Advantageous effects
Through the decoction and filling system, decoction staff can read the decoction requirement and finish the decoction and filling work according to the suggested time, so that the standardized operation of processing the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is realized; the system has the function of voice prompt, and when a decoction person cannot operate according to a standardized operation flow, the voice prompt can be given, so that the problem of misoperation of the decoction person is avoided.
The system uses the video recognition technology to recognize the real-time monitoring video of the actual operation process of the working procedure, and automatically records the operation time and related data of each node of the decoction and the package. After the packaging is finished, the decoction staff uses a processing card to swipe the card to print a corresponding label file, and the label file is attached to the packaging bag, so that the link work is completed, the functions of data retention and supervision of the processing of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are realized, and a manager can conveniently make a decision.
