The invention relates to a mechanism for winding a rope of a cable connected with a drilling tool monitoring device, in particular to a modularized rope winding mechanism.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of the requirements of modern construction on construction precision, construction efficiency, engineering quality and the like, the visual and intelligent degree requirements of the construction are increased day by day, the effect of real-time data at the front end of a drilling tool on the construction is highlighted, and a constructor can be effectively guided to carry out correct operation in real time and adjust construction parameters, so that the construction task can be completed efficiently and high-quality.
The existing mode for monitoring drilling data in real time realizes real-time transmission and monitoring of the drilling data at the front end of a drill bit by arranging signal circuits through a special channel, but on a concentric drilling tool, cable wiring and connection are complicated, the reliability is poor, the construction efficiency is influenced, and the method is not suitable for being applied to actual construction sites.
To this end, we propose a modular rope takeup mechanism.

Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a modularized rope retracting mechanism which overcomes the defects of the prior art, has reasonable design and compact structure, and solves the technical problems that the cable wiring and connection on a concentric drilling tool are complicated, the reliability is poor, the construction efficiency is influenced, and the modularized rope retracting mechanism is not suitable for being applied on an actual construction site.

a modularization rope winding mechanism comprises a cable, and is characterized in that: at least, the one end of cable is connected and is received the rope unit, receive the rope unit and include adjusting sleeve pipe, tensioning regulating part and elastic component, it is a pair of tensioning regulating part sets up parallelly in adjusting sleeve pipe and with adjusting sleeve pipe 'S lateral wall along adjusting sleeve pipe' S axis direction sliding fit, the elastic component drives a pair of tensioning regulating part through its elastic force and moves towards the direction of keeping away from each other, and the one end of cable self-interacting sleeve pipe stretches into, and the other end that passes through after a pair of tensioning regulating part with the S-shaped stretches out from the sheathed tube.
Furthermore, the elastic piece is provided with a pair of tensioning adjusting pieces and is respectively arranged on two sides of the pair of tensioning adjusting pieces, one end of the elastic piece is connected with the adjusting sleeve through a locking piece, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the adjacent tensioning adjusting piece through a U-shaped connecting piece.
Furthermore, the elastic element is a tension spring.
Further, a pair of the tensioning adjusting pieces are arranged in a staggered mode along the diameter direction of the adjusting sleeve.
Furthermore, two ends of the cable are respectively connected with a rope collecting unit.
Furthermore, the mechanism further comprises a limiting pipe, and the two rope winding units are fixedly arranged in the limiting pipe.
Furthermore, a first step surface is arranged in the limiting pipe, a first clamp spring groove is formed in the end portion of the limiting pipe, one end of the adjusting sleeve abuts against the first step surface, and the other end of the adjusting sleeve is limited through a first clamp spring arranged in the first clamp spring groove.
Preferably, the outer side wall of the adjusting sleeve is provided with a sealing ring in sealing fit with the limiting pipe.
Further, the end of the cable is provided with a joint, the end of the adjusting sleeve is provided with an end cover, and the end cover is provided with a limiting hole matched with the joint.
Furthermore, a second step surface is arranged in the adjusting sleeve, a second clamp spring groove is formed in the end portion of the adjusting sleeve, one end of the end cover abuts against the second step surface, and the other end of the end cover is limited through a second clamp spring arranged in the second clamp spring groove.

