Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a detection device for testing the strength of medical equipment, which has the advantage of high detection efficiency of the compressive strength of the connecting part of a scalpel aiming at a plurality of blades of different types, and solves the technical problems in the prior art.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme to realize the purpose: a detection device for testing the strength of medical instruments comprises a base and a scalpel with detection strength, wherein the scalpel is composed of a scalpel handle and a scalpel blade, the scalpel handle and the scalpel blade are clamped and fixed, a plurality of limiting sliding blocks located on one side of the scalpel handle are arranged at the top of the base, the limiting sliding blocks limit the horizontal movement of the scalpel handle, the number of the limiting sliding blocks is not less than two, a pressure measuring shaft far away from one side of the limiting sliding blocks is arranged above the base, longitudinal detection hydraulic cylinders for pushing the pressure measuring shaft to move upwards are arranged on two sides of the base, transverse detection hydraulic cylinders for pushing the pressure measuring shaft to move horizontally are arranged on the side faces of the base, and limiting pressing wheels in one-to-one correspondence with the limiting sliding blocks are arranged on the pressure measuring shaft, and one side fixed cover of spacing pinch roller is equipped with spacing fender wheel, the top of base is equipped with the U type slider that is located between spacing slider and the pressure measurement axle, the quantity of U type slider is the same and the one-to-one with the quantity of spacing pinch roller, spacing pinch roller is adjustable with the spacing value of U type slider, the inboard of U type slider is equipped with spacing pinch roller, one side fixed cover of spacing pinch roller is equipped with spacing fender wheel, spacing pinch roller is located the top that the handle of a knife is close to blade department, it is located the bottom that the handle of a knife department was kept away from to the blade to detect the riding wheel, and spacing fender wheel and the left and right sides that detects the pushing wheel and be located the scalpel.
Optionally, one side fixedly connected with fixing base at base top, set up the recess that cup joints with the stop block activity on the fixing base, and the inner bottom of recess is located the top of base, the recess that a plurality of equidistance were arranged is seted up to the first half of fixing base, stop block activity suit is in the recess, and stop block only horizontal migration in the recess, stop block's both sides and the laminating of the both sides inner wall of recess.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a detection device for testing the strength of medical instruments comprises a base 1, a scalpel formed by clamping ascalpel handle 21 and ablade 22, wherein a supporting block is arranged at the bottom of the base 1 and used for stably supporting the base 1 as a whole, afixed seat 2 is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the base 1, a plurality ofgrooves 12 are formed in the upper half portion of thefixed seat 2 and arranged at equal intervals, the number of thegrooves 12 is not less than two, alimiting slider 3 is movably sleeved in eachgroove 12, referring to fig. 2, thelimiting slider 3 only moves horizontally in thegrooves 12, two sides of thelimiting slider 3 are attached to inner walls of two sides of eachgroove 12, the problem that thelimiting slider 3 is easy to move is solved by utilizing the friction force of the two sides of the limitingslider 3 tightly attached to the inner walls of thegrooves 12, after the scalpel is placed on thegrooves 12, one end of thescalpel handle 21 away from theblade 22 is limited by thelimiting slider 3, and the knife handles 21 clamped by theblades 22 of different models are the same, please continue to refer to fig. 1, the left and right ends of the front surface of thefixed seat 2 are fixedly connected with theside plates 4, the bottoms of the twoside plates 4 are fixedly connected with the top of the base 1, thepressure measuring shaft 6 is movably sleeved between the twoside plates 4, the two ends of thepressure measuring shaft 6 respectively extend out of the outer sides of the twoside plates 4, the two sides of the bottom of the base 1 are respectively and fixedly provided with a longitudinal detectionhydraulic cylinder 7 positioned at the outer side of theside plates 4, the piston shafts of the two longitudinal detectionhydraulic cylinders 7 are respectively and movably sleeved with the two ends of thepressure measuring shaft 6, the piston shaft of one longitudinal detectionhydraulic cylinder 7 is fixedly sleeved with a drivenplate 8, the side surface of the drivenplate 8 is movably connected with the outer sides of theside plates 4, the drivenplate 8 is fixedly provided with a transverse detectionhydraulic cylinder 9, and the transverse detectionhydraulic cylinder 9 is horizontally arranged on the drivenplate 8, an output shaft of the transverse detectionhydraulic cylinder 9 is fixedly connected with one end of thepressure measuring shaft 6.
The front surface of thefixed seat 2 is fixedly connected with apartition plate 5 located between twoside plates 4, thepartition plate 5 is located above the base 1, thepartition plate 5 is located between every twogrooves 12 on thefixed seat 2, andU-shaped sliders 13 are movably sleeved between every twopartition plates 5 and between the twoside plates 4 and thepartition plate 5 respectively, as shown in fig. 2, the number of theU-shaped sliders 13 is the same as that of thegrooves 12, and theU-shaped sliders 13 are located on one side of thegrooves 12, and theU-shaped sliders 13 move horizontally and are fixed along thepartition plates 5, as shown in fig. 3-4, sliding grooves are respectively formed in two sides of theU-shaped sliders 13,positioning shafts 14 are movably sleeved in the two sliding grooves, the outer diameter value of thepositioning shafts 14 is the same as the inner groove width value of the sliding grooves, so that theU-shaped sliders 13 can move up and down along thepositioning shafts 14, movingsliders 18 are fixedly connected to two ends of thepositioning shafts 14,slide rails 17 are respectively formed in the inner sides of theside plates 4 and thepartition plates 5, and outer sides of the movingsliders 18 are movably sleeved with the inside of theslide rails 17, so that the U-shapedsliders 13, and theslide rails 17 can move horizontally move integrally along theslide rails 13, and themoving sliders 18.
