The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a mattress system for preventing pressure injury of skin of a patient and a pressure regulating method.
Background
Skin pressure injuries are common in hospitalized patients and are statistically: (i) prevalence of stress injury was 12.8%; (ii) an incidence of 5.4/10000; (iii) The incidence of hospital-acquired stress injuries in adult hospitalized patients worldwide is 8.5%. The part with pressure injury is closely related to the lying position of the patient, and pressure sores are usually found on the occiput, scapula, elbow, spinal protuberance, sacral caudal region and heel when the patient lies on the back; pressure sores are usually seen on the ears, shoulders, elbows, hips, inner and outer sides of knee joints, and inner and outer ankles when a patient lies on the side; pressure sores are common on the forehead, cheeks, shoulders, female breasts, male genitalia, iliac crest, knees, toes when the patient is lying on his stomach.
Because the contact pressure of patient's skin and mattress can't be adjusted to current sick bed mattress, skin part bears higher pressure for a long time, causes the pressure nature damage easily, consequently current mattress can't reduce or avoid the problem of patient's skin pressure nature damage.
For the patient who is ventilated in the prone position, the patient with various pipelines such as a tracheal catheter, various drainage tubes, a central and peripheral arteriovenous catheter, an infusion tube and the like inserted in the body is pressed below the body, a common sickbed mattress cannot avoid the pipelines, and the pipelines are contacted with the skin for a long time, so that the pressure injury of the skin of the patient can be easily caused.
Although some nursing mattresses for preventing the pressure injury of the skin of a patient appear in the prior art, such as a nursing mattress for preventing pressure sore by ventilating in the prone position of a severe patient disclosed in the application number 2021205983480, the mattress is provided with a plurality of air bags corresponding to different areas of the body, the body of the patient is supported by the air bags, and the technology enables the patient to obtain a comfortable prone position by lifting the air bags at different positions so as to avoid pressure injury. However, the nursing mattress still has the following problems:
1. the nursing mattress still can't adjust the contact pressure with patient's skin voluntarily, and skin part bears higher pressure for a long time, causes pressure nature damage easily.
2. The position of the insertion tube is different on different patients, and the air bag of the nursing mattress is difficult to avoid the pipeline on the patients.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a mattress system and a pressure regulating method for preventing skin pressure damage, so as to solve the technical problems that a sickbed mattress in the prior art cannot automatically regulate the contact pressure with the skin of a patient, and the skin of the patient is locally subjected to a higher pressure for a long time, which is easy to cause pressure damage; and the technical problems that the sickbed mattress in the prior art can not avoid the pipeline on the body of the patient when the patient is ventilated in the prone position, and the skin is in contact with the pipeline to easily cause pressure damage are solved.
The mattress system for preventing skin pressure injury comprises a rectangular base plate, wherein a flexible mattress body consisting of cushion block units is arranged on the rectangular base plate, and each cushion block unit comprises a rectangular air bag connected to the rectangular base plate, a rectangular latex cushion arranged on the top surface of the rectangular air bag, a flexible film pressure sensor arranged between the top surface of the rectangular air bag and the rectangular latex cushion, and an air pipe joint connected to the bottom surface of the rectangular air bag; the cushion block units are uniformly arranged in a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns along the width direction and the length direction of the rectangular cushion plate;
the mattress system for preventing the skin pressure injury also comprises an air pressure control device, wherein the air pressure control device comprises an air pump, an inflation main pipe connected with an air outlet of the air pump, a plurality of primary inflation branch pipes connected with the inflation main pipe and a plurality of secondary inflation branch pipes arranged on the primary inflation branch pipes, the outlet end of each secondary inflation branch pipe is connected with an air pipe joint on the bottom surface of the rectangular air bag, electromagnetic valves for controlling air to flow into and out of the rectangular air bag are arranged on the secondary inflation branch pipes, and safety relief valves are arranged on the primary inflation branch pipes; the air pressure control device also comprises a PLC, wherein signal input ports of the PLC are respectively in communication connection with the flexible film pressure sensors, and signal output ports of the PLC are respectively in communication connection with signal input ends of the electromagnetic valves; the air pressure control device also comprises a display connected with the PLC; the rectangular base plate is also provided with a through hole for the secondary inflatable branch pipe and a lead of the flexible film pressure sensor to pass through.
Furthermore, a headrest is arranged on the rectangular base plate, an air hole is formed in the middle of the headrest, and a through hole which is opposite to the air hole in the middle of the headrest is formed in the rectangular base plate.
