connecting rods 2321, the sleeve 2322 is used as a connecting piece of the two connecting rods 2321, meanwhile, an end plate 2323 is arranged at the end part of the connecting rod 2321, and the end plate 2323 is connected with the side plate 234 and the coaming 231 through a third bolt. The end plates 2323 are welded or otherwise fixedly connected to the ends of the connecting rods 2321, and the overturn armrest assembly 3 can be assembled to the connecting rods 2321 from the fracture before the assembly of the combination rod 232, and the two connecting rods 2321 are connected by the sleeve 2322.
In order to improve the structural stability of the adjusting guard rail 23, the coaming 231 provided by the invention is a slot plate with a downward opening, and the side plate 234 and the end plate 2323 are arranged on the inner sides thereof. The side plates 234 and the end plates 2323 are assembled on the inner side of the groove plates in a surrounding mode, one supporting surface is added to the groove plates compared with a single plate structure, the number of connecting nodes after the groove plates are connected with the side plates 234 and the end plates 2323 is increased, and the top surfaces of the groove plates serve as handrails, so that the handrails are more convenient to hold. Meanwhile, the coaming 231 is designed into a groove plate structure, which is beneficial to improving the connection reliability with the overturning handrail assembly 3.
In order to improve the use safety of the overturning handrail assembly 3, the overturning handrail assembly 3 provided by the invention comprises a movable sleeve 32, wherein a groove-shaped plate hoop 33 is arranged on the movable sleeve 32, a notch of the plate hoop 33 is matched with a coaming 231, a T-shaped handrail 34 is arranged on the plate hoop 33, a first bolt 31 is arranged on the plate hoop 33, clearance changing openings are arranged at positions, close to two ends, of the movable sleeve 32, and a locking head 35 which is in threaded connection with a combined rod 232 and the movable sleeve 32 at the same time is arranged on a combined rod 232. Wherein, the notch of board hoop 33 can be embraced on bounding wall 231, and the contact surface is two at least, and the supporting effect is better and the deformation resistance ability is stronger, so the safety in utilization is higher. Further, the diameter of the clearance-changing opening can be directly changed by adjusting the matching depth of the locking head 35 on the combination rod 232 and the movable sleeve 32, so that the actual diameter of the movable sleeve 32 is also changed, namely the combination rod 232 can be clamped without overturning, and the axial position of the overturning handrail component 3 component on the combination rod 232 can not be freely shifted due to the fact that the locking sleeve is simultaneously in threaded connection with the combination rod 232 and the movable sleeve 32.
In order to improve the utilization rate of the supporting spring 44, the supporting spring 44 provided by the invention comprises a disc-shaped sheet 441, wherein a supporting body 442 is arranged at the bottom of the disc-shaped sheet 441, the supporting body 442 is matched with the counter bore 43, a clamping joint 443 is arranged at the bottom of the supporting body 442, and the clamping joint 443 is clamped and matched with the end part of the X-shaped plate 41. The bottom surface of the clamping joint 443 is an inverted conical surface so as to penetrate into the counter bore 43, the supporting spring 44 is inserted into the counter bore 43 from outside to inside until the clamping joint 443 is clamped on the other side of the counter bore 43, the radial stability of the supporting spring 44 is ensured by the supporting body 442, and the pressure from the grid part 212 and the bearing plate 5 is borne by the disc-shaped sheet 441.
In order to improve the safety of the device, the bearing plate 5 provided by the invention is made of plastic materials, and a plurality of structure holes 53 penetrating front and back are arranged in the bearing plate 5. The bearing plate 5 is light in weight and can be folded and inserted after being directly detached by a single person on site, so that the actual working height of the bearing plate on the inner side of the device is adjusted. The splicing design of the dovetail groove and the dovetail bulge can improve the integration and stability of different bearing plates after stacking and splicing.