Referring to fig. 5, the two sides of the U-shapedslider 13 are elastic bodies, the bottoms of the two sides of the U-shapedslider 13 are designed to be inclined surfaces, the thickness from the bottoms of the two sides of the U-shapedslider 13 to the middle parts of the two sides of the U-shapedslider 13 is uniformly increased, the upper half parts of the two sides of the U-shapedslider 13 are movably clamped with the side surfaces of theside plate 4 and thepartition plate 5, when the U-shapedslider 13 needs to be moved, the inclined surfaces of the lower half part of theU-shaped slider 13 are contacted with the side surfaces of theside plate 4 and thepartition plate 5 by lifting up theU-shaped slider 13, at this time, the friction resistance between the two sides of theU-shaped slider 13 and the side surfaces of theside plate 4 and thepartition plate 5 is small, so that the U-shapedslider 13 can be moved, and after theU-shaped slider 13 is moved to a desired position, the upper half parts of the two sides of theU-shaped slider 13 are contacted with theside plate 4 and the side surface of thepartition plate 5 by pressing down theU-shaped slider 13, at this time, the friction resistance between the two sides of theU-shaped slider 13 and theside plate 4 and thepartition plate 5 is increased, so that theU-shaped slider 13 can be fixed under the friction resistance and can not moved any more.
The middle part of thepositioning shaft 14 is sleeved with a limitingpinch roller 15 which is positioned on the inner side of theU-shaped slider 13 through a bearing, the limitingpinch roller 15 only rotates relative to thepositioning shaft 14 in the circumferential direction, a limiting blockingwheel 16 is fixedly sleeved on one side of the limitingpinch roller 15, one end, far away from theblade 22, of theknife handle 21 is placed in thegroove 12 and fixed in a clamping mode through the U-shapedslider 13, the U-shapedslider 13 moves to the clamping position of theknife handle 21 and theblade 22, please refer to fig. 6, the bottom of thepositioning shaft 14 is contacted with the top, close to theblade 22, of theknife handle 21, thepositioning shaft 14 is used for carrying out a fulcrum in the vertical direction strength test on the clamping position of the scalpel, the limitingpinch roller 15 is positioned on one side of theknife handle 21, and the limitingpinch roller 15 is used for carrying out a fulcrum in the horizontal direction strength test on the clamping position of the scalpel.
The equal fixedly connected with balancingpiece 19 in the first half inU type slider 13 both sides, balancingpiece 19 andbaffle 5, the top swing joint ofcurb plate 4, pressU type slider 13 down to make it block to twobaffles 5 orcurb plate 4 and baffle 5 between, balancingpiece 19 andcurb plate 4 throughU type slider 13 both sides, the top contact ofbaffle 5, makeU type slider 13 can remain steady, can not be around 14 circumference rotations of location axle, lead toU type slider 13 dislocation motion to appear easily, and influence the problem that follow-up scalpel intensity detected.
Referring to fig. 1-2,rubber jackets 20 facing theU-shaped slider 13 are respectively disposed on the inner walls of the two sides of thegroove 12, the distance between the tworubber jackets 20 is smaller than the thickness of theblade 22, when the scalpel is fixed, theblade 22 is placed in thegroove 12 and clamped by the tworubber jackets 20, then thelimiting slider 3 is moved to fix the end of theblade 22 away from thescalpel handle 21, thelimiting slider 3 is pushed to push the scalpel to move horizontally until the top of theblade 22 contacts the limitingpressing wheel 15, and the bottom of thescalpel handle 21 contacts thedetection supporting wheel 10.
Referring to fig. 4, 7 and 8, thepressure measuring shaft 6 is sleeved with the detectingriding wheels 10 which are the same in number as theU-shaped sliders 13 and correspond to one another one by one through bearings, the tops of the detectingriding wheels 10 are movably connected with the bottoms of theblades 22 on the sides away from theknife handle 21, so that the detectingriding wheels 10 can move upwards through the bearings, the supporting points of thepositioning shaft 14 on theblades 22 are matched for limiting, the strength of the connecting parts of the scalpels in the vertical direction is detected, the detectingriding wheels 11 on the sides away from theblades 22 are fixedly sleeved on the detectingriding wheels 10, the detectingriding wheels 11 and the limitingriding wheels 16 are respectively located on two sides of the scalpels, the strength of the connecting parts of the scalpels in the horizontal direction is detected by applying horizontal force to the limitingriding wheels 16 and matching with the limitingpressing wheels 15 as the supporting points for limiting, referring to fig. 4 and 9, the outer edges of the detectingriding wheels 11 are designed as inclined surfaces, the inclined surfaces face theblades 22, before the scalpels of the scalpels with different types of thescalpels 22 are fixed, theblades 22 are placed on the detectingriding wheels 10, the bottom of theblades 10, theblades 22 can be aligned to the detecting riding wheels, the knife handle, theblades 12 can be fixed in the grooves, thegrooves 12, the detecting efficiency of the detecting handle is improved, the detecting device, the detecting blade can be conveniently, and the detecting efficiency of theblades 12, and the detecting handle, the detecting device can be conveniently, and the detecting efficiency of theblades 22 can be improved by moving the blade.