Furthermore, each primary inflation branch pipe is connected with each cushion block unit in the same column through the secondary inflation branch pipe on the primary inflation branch pipe.
The invention relates to a pressure regulating method of a mattress system for preventing skin pressure injury, which comprises the following steps:
1) Starting the air pump, and controlling the electromagnetic valve to be communicated with the secondary inflation branch pipe and the rectangular air bags by the PLC so as to enable the air flow to be inflated into the rectangular air bags of each cushion block unit;
2) After a patient lies on the flexible cushion body, finding out a cushion block unit corresponding to a pipeline on the body of the patient, and then controlling an electromagnetic valve of the cushion block unit contacted with the pipeline on the body of the patient to be in an exhaust state permanently through a PLC (programmable logic controller) so as to prevent the pipeline on the body of the patient from being contacted with the skin of the patient;
3) The PLC sequentially processes detection signals sent by the film pressure sensors according to the address sequence of the flexible film pressure sensors and sends current pressure values measured by the flexible film pressure sensors to the display to be displayed;
4) Each column of cushion block units is used as a pressure regulating object, and the pressure regulating object does not comprise cushion block units with electromagnetic valves in exhaust states permanently; the width direction of the rectangular base plate is taken as the left-right direction, and the PLC controls each pressure regulating object to sequentially and circularly control air bleeding and air charging according to the sequence from left to right or from right to left; when the air is discharged, when the pressure value detected by the flexible film pressure sensor reaches a set low-pressure standard value, the PLC controls the electromagnetic valve of the cushion block unit corresponding to the flexible film pressure sensor to act so as to enable the rectangular air bag of the cushion block unit to stop exhausting; when the flexible film pressure sensor is inflated, when the pressure value detected by the flexible film pressure sensor is lower than a set high-pressure standard value, the PLC controls the electromagnetic valve of the cushion block unit corresponding to the flexible film pressure sensor to act so as to stop the inflation of the rectangular air bag of the cushion block unit.
Further, in the step 4), the display displays the pressure value detected by each flexible film pressure sensor in the form of an electronic table, each cell in the electronic table correspondingly displays the detection value of one flexible film pressure sensor, and the arrangement mode of the cells in the electronic table is the same as that of the cushion block cells.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the mattress system and the pressure regulating method for preventing skin pressure damage can actively regulate the contact pressure of each cushion block unit and the skin, so that each part of the skin is not in a high-pressure state for a long time, and the technical problem of skin pressure damage can be effectively solved.
2. The mattress system for preventing skin pressure injury and the pressure regulating method can adapt to patients of different body types and ages and have good universality.
The mattress system for preventing skin pressure damage and the pressure regulating method can effectively avoid various pipelines on a patient, and particularly can better avoid the problem of skin pressure damage of the patient caused by the pipelines aiming at the prone position patient with more pipelines.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in the figure, the mattress system for preventing skin pressure injury in the embodiment comprises a rectangular base plate 1, a headrest 2 and a flexible cushion body composed ofcushion block units 3 are arranged on the rectangular base plate, air holes are formed in the middle of the headrest, and through holes 4 which are right opposite to the air holes in the middle of the headrest are formed in the rectangular base plate. The headrest in the embodiment is suitable for prone position patients; of course, in different embodiments, the pillow 2 can be replaced by a common pillow to better satisfy the use of the patient in the supine position or the lateral position.
The cushion block unit comprises arectangular air bag 31 connected to a rectangular cushion plate, arectangular latex pad 32 arranged on the top surface of the rectangular air bag, a flexiblefilm pressure sensor 33 arranged between the top surface of the rectangular air bag and the rectangular latex pad, and anair pipe joint 34 connected to the bottom surface of the rectangular air bag; the cushion block units are uniformly arranged in a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns along the width direction and the length direction of the rectangular cushion plate. In specific implementation, the rectangular air bag can be detachably connected to the rectangular base plate through the thread gluing, so that replacement and maintenance are facilitated.

