In a specific embodiment, the pant diaper produced by the present invention is a disposable pant diaper, which is disposed from the front abdominal portion to the rear portion of the wearer, and two pant diaper side panels. When the respective side panels are joined to each other by their side seal portions and the corresponding side panels are joined to each of the outer seal portions in a state in which the diaper main body is folded into two, the disposable diaper is formed in a pant shape. The diaper main body is capable of absorbing body waste (urine) of a wearer and has elasticity in an appropriate portion. The diaper main body has an absorber capable of absorbing body wastes in the air, the absorber being provided at positions near the front and rear of the wearer in comparison with the prior art absorber, the absorber sandwiching the leg elastic members and the waist elastic members.

The placing structure is used for placing the paper diaper finished product, the placing structure comprises a clean paper diaper placing structure and an unclean paper diaper placing structure, and the clean paper diaper placing structure and the unclean paper diaper placing structure are arranged separately; the shell cover of the placing structure can be opened to take out the clean paper diaper and the unclean paper diaper respectively.

The communication module adopts an NRF24L01 type singlechip, wherein the NRF24L01 type singlechip is provided with eight pins and the wireless transmission distance is 100 meters; the communication module collects data parameter information of paper diapers produced by paper diaper production equipment in the storage module through the RS232 wiring terminal, and information interaction is carried out between the communication module and a background server terminal through a Z-Wave wireless networking technology. Z-Wave technology is designed for residential, lighting business control, and status reading applications such as meter reading, lighting and appliance control, HVAC, access control, theft prevention, and fire detection, among others. The Z-Wave can convert any independent device into intelligent network device, so that control and wireless monitoring can be realized. Each Z-Wave network has its own independent network address, and the address of each node in the network is distributed by the control node. Each network accommodates a maximum of 232 nodes, including control nodes. There may be multiple control nodes, but only one master control node, i.e. the allocation of all nodes in the network, is responsible for the master control node, the other control nodes simply forwarding the commands of the master control node. All control nodes can control the common nodes which are already connected to the network. Nodes beyond the communication distance can complete control in a routing mode through other nodes between the controller and the controlled node.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the communication module includes a signal selection module, a data synchronization unit, a dual-loop voltage-controlled oscillator, a frequency arbitration unit and a clock output module, where output ends of the signal selection module are connected with input ends of the data synchronization unit and the dual-loop voltage-controlled oscillator, output ends of the data synchronization unit and the dual-loop voltage-controlled oscillator are respectively connected with input ends of the frequency arbitration unit, and output ends of the frequency arbitration unit are connected with the clock output end.
In a specific embodiment, in the data information communication process of the diaper production equipment, a clock data recovery (Clock and Data Recovery circuit, CDR) circuit is added at the tail end of the data information interaction node, and recovery work of transmitting data signals by the data information communication node of the diaper production equipment is completed through clock data recovery. The invention adopts a novel CDR circuit model with a single loop structure, adopts a half-rate phase discriminator, greatly reduces the power consumption of a voltage-controlled oscillator, and solves the problem of inaccurate recovery of clock signals and data signals at low data rate. The CDR circuit of the single loop structure of the present invention is shown in fig. 4. In a further embodiment, the CDR circuit is composed of a half-rate nonlinear phase detector, a charge pump, a loop filter, a frequency arbitration unit and a dual-loop voltage controlled oscillator, and the frequency switching and crosstalk effects on other modules when the internal clock is generated are reduced by separating the oscillator from the other modules. The frequency arbitration unit in fig. 4 is composed of a plurality of nor gates and D flip-flops, and is used for finely monitoring and controlling the phase difference of the clock signals. Upon receiving the output pulse of the phase detector, the data frequency and the internal clock frequency are scanned.
