s5, keeping the diesel generator set to run for a certain time under test load, and monitoring the running condition of the diesel generator set in the test process;
s6, after the diesel generator set is kept to run for a certain time under the test load, all loads on the security PC section and the upper PC section are sequentially shut down according to the load capacity from large to small, and all the circuit breakers are disconnected.
Specifically, in the exemplary embodiment, the desired load is preferably 60% of the total load of the diesel-electric generator set, and the diesel-electric generator set is maintained to operate at the test load for at least 1h for the purpose of purging carbon and air from the diesel engine.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the method can optimize the operation mode of the diesel generator set, namely, when the diesel generator set is maintained, the load capacity of the diesel generator set is increased to more than 60% of the total capacity of the diesel generator set, so that the aim of removing carbon and air in the diesel engine is fulfilled, the problem that the carbon accumulation in the diesel engine is serious when the diesel generator set runs idle or under low load for a long time is effectively avoided, and the guarantee is provided for the safe operation of a thermal power plant; the single load capacity of the upper PC section is generally larger, and the capability of the diesel generator assembly with impact load can be tested under the accident conditions of power failure and the like of the security section by starting and unloading the loads one by one from large to small.