In specific implementation, theelectromagnetic valve 9 may be a three-position four-way electromagnetic valve, a valve core of the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve is in a middle position and is used for maintaining pressure, and the other two valve core positions are respectively an inflation position and an exhaust position; of course, the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve can also be replaced by two electromagnetic switch valves, when both the two electromagnetic switch valves are closed, the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve is in an air pressure maintaining state, and when one electromagnetic switch valve is opened and the other electromagnetic switch valve is closed, the three-position four-way electromagnetic valve is in an inflation or deflation state. Asafety relief valve 10 is arranged on the first-stage inflation branch pipe, and the problem that the rectangular air bag is damaged due to overhigh inflation pressure can be solved due to the arrangement of the safety relief valve. The air pressure control device also comprises aPLC 11, wherein signal input ports of the PLC are respectively in communication connection with the flexible film pressure sensors, and signal output ports of the PLC are respectively in communication connection with signal input ends of the electromagnetic valves; the air pressure control device also comprises adisplay 12 connected with the PLC; the rectangular base plate is also provided with athrough hole 13 for the secondary inflation branch pipe and a lead of the flexible film pressure sensor to pass through. In specific implementation, the PLC and each flexible film pressure sensor and each electromagnetic valve may be in communication connection through a CAN bus, and in different implementations, the PLC and each flexible film pressure sensor and each electromagnetic valve may also adopt other communication connection modes.
In this embodiment, each primary inflation branch pipe is connected with each cushion block unit in the same column through the secondary inflation branch pipe above the primary inflation branch pipe.
The pressure regulating method of the mattress system for preventing skin pressure injury in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
1) Starting the air pump, and connecting the PLC control electromagnetic valve with the secondary inflating branch pipe and the rectangular air bag to enable the air flow to be filled into the rectangular air bag of each cushion block unit;
2) After a patient lies on the flexible cushion body, the specific patient can lie on the back, the prone position or the side, a cushion block unit corresponding to a pipeline on the body of the patient is found out, and then an electromagnetic valve of the cushion block unit which is in contact with the pipeline on the body of the patient is controlled to be in an exhaust state permanently through a PLC (programmable logic controller) so that the pipeline on the body of the patient is not in contact with the skin of the patient;
3) The PLC sequentially processes detection signals sent by the film pressure sensors according to the address sequence of the flexible film pressure sensors and sends current pressure values measured by the flexible film pressure sensors to the display to be displayed;
4) Each column of cushion block units is used as a pressure regulating object, and the pressure regulating object does not comprise cushion block units with electromagnetic valves in a permanent exhaust state; the width direction of the rectangular base plate is taken as the left-right direction, and the PLC controls each pressure regulating object to sequentially and circularly control air bleeding and air charging according to the sequence from left to right or from right to left; when the air is discharged, when the pressure value detected by the flexible film pressure sensor reaches a set low-pressure standard value, the PLC controls the electromagnetic valve of the cushion block unit corresponding to the flexible film pressure sensor to act so as to enable the rectangular air bag of the cushion block unit to stop exhausting; when the flexible film pressure sensor is inflated, when the pressure value detected by the flexible film pressure sensor is lower than a set high-pressure standard value, the PLC controls the electromagnetic valve of the cushion block unit corresponding to the flexible film pressure sensor to act so as to stop the inflation of the rectangular air bag of the cushion block unit. The high-pressure standard value and the low-pressure standard value can be determined according to clinical experience of medical staff.
The mattress system for preventing skin pressure damage and the pressure regulating method in the embodiment can adapt to different patients, can effectively avoid various pipelines on different patients, and can avoid the technical problem that the pipelines on the patients cause the skin pressure damage when the patients are ventilated in the prone position.
The mattress system and the pressure regulating method for preventing skin pressure injury in the above embodiments can actively regulate the contact pressure with the skin, so that each part of the skin is not in a high pressure state for a long time, and the technical problem of skin pressure injury can be effectively solved.
As an improvement to the pressure regulating method in the above embodiment, in step 4), the display displays the pressure values detected by the flexible film pressure sensors in the form of a spreadsheet, each cell in the spreadsheet correspondingly displays the detection value of one flexible film pressure sensor, and the arrangement of the cells in the spreadsheet is the same as the arrangement of the cushion units. After the patient lies on the flexible cushion body, not all cushion block units can be in contact with the body, so that cushion block units which are not in contact with the body are not pressed, the pressure value detected by the flexible film pressure sensor in the cushion block units is 0 or close to zero, when the PLC processes the signals of the flexible film pressure sensor, the pressure value of the flexible film pressure sensor is not displayed in the spreadsheet, the shape formed by the unit cells displaying the pressure value is obviously similar to the shape of the body, and the pressed condition of each part of the body can be visually seen through the shape formed by the unit cells displaying the pressure value.