The invention provides a modularized rope winding mechanism, which has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The mechanism can adopt different transmission signal cables, the appearance is adaptive to drilling tools with different specifications, and the original drilling tool can be transformed and upgraded only by replacing a core tube in the original drilling tool, so that the real-time construction data transmission function of the drilling tool is realized;
(2) The mechanism is arranged in a modularized manner, the mechanism is integrally arranged in a core pipe inside the concentric drilling tool, then the end part of a cable is pulled out and then is connected with a monitoring device, and the wiring connection is convenient and quick;
(3) The cable of the mechanism is matched with the elastic piece to shrink inside the mechanism through the tensioning adjusting piece, on one hand, the cable can be prevented from being wound with the internal parts of a drilling system to be damaged, and on the other hand, the mechanism has telescopic allowance and can be effectively connected with a monitoring device.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Referring to the accompanying drawings 1-6, a modularization rope winding mechanism comprises a cable 1, two rope winding units are respectively connected to two ends of the cable 1 and are fixedly installed in a limitingpipe 10, each rope winding unit comprises an adjusting sleeve 2, a tensioning adjusting piece 3 and anelastic piece 4, the tensioning adjusting pieces 3 are arranged in the adjusting sleeve in parallel and are in sliding fit with the side wall of the adjusting sleeve 2 along the axis direction of the adjusting sleeve 2, theelastic pieces 4 drive the tensioning adjusting pieces 3 to move towards the direction far away from each other through the elastic force of the elastic pieces, one end of the cable 1 extends into the self-adjusting sleeve 2, and the other end of the self-adjusting sleeve 2 extends out after the cable bypasses the tensioning adjusting pieces 3 in an S shape. The modular rope winding mechanism of the embodiment is provided with two rope winding units aiming at the structural limitation and the stroke requirement of the existing drilling tool, the rope winding stroke requirement is long, the actual rope winding stroke (with the highest use frequency) is designed according to 50 percent of the limit stroke (which is equivalent to the safety factor), and the bending service life of a signal line is not influenced. If the rope winding device is applied to drilling tools with other specifications, the rope winding units can be increased or decreased according to actual requirements.
In this embodiment, theelastic member 4 is provided with a pair of elastic members and is respectively arranged at two sides of a pair of tensioning adjusting members 3, one end of eachelastic member 4 is connected with the adjusting sleeve 2 through a locking member, and the other end of eachelastic member 4 is connected with the adjacent tensioning adjusting member 3 through aU-shaped connecting member 5; wherein, the locking piece includes first locking piece and second locking piece, and 6 connection adjusting sleeve pipes are passed through to the one end of theelastic component 4 of one side, and first locking piece is roundpin axle 6, and the both ends cartridge ofround pin axle 6 is fixed in the shaft hole 2a of 2 lateral walls of adjusting sleeve pipe, and the one end of theelastic component 4 of opposite side is passed through second locking piece and is connected adjusting sleeve pipe, the second locking piece is rectangular piece 7, rectangular piece 7 passes through bolt and adjusting sleeve pipe 2's end fixed connection. Specifically, theelastic part 4 is a tension spring, two ends of the tension spring are respectively provided with a hook 4a, the hook 4a at one end of the tension spring penetrates through a hook hole at the end part of theU-shaped connecting part 5, and the hook 4a at the other end of the tension spring is hooked on thepin shaft 6 or the bar block 7.
In this embodiment, the pair of tensioning adjusting parts 3 are arranged along the diameter direction of the adjusting sleeve in a staggered manner, each adjusting part 3 comprises asliding shaft 3a, apulley 3b sleeved on thesliding shaft 3a, and a bearing 3c arranged between thesliding shaft 3a and thepulley 3b, and friction applied to the cable during winding and unwinding is reduced through the arrangement of the pulley and the bearing. The lateral wall of adjusting sleeve 2 is equipped with and wears groove 2b with the direction of slidingshaft 3a complex, and through the setting of leading wearing groove 2b, the slip route to slidingshaft 3a is led and is injectd, and slidingshaft 3a passes and is connected withstopper 3d behind the leading wearing groove 2b, throughstopper 3 d's setting, prevents that slidingshaft 3a from breaking away from the guide way, improves the reliability of tensioning regulating part 3.
In this embodiment, a first step surface 10a is arranged in the limitingpipe 10, a first snap spring groove is arranged at an end of the limiting pipe, one end of the adjusting sleeve 2 abuts against the first step surface 10a, and the other end of the adjusting sleeve is limited by a first snap spring 11 arranged in the first snap spring groove, so that the adjusting sleeve 2 is fixedly arranged in the limitingpipe 10. And a sealingring 13 which is in sealing fit with the limiting pipe is arranged on the outer side wall of the adjusting sleeve 2.
In this embodiment, ajoint 9 is installed at the end of the cable 1, the cable 1 is connected with an external circuit through thejoint 9, an end cover 8 is arranged at the end of the adjusting sleeve 2, the end cover 8 is provided with a limiting hole matched with thejoint 9, and the head of the cable 1 is prevented from retracting into the adjusting sleeve 2 through the matching of thejoint 9 and the limiting hole of the end cover. The adjusting sleeve 2 is internally provided with a second step surface 2c, the end part of the adjusting sleeve is provided with a second clamp spring groove, one end of the end cover 8 is abutted against the second step surface 2c, and the other end of the end cover is limited by asecond clamp spring 12 arranged in the second clamp spring groove, so that the end cover 8 is fixedly arranged in the adjusting sleeve 2.
The modularized rope-receiving mechanism is installed in thesecond drill rod 14b, thejoint 9 is specifically a female joint, the end of thesecond drill rod 14b is provided with a second connectingsleeve 15b, the interior of thesecond drill rod 14b is provided with asecond sealing sleeve 16b, the interior of thesecond drill rod 14b is provided with a limiting pipe, thesecond sealing sleeve 16b is installed, thefirst drill rod 14a and thesecond drill rod 14b are in threaded connection through the first connectingsleeve 15a and the second connectingsleeve 15b at the end, thesecond sealing sleeve 16b is inserted into the first sealing sleeve 16a, and the connecting area of themale joint 9b and thejoint 9 is further sealed. In fig. 8, theupper connector 9 is disengaged from themale connector 9b, and thelower connector 9 is inserted into themale connector 9 b.