Referring to fig. 10-11, a clamping groove is formed at one side of the bottom of thelimiting slider 3, the size of the opening of the clamping groove is uniformly reduced from outside to inside, the inner side of the clamping groove is matched with one side of theblade 22 away from thehilt 21 so that thelimiting slider 3 can move in thegroove 12, the clamping groove is matched with the inner bottom of thegroove 12 to limit one end of theblade 22 away from thehilt 21, and therefore, when a strength test is performed on the connecting portion between thehilt 21 and theblade 22 in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction, the problem that the detection result is influenced by the movement of one end of theblade 22 is solved, limiting convex strips are arranged at both sides of thelimiting slider 3 and movably clamped with the inner wall of thegroove 12, so that thelimiting slider 3 only moves horizontally in thegroove 12, and thelimiting slider 3 can be drawn out from the outer side of thefixing base 2, so that when the sizes of theblades 22 are different during the strength test of a plurality of scalpels, theblade 22 is fixed by thelimiting slider 3, theblade 22 of the corresponding size is fixed,
when the detection device for the strength test of the medical instrument tests the strength of the connection part of the scalpel, firstly, the blade 22 of the scalpel is placed in one groove 12 of the fixed seat 2, the bottom of the blade 22 is contacted with the inner bottom of the groove 12, then the limiting slide block 3 in the groove 12 is moved until the limiting slide block 3 moves to one side of the blade 22 far away from the handle 21, the clamping groove at the bottom of the limiting slide block 3 clamps one end of the blade 22, then the limiting slide block 3 is pushed to drive the blade 22 and the handle 21 to integrally move until the bottom knife edge of the blade 22 is contacted with the detection riding wheel 10, then the U-shaped slide block 13 is lifted and horizontally moved, the limiting pressing wheel 15 is just positioned at the part of the other end of the blade 22 and close to the handle 21, the limiting slide block 3 is pressed down to be fixed, then each scalpel is fixed according to the steps, and the bottom knife edge of the blade 22 is always contacted with the detection riding wheel 10, therefore, the limiting pressure wheel 15 above the scalpel with the longer blade 22 is far away from the pressure measuring shaft 6, the scalpel with the shorter blade 22 is near to the pressure measuring shaft 6, and then the piston shaft is pushed to move upwards by the two longitudinal detection hydraulic cylinders 7, so that the pressure measuring shaft 6 drives the detection supporting wheel 10 to move upwards, referring to fig. 4, the detection supporting wheel 10 applies upward pressure on the blade 22, meanwhile, the limiting pressure wheel 15 is used as a fulcrum at the top of the blade 22, and the upward thrust of the piston shaft driven by the longitudinal detection hydraulic cylinders 7 is gradually increased until the force is the qualified compressive strength of the connecting part of the scalpel handle 21 and the blade 22 in the vertical direction, when the scalpel handle 21 is separated from the blade 22 in the period, the compressive strength of the scalpel handle 21 and the blade 22 in the vertical direction is unqualified, and finally, the piston shaft is driven to move downwards to the initial position by the longitudinal detection hydraulic cylinders 7, the transverse detection hydraulic cylinder 9 drives the piston shaft to push the pressure measuring shaft 6 to move horizontally as a whole, at the same time, the horizontal thrust applied to the blade 22 by the detection push wheel 11 is detected, meanwhile, the limit stop wheel 16 is used as a fulcrum on the other side of the scalpel handle 21, and the horizontal thrust of the piston shaft driven by the transverse detection hydraulic cylinder 9 is gradually increased until the force is equal to the qualified compressive strength of the connecting part of the scalpel handle 21 and the blade 22 in the horizontal direction, when the scalpel handle 21 is separated from the blade 22 in the process, the compressive strength of the scalpel handle 21 and the blade 22 in the vertical direction is unqualified, and the intact scalpel after two times of compressive strength tests is qualified, so that the compressive strength of the connecting part of the scalpel handle 21 and the blade 22 in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction can be quickly detected, the separate detection is not required to be fixed again, the detection efficiency is improved, and similarly, the longitudinal detection hydraulic cylinder 7 or the transverse detection hydraulic cylinder 9 is used for continuously pressurizing until the scalpel handle 21 is separated from the blade 22 and falls off, and the maximum compressive strength of the connecting part of the scalpel handle 21 and the blade 22 can be detected, and the maximum handle can be detected.
